00:00:39 (applause)
00:00:50 I'm trying to get a little signal, like,
00:00:52 what the hell happened here?
00:00:53 But we are going to do very well.
00:00:56 But I just want to thank you all because this has
00:00:58 been a tremendous day for us.
00:01:01 And we love it.
00:01:02 We love the people.
00:01:03 We love the people.
00:01:04 And, really, it's been very important.
00:01:07 And your support, we're going to win the big
00:01:10 primary that's coming up, an epic landslide.
00:01:13 We're going to be in landslide territory.
00:01:15 We're looking at poles that are through the
00:01:16 roof.
00:01:17 And the -- Booker Joe Biden, he's a crooked
00:01:21 man, indeed.
00:01:21 He's a crooked man.
00:01:23 And in November, we're going to have the greatest
00:01:26 election we've ever had.
00:01:27 We won the first one.
00:01:28 We won the second one.
00:01:30 But now we're going to win it so much that they
00:01:31 won't be able to cheat.
00:01:33 (applause)
00:01:35 I want to thank my New Hampshire co-chairs.
00:01:39 Bruce -- where is Bruce?
00:01:41 Bruce Bretton.
00:01:42 Thank you very much, Bruce.
00:01:43 Thank you very much.
00:01:44 Good job, Bruce.
00:01:46 Great job.
00:01:47 Thank you, Bruce.
00:01:48 Been a friend of ours for a long time.
00:01:50 Another one is Lou Gargiulo, who's been a
00:01:54 great, great friend.
00:01:55 And, Lou -- thank you.
00:01:57 Where's Lou?
00:01:57 Stand up, Lou.
00:01:58 I know Lou now for a long time.
00:02:01 For a long time, he's been with us.
00:02:02 A man who is highly respected in Washington
00:02:06 and did a fantastic job.
00:02:08 Senator Bob Smith.
00:02:09 I don't know why he's not a senator anymore.
00:02:11 (applause)
00:02:12 He's really fantastic.
00:02:14 And Mary Jo, thank you very much.
00:02:16 Thank you both very much.
00:02:17 Appreciate it.
00:02:19 New Hampshire GOP Vice Chair Ryan Terrell.
00:02:22 (applause)
00:02:24 Ryan Terrell.
00:02:25 Thank you.
00:02:26 Thank you.
00:02:26 I like his hair.
00:02:29 I'd like to have hair just like that.
00:02:30 Can I have that?
00:02:31 I don't know.
00:02:33 I love your hair.
00:02:34 And Caroline Leavitt, who's been incredible.
00:02:37 (applause)
00:02:40 She ran an incredible race.
00:02:44 She ran an incredible race.
00:02:45 Came out of nowhere.
00:02:46 She almost won that race.
00:02:48 I'm actually glad she lost because now she's
00:02:50 with us, you know?
00:02:50 So, I like that.
00:02:52 I like it much better.
00:02:54 And she's gone places, too.
00:02:55 She's been fantastic and great on television, I
00:02:57 will say.
00:02:58 Really great.
00:02:59 A lot of people don't do too well on television.
00:03:02 It's a known fact.
00:03:03 There are some people that are very, very bad on
00:03:05 television, like Biden.
00:03:07 I would say Biden.
00:03:07 (laughter)
00:03:09 He's probably your number one example.
00:03:10 I can't think of anybody that's worse, right?
00:03:14 Our Carroll County Campaign Chair, Frank McCarthy.
00:03:18 Frank.
00:03:19 (applause)
00:03:20 And his wife, Terri.
00:03:21 Where is Frank?
00:03:22 Frank, thank you very much, Frank.
00:03:23 Great job.
00:03:24 Thank you very much.
00:03:25 Terri, thank you.
00:03:27 I saw a tear coming out of her eye before.
00:03:29 That means she likes us.
00:03:31 Right?
00:03:31 That means she likes us.
00:03:32 Thank you, darling.
00:03:33 We appreciate it very much.
00:03:35 And our top two phone callers.
00:03:37 That's a big deal.
00:03:37 They're more important than everybody, frankly.
00:03:40 John and Nicole Oblenis.
00:03:42 Where are they?
00:03:44 Where are they?
00:03:45 Thank you very much.
00:03:46 What a great job.
00:03:47 (applause)
00:03:49 That's a great job.
00:03:50 For decades, the people of New Hampshire have been
00:03:52 sold out or ripped off.
00:03:54 You've been ripped off by everybody and betrayed by
00:03:57 the corrupt globalists, Washington, Wall Street
00:04:01 people -- those combinations of Washington,
00:04:04 Wall Street.
00:04:04 They're the worst of all.
00:04:06 And it's never been worse than it is now under
00:04:09 crooked Joe Biden and, frankly, his boss, Barack
00:04:12 Hussein Obama.
00:04:13 I think it's his boss.
00:04:14 (applause)
00:04:18 Crooked Joe puts China first.
00:04:21 He puts Mexico first, Ukraine first, Europe
00:04:25 first, Asia first, illegal aliens first,
00:04:29 environmental lunatics and maniacs first.
00:04:33 These are maniacs, these people.
00:04:36 I don't know if they really believe it or is it
00:04:38 just something to hurt our country.
00:04:40 But everyone else is first.
00:04:42 But he puts America last.
00:04:44 He puts our workers last.
00:04:45 He puts our industries last.
00:04:48 He puts your families last.
00:04:50 He puts everybody last.
00:04:52 Everything that's good, he puts last.
00:04:53 It's actually reversed.
00:04:54 I say it's -- a lot of times, it's like April
00:04:57 Fool's Day.
00:04:59 Open border.
00:05:00 Who wants an open border?
00:05:01 Only -- only stupid people.
00:05:04 Who wants not to have voter ID?
00:05:06 Voter ID.
00:05:06 We will not have voter ID.
00:05:09 You know, for their convention, the Democrat
00:05:11 Convention, they had a voter ID that was the size
00:05:14 of the -- see this?
00:05:16 Like this.
00:05:16 It hung with a chain around their neck.
00:05:18 (laughter)
00:05:19 It was a picture.
00:05:21 I think it had every bit of information ever.
00:05:23 You could read their biography, know everything
00:05:25 about the person.
00:05:26 They couldn't get into the convention without it.
00:05:28 But to go to vote, we don't want voter ID.
00:05:31 Actually, the Democrats want it.
00:05:33 It's the leadership that does it.
00:05:34 And the reason they don't want it, Carolyn, is
00:05:36 because they want to cheat.
00:05:38 And it's very simple.
00:05:39 There's only one reason.
00:05:40 I put America first every single time.
00:05:43 And since Joe Biden took office -- (applause)
00:05:48 -- and since he took office, cumulative
00:05:52 inflation has reached nearly a 20 percent number.
00:05:57 It's a number that nobody has ever -- we -- I don't
00:05:59 think they've seen it maybe ever or close to ever.
00:06:03 And the 30-year mortgage rate just hit a
00:06:05 27-year high.
00:06:08 Congratulations, all of you people that are
00:06:10 looking for a house.
00:06:11 Enjoy yourself.
00:06:12 You're going to be looking a long time.
00:06:14 And then you go to the bank; they won't give you
00:06:15 the money, even if you're willing to pay it.
00:06:17 The banks aren't giving money.
00:06:19 And, you know, the banks -- the big banks, like
00:06:21 Bank of America, Chase -- they discriminate against
00:06:24 conservatives.
00:06:24 You do know that, right?
00:06:26 Okay?
00:06:27 We're going to stop that real fast.
00:06:28 (applause)
00:06:29 They're not going to do any business with our
00:06:30 government, because I don't like them.
00:06:32 I know them better than anybody.
00:06:34 And they discriminate against conservatives --
00:06:37 Republicans, conservatives.
00:06:39 And it's a disgrace, frankly.
00:06:41 By contrast, under my leadership, we had no
00:06:44 inflation, and the 30-year mortgage rate was an
00:06:48 all-time low.
00:06:49 We had an all-time low, like 2.6 percent.
00:06:52 That's a little better than paying 8 percent, and
00:06:54 we don't give you the money.
00:06:55 You know what they do?
00:06:56 It's 8 percent; we don't give you the money.
00:06:57 But if you pay 12, we'll give it to you.
00:06:59 That's where they are.
00:07:01 The typical family has lost over $7,400 in annual
00:07:05 income with Crooked Joe in the White House.
00:07:08 Think of that.
00:07:09 You know, I changed the name from "Sleepy Joe" to
00:07:11 "Crooked Joe" because I thought it was actually
00:07:13 even more accurate.
00:07:14 They're both very accurate, but -- but even
00:07:17 more accurate.
00:07:18 (applause)
00:07:18 And I took it off Hillary because I don't like using
00:07:20 the same name for two people.
00:07:21 You know, we have plenty of words that we can use,
00:07:24 right?
00:07:25 But I took it away from Hillary because she's no
00:07:27 longer relevant.
00:07:28 (laughter and applause)
00:07:34 Even though she's still complaining about the
00:07:36 election near Russia -- it was Russia, no, it wasn't
00:07:39 Russia -- she's still complaining.
00:07:41 They don't go after her, right?
00:07:42 Did they indict her for complaining about the
00:07:44 election results of 2016?
00:07:46 Is Hillary indicted for that?
00:07:47 No?
00:07:48 Oh, that's strange, because I got indicted for that.
00:07:51 (laughter)
00:07:52 That's strange.
00:07:53 Gee, you think there's a little double standard out
00:07:56 there?
00:07:56 And I was right.
00:07:57 They did cheat.
00:07:58 She was wrong.
00:07:59 She was really wrong.
00:08:01 But, no, we took it away.
00:08:02 We call her now "Beautiful Hillary" because
00:08:04 she's a beautiful woman.
00:08:06 And we wanted to use "Crooked" for Joe Biden.
00:08:08 So, she actually went out that night and she
00:08:10 celebrated.
00:08:10 That was a great night -- great day for her, where we
00:08:13 took that name off.
00:08:14 Under President Trump, real family income increased
00:08:18 over $6,000 a year.
00:08:20 In New Hampshire alone, $6,000.
00:08:22 You picked up $7,000 as opposed to losing much
00:08:25 more -- close to $8,000.
00:08:27 That's a big difference.
00:08:28 But perhaps no Biden attack on the people of
00:08:31 this state has been worse than the socialist
00:08:34 calamity known as the Green New Deal -- the
00:08:36 Green New Hoax, I call it -- which has struck New
00:08:40 Hampshire with among the highest energy,
00:08:43 electricity, and heating costs anywhere in the
00:08:45 nation -- almost anywhere in the world.
00:08:47 You know, you pay the highest energy cost -- you
00:08:49 ought to speak to your governor about that, by
00:08:51 the way.
00:08:52 You pay the highest energy costs -- you pay the
00:08:57 highest energy costs anywhere in the country.
00:09:00 You know that, right?
00:09:02 And there's no reason for it.
00:09:03 There's no -- it's bad government.
00:09:05 And you should.
00:09:06 You should -- you have to speak to locals also.
00:09:09 But you shouldn't be paying that.
00:09:10 You are the number one in the whole nation.
00:09:12 It's ridiculous.
00:09:13 Right now, countless New Hampshire families are
00:09:16 getting ready to heat your homes this winter, with
00:09:18 the cost of residential fuel oil up 74 percent to
00:09:24 almost $5 a gallon.
00:09:26 Congratulations.
00:09:27 That's very nice.
00:09:28 When I left office, we had it all the way down to
00:09:31 $1.99 a gallon.
00:09:33 (applause)
00:09:34 $1.99.
00:09:35 Yeah, we had -- did a great job.
00:09:40 Remember, I said, "Drill, baby, drill.
00:09:42 You just keep drilling." And we got it so low that
00:09:44 they were going to all go out of business.
00:09:46 We had to say, "Slow down a little bit." I had them
00:09:48 drilling.
00:09:49 They were going to drill themselves right out of
00:09:50 business.
00:09:51 It was going so low.
00:09:52 Remember?
00:09:52 We actually had a couple of days where it was down
00:09:55 to $1.47 for gasoline for the car.
00:09:59 And we had to get it up a little.
00:10:00 I had to do that to you, but, you know, they were
00:10:02 going to -- they were putting each other out of
00:10:04 business.
00:10:05 But we had them drilling.
00:10:06 We filled up the National Reserve, Strategic
00:10:09 Reserves.
00:10:10 And then Biden took it to keep your gasoline prices
00:10:14 artificially low.
00:10:14 And now it's at the lowest level.
00:10:16 Did you know that, Carolyn?
00:10:17 It's at the lowest level in history.
00:10:20 It's -- there's almost nothing there.
00:10:21 And that was meant for war.
00:10:24 Now, who could imagine a war -- right?
00:10:27 -- with people pouring into our country, and we
00:10:29 have no idea from where they come?
00:10:31 The same people, in many cases.
00:10:32 The same people that just attacked Israel.
00:10:35 You know that, right?
00:10:36 Can you imagine what this guy has done to us, what
00:10:39 he's done to us, that would have never happened?
00:10:41 The attack on Israel would never, ever have
00:10:44 happened.
00:10:44 The attack on Ukraine would never have happened.
00:10:46 (applause)
00:10:48 Inflation would never have happened.
00:10:50 None of it would have happened.
00:10:52 We would have been a different country, because
00:10:53 right now we're a country in decline -- serious
00:10:56 decline.
00:10:57 To bring down the energy cost to New Hampshire
00:10:59 families, I will immediately rescind every
00:11:02 Green New Deal catastrophe of the Biden
00:11:04 administration.
00:11:04 (applause)
00:11:06 And we will drill, baby, drill.
00:11:08 We'll get them way down.
00:11:10 We'll get them way down.
00:11:13 You know, if they would build a pipeline, then we
00:11:16 started it and we were just about set to have it,
00:11:19 then you had that result in the election, which was
00:11:21 so terrible.
00:11:22 But going through New York State -- a very poor
00:11:25 section of New York State.
00:11:26 The people up there wanted very much, but you would
00:11:28 have a pipeline.
00:11:29 Your numbers would come down in half, more than
00:11:31 half.
00:11:32 It's amazing.
00:11:34 You know, they had -- they used to have, and
00:11:36 they probably still have, knowing this guy.
00:11:38 He gets oil from Venezuela.
00:11:39 Why not from Russia, right?
00:11:41 But you used to have ships from Russia coming in to
00:11:43 give you your oil and gas.
00:11:46 You know that, right?
00:11:47 The ships would come in from Russia.
00:11:50 And you have -- we have so much.
00:11:52 We have more than anybody else in the world.
00:11:54 And for you, you needed a pipeline, but your
00:11:57 Democrats won't approve it and your governor hasn't
00:11:59 been able to get it done.
00:12:00 It would be a shame.
00:12:02 If they just go through a very poor section of New
00:12:05 York State, you would have the lowest energy
00:12:08 -- you'd go from the highest to about the
00:12:09 lowest, and all they need is a pipeline.
00:12:12 And we had it done.
00:12:13 We had it all set to go, and then they don't do.
00:12:17 Just like we had the wall built, and then they don't
00:12:20 want to finish it.
00:12:21 Now, we did, I think, 561 miles of wall, and we had
00:12:26 another 200 that we ordered.
00:12:28 It's a little like water.
00:12:28 You know, you do it, and then you got to do a
00:12:30 little bit more.
00:12:31 We had 200 miles ordered, ready to be installed.
00:12:35 Would have taken three weeks.
00:12:37 And then we had that election result.
00:12:38 And then what happened is they decided not to use it.
00:12:41 And I said, "These guys really do want to have
00:12:43 open borders."
00:12:43 That was the first clue.
00:12:45 Because it's inconceivable that somebody
00:12:47 would say "open borders" with all the problems it
00:12:50 brings and has brought.
00:12:51 And you see it up here a lot, but some of these
00:12:54 places, they can't even breathe.
00:12:56 Even Democrats are going against Democrats in a very
00:12:59 nasty way.
00:13:00 They think it's just absolutely insane what's
00:13:02 going on.
00:13:03 But I'll terminate Joe Biden's delusional power
00:13:07 plant regulations.
00:13:08 These are just crazy things that -- too lengthy to
00:13:13 explain, but they are just insane things that they
00:13:17 want to do to destroy our country, which are forcing
00:13:19 hundreds of power plants to shut down with nothing
00:13:22 to replace them.
00:13:24 It's a massive gift to communist China and
00:13:26 various other places.
00:13:28 It's just a big gift.
00:13:29 They want to close down power plants that have 50
00:13:32 to 100 years of life left.
00:13:35 And, you know, China is building a power plant
00:13:37 every week.
00:13:39 Or coal.
00:13:40 Coal.
00:13:41 They only use coal.
00:13:42 They like coal because it's very inexpensive.
00:13:45 They don't use clean coal.
00:13:47 They can't use clean coal.
00:13:48 You know, they have things called "clean coal" now,
00:13:50 and natural gas, and lots of great things that have
00:13:53 tremendous power.
00:13:54 Germany, you know, decided to go green.
00:13:56 And they were going to go green.
00:13:58 They're going to go out of business.
00:13:59 And they've now started to build coal-fired plants
00:14:03 all over the place.
00:14:04 So they've gone from one extreme to the other.
00:14:06 But good, clean coal.
00:14:08 And it's okay.
00:14:09 And it has power.
00:14:11 And obviously, gas -- natural gas -- it's
00:14:14 actually -- it's very clean.
00:14:16 But we don't do that.
00:14:17 We use things that we can't get.
00:14:19 We use things that we can't get.
00:14:21 You know, the windmills are subsidized heavily by the
00:14:23 government, and they cost a lot.
00:14:26 And if you have one near your house, your house is
00:14:27 worthless because you can't sell it.
00:14:30 Between the noise and the look, you can't sell it.
00:14:32 And it's probably the most expensive energy you can
00:14:35 have.
00:14:35 It's tremendously expensive.
00:14:37 And then you have to rebuild them every 10
00:14:38 years.
00:14:39 You know, they don't just keep growing.
00:14:41 You got to keep -- they get ripped to pieces.
00:14:44 And then they kill all the whales, right?
00:14:47 They kill all the whales out there.
00:14:49 And then they say that, for boat manufacturers, the
00:14:51 boat can't go more than two miles an hour because
00:14:53 we don't want to hurt the whales, even though
00:14:55 there's only been one recorded incident of that
00:14:57 in 50 years.
00:14:59 But all the time now, we see whales washing up
00:15:01 on shore because of the wind.
00:15:04 Those big wind turbines they're building out in
00:15:06 the ocean that are unbelievably expensive.
00:15:09 In fact, so expensive that even with subsidies, these
00:15:11 companies are all canceling out because it
00:15:14 doesn't work.
00:15:15 So the whales will be very happy about that.
00:15:17 But I will implement rapid approvals of new energy
00:15:20 infrastructure.
00:15:21 We will regain energy independence, as we did --
00:15:24 you know, you were energy independent three years
00:15:26 ago, soon to be energy dominant.
00:15:29 You're going to be dominant.
00:15:30 We're going to sell our energy to Europe, make a
00:15:32 lot of money, reduce your taxes even further.
00:15:35 (applause)
00:15:36 You know, the Trump administration gave you
00:15:38 the biggest tax decrease -- tax cuts and regulation
00:15:42 cuts in the history of our country -- bigger than
00:15:44 the Reagan cuts by a lot.
00:15:47 And we would cut them even still further and also
00:15:49 reduce debt.
00:15:51 We were going to sell our oil and gas to Europe at
00:15:54 good prices, but they were good.
00:15:57 Instead, they did Nord Stream 2 with Russia, and
00:16:01 I stopped it.
00:16:01 It was totally dead.
00:16:02 And then Biden came along and he approved it.
00:16:04 Then he says, "You are very, very nice to Russia."
00:16:08 No, no.
00:16:09 Putin used to say -- they always say, "You're so
00:16:11 nice.
00:16:12 You are the worst thing that ever happened to us."
00:16:14 But I got along with them.
00:16:15 I got along with them.
00:16:16 But you are the worst thing.
00:16:19 Think of it.
00:16:19 I stopped Nord Stream 2.
00:16:20 That's the biggest thing they've ever done.
00:16:21 I stopped it.
00:16:22 It was dead.
00:16:23 And then Biden approved it.
00:16:24 So you tell me who's a little tougher on just that
00:16:26 one thing alone -- sanctions, everything else.
00:16:29 And they would have never gone into Ukraine.
00:16:31 That I can tell you.
00:16:32 Not even a little chance.
00:16:34 (applause)
00:16:34 And, you know, for two reasons -- just while
00:16:39 we're on this -- for two reasons.
00:16:41 Number one is, I said, "You can't go in.
00:16:42 You can't go in."
00:16:43 "What I will do is so bad."
00:16:45 "No, you won't."
00:16:45 "Yes, I will."
00:16:46 "What I will do," I told him, "is so bad.
00:16:49 It's so bad.
00:16:50 I don't want to do it."
00:16:51 He goes, "No way."
00:16:52 I said, "Way.
00:16:53 Way."
00:16:54 (laughter)
00:16:54 And he didn't believe me, but he believed me 10
00:16:58 percent.
00:16:59 He believed me, Mr. Senator.
00:17:01 He believed me 10 percent.
00:17:02 That's all we needed.
00:17:03 That's all we needed.
00:17:04 Ten percent is enough.
00:17:06 And there was never any movement.
00:17:07 I mean, you know, we proved that for four years.
00:17:09 There was no thought of that.
00:17:12 And the other reason he wouldn't have gone in
00:17:14 is because we had oil at $40 a barrel.
00:17:17 At $40 a barrel, he doesn't have the money to
00:17:19 do the war, and he wouldn't have been able
00:17:22 to.
00:17:22 And now it's $100 and going higher.
00:17:25 And it was $100.
00:17:26 It was $115 a little while ago when he started this
00:17:30 thing.
00:17:31 So he had so much money, he'll be the only guy to
00:17:32 make a lot of money off a war.
00:17:35 And he wouldn't have been able to do that with us
00:17:37 because there was no money.
00:17:39 He couldn't have made the money at $40 a barrel.
00:17:42 So that would have never happened.
00:17:43 But it wouldn't have happened just for the
00:17:45 first reason, too.
00:17:46 I said, "You can't do it."
00:17:48 And I'll quickly cut New Hampshire gas and heating
00:17:50 bills.
00:17:51 We're going to cut them at least in half, and very
00:17:53 quickly.
00:17:53 We're going to get it done very quickly.
00:17:55 (applause)
00:17:56 Which I think is an important point for us to
00:17:59 talk about, because it's ridiculous when you look
00:18:01 at your bills compared to other people.
00:18:04 And they're all up because this guy has let energy go
00:18:07 through the roof.
00:18:07 You know, inflation started with energy.
00:18:10 It's not that complicated.
00:18:12 When you have a donut shop or a food shop or a dress
00:18:16 shop, you need heat, you need whatever, you need
00:18:19 everything, you need trucks to deliver your
00:18:21 product.
00:18:22 Energy is so big, so important, and it went
00:18:25 through the roof.
00:18:26 It just went through the roof, and that took
00:18:28 everything with it.
00:18:28 Now everything -- they say bacon has gone up five
00:18:32 times -- meaning five times in the last year and a
00:18:36 half.
00:18:37 Five times.
00:18:38 Even I'm cutting back on bacon.
00:18:40 It's too expensive.
00:18:41 (laughter)
00:18:41 I'm cutting back on it.
00:18:45 But I'll be the American energy President -- and I
00:18:47 have been.
00:18:48 I mean, I really have been.
00:18:49 We did an incredible job with energy.
00:18:51 We were making a fortune.
00:18:52 You know, we were in third place when I started.
00:18:54 And within two years, we were not only in first
00:18:57 place, we were much bigger than Saudi Arabia and
00:18:59 Russia.
00:19:00 And if you look at a chart -- and I want to have my
00:19:02 people start putting up these charts because
00:19:04 they're really good -- because you look at it one
00:19:06 second and it explains it better than all the words
00:19:08 on Earth.
00:19:10 You had Russia here like this.
00:19:12 You had Saudi Arabia a little above Russia.
00:19:14 You had us pretty far down here.
00:19:16 And by the time I finished, we were like a
00:19:18 rocket ship.
00:19:19 We were like this -- like this.
00:19:21 Way beyond -- way beyond that.
00:19:23 (applause)
00:19:23 And all of that energy, that extra energy, we
00:19:27 were -- we didn't need it from anybody.
00:19:29 We didn't have to guard countries.
00:19:31 We didn't have to do anything.
00:19:32 We have more than any other country in the world.
00:19:34 Remember, I got ANWR approved.
00:19:36 It was such a big deal.
00:19:37 Reagan couldn't do it.
00:19:39 Bush probably didn't try too hard.
00:19:40 You know, it's a different -- different
00:19:42 mindset.
00:19:43 But Reagan did.
00:19:43 We respect Reagan.
00:19:45 And he did.
00:19:45 He couldn't get it done.
00:19:46 I got it done.
00:19:47 ANWR is the biggest -- as big as Saudi Arabia, they
00:19:49 say -- the equivalent to Saudi Arabia.
00:19:51 In Alaska -- and Biden comes in within the first
00:19:54 week, they terminated it.
00:19:55 Can you believe that?
00:19:56 It took so -- it was so much work to get that
00:19:58 approved.
00:19:59 We got it approved.
00:19:59 They were ready to start drilling.
00:20:01 And the Alaska people were devastated because it
00:20:04 was the greatest economic project.
00:20:06 But even for the country, it was such a massive
00:20:09 amount.
00:20:10 It's big.
00:20:11 But I'll get it done again.
00:20:12 I'll get it approved.
00:20:12 I'll get it approved very quickly.
00:20:14 I actually got it approved, and I'll get it
00:20:16 approved very quickly.
00:20:16 (applause)
00:20:19 But the United States will have the lowest cost of
00:20:21 energy and electricity very soon.
00:20:24 As soon as we're in -- almost as soon as we're
00:20:26 in.
00:20:26 It's going to go very quickly.
00:20:28 Right away, we're going to have the lowest --
00:20:30 anywhere on Earth, we'll have the lowest energy on
00:20:33 Earth.
00:20:33 We'll have one of the highest in this state, in
00:20:35 particular.
00:20:36 On day one, I will also repeal Joe Biden's insane
00:20:40 electric vehicle mandate.
00:20:41 Can you believe it?
00:20:43 Everybody has to have an electric car.
00:20:44 (applause)
00:20:48 Darling, let's drive down to Florida.
00:20:50 We'd like to get some sun in Florida.
00:20:52 Let's drive to South Carolina.
00:20:55 Let's drive to Texas.
00:20:56 Well, I want to, darling, but let's see.
00:20:58 We have to stop 22 times to get to Texas.
00:21:00 (laughter)
00:21:01 I don't want to stop 22 times.
00:21:04 They say the happiest person in the world is
00:21:08 when you get that first 10-minutes boost.
00:21:10 You know, you get your car charged and you're in the
00:21:12 car, but after 10 minutes, you get very paranoid
00:21:15 because you're looking for a new charging station.
00:21:17 (laughter)
00:21:18 You're petrified you're going to be out on the
00:21:19 road in the middle of nowhere, and you run out
00:21:22 of the charge, as they call it.
00:21:25 But the tow truck business is extraordinarily good.
00:21:27 (laughter)
00:21:28 So they're towing these cars all over the
00:21:31 place.
00:21:32 You see cars -- beautiful, nice, brand-new cars --
00:21:35 being towed to a charger.
00:21:36 It's ridiculous.
00:21:38 And, by the way, I'm a believer in electric cars.
00:21:40 It's fine.
00:21:40 But, you know, whatever the market bears, if they
00:21:43 want to have gasoline -- we have more gasoline than
00:21:45 anybody on Earth, right?
00:21:46 We have more than Saudi Arabia.
00:21:47 We have more than Russia.
00:21:49 Much more than Russia.
00:21:51 We have more than anybody.
00:21:53 Gasoline -- I like hybrid.
00:21:55 I like everything.
00:21:56 You make everything.
00:21:58 But you can't -- you know, in California, they want
00:22:00 to go with all-electric, but they can't even --
00:22:02 every weekend, they have a blackout.
00:22:04 They don't have enough electricity.
00:22:06 (laughter)
00:22:07 And you know who makes electricity?
00:22:09 You know who makes it?
00:22:10 Coal makes it.
00:22:11 Right?
00:22:12 Coal makes it.
00:22:13 And you know who else makes it?
00:22:15 Oil makes it.
00:22:17 So all of these grids that you hear -- the grid, all
00:22:20 of the electric grid -- no, it's all -- it's all
00:22:24 generated by -- the initial charge is made
00:22:28 with oil and coal and different other products.
00:22:32 These people are absolutely crazy.
00:22:35 Under a Trump administration, gasoline-powered
00:22:38 engines will be allowed, but child sexual
00:22:41 mutilation will be banned, if that's okay with you.
00:22:43 (applause)
00:22:45 The website.
00:22:50 If that's okay.
00:22:52 Right?
00:22:56 (applause)
00:22:59 Audience Members: USA!
00:23:02 USA!
00:23:03 USA!
00:23:04 The President: I say this, you know, every time I
00:23:07 mention, "We will stop child mutilation."
00:23:12 Now, think of it.
00:23:14 Ten years ago, you're a politician, and you get up
00:23:16 and you're like, "We will stop child sexual mutilation."
00:23:20 The people in the audience said, "What the hell is he
00:23:22 talking about?
00:23:23 That's not possible."
00:23:24 It's very possible that they mutilate.
00:23:26 I mean, what they do to your children without your
00:23:29 approval, with nothing.
00:23:30 These people, they're crazy.
00:23:33 But to think I have to say that, or to think I have to
00:23:35 say, "We will ban men from participating in women's
00:23:40 sports."
00:23:41 Have you seen the weightlifting records?
00:23:43 (applause)
00:23:43 No, can you believe it?
00:23:48 Have you seen the weightlifting records?
00:23:54 The lifting around like 150 pounds more.
00:23:57 They've had a record 18 years.
00:23:59 They put an ounce on one side, they put an ounce on
00:24:01 the other side, a little ounce on the -- girl gets
00:24:04 up, "I can't do it.
00:24:06 Mom, I can't."
00:24:07 She's a champion, the world champion.
00:24:09 "She can't do it.
00:24:10 I can't do it, Mom.
00:24:11 I just can't."
00:24:12 Mom's in the front, Dad's in the front.
00:24:14 They're so proud.
00:24:15 "She can't do it.
00:24:16 That extra little ounce, two ounces."
00:24:19 And a guy gets up who recently transitioned.
00:24:23 "Have you lifted before?"
00:24:24 "Not really."
00:24:25 And he goes with one hand.
00:24:27 (laughter)
00:24:29 It's so crazy.
00:24:29 I think they broke the record by like 150 pounds
00:24:32 or something.
00:24:34 They couldn't lift an extra ounce, but they can wipe
00:24:36 out 100.
00:24:37 And that's a record that's not going to be broken,
00:24:39 except maybe by Carolyn.
00:24:40 (laughter)
00:24:41 I think maybe Carolyn can break it.
00:24:43 Not too many people are going to be breaking that,
00:24:45 right?
00:24:47 So, after many decades of failure and betrayal, we
00:24:50 will cast from the power of diehard -- that's what
00:24:54 happens, these diehard globalists like Joe Biden,
00:24:58 who's crooked.
00:24:59 Look, you know, when I got indicted the first time, I
00:25:03 said, "Oh, now that love's rough."
00:25:04 This is never supposed to happen to an ex-President
00:25:06 who did a great job.
00:25:07 I did a great job.
00:25:08 I mean, we had the best economy.
00:25:09 (applause)
00:25:10 We had the best border.
00:25:13 We had the best everything.
00:25:16 Then I got indicted so fast, one after another
00:25:19 after another.
00:25:20 Election interference.
00:25:21 Oh, crap.
00:25:23 And I said, "Well, that love's rough."
00:25:25 And I never talked about him this bad.
00:25:27 I mean, I talked -- I respected the office more
00:25:29 so than him.
00:25:30 Not really him.
00:25:32 But when I got indicted four times -- and I have
00:25:35 civil trials.
00:25:36 A DA in New York.
00:25:39 A totally corrupt -- a totally corrupt -- a
00:25:43 totally corrupt Attorney General.
00:25:46 Totally -- Letitia "Peek-a-boo" James.
00:25:50 Totally corrupt Attorney General in New York.
00:25:53 She said Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million.
00:25:55 The judge said Mar-a-Lago is worth $18 million.
00:25:58 I had about 10 people call.
00:25:59 I'll take 10 of them.
00:26:00 Could I have 10 of them?
00:26:01 (laughter)
00:26:03 And it's worth, you know, perhaps billions of
00:26:05 dollars.
00:26:06 But she -- they said that this is what the trial --
00:26:07 it's so, so sad.
00:26:09 But the gloves were taken off.
00:26:11 And now I tell the fact.
00:26:12 He's a corrupt politician.
00:26:14 He's grossly incompetent.
00:26:16 And he's the worst President in the history
00:26:17 of our country.
00:26:18 And he's destroying our country.
00:26:19 (applause)
00:26:21 I wouldn't have spoken like that, out of respect
00:26:24 for the office.
00:26:25 But we're going to protect foreign labor.
00:26:27 If you look at it, Ron DeSanctimonious comes
00:26:30 along, right?
00:26:31 (laughter)
00:26:32 How about him?
00:26:33 I got him elected.
00:26:34 Then he says, four years later, "Yes, I would run
00:26:36 against him," essentially.
00:26:37 He said, "I have no comment."
00:26:38 So that's about the same thing.
00:26:40 Wouldn't you say?
00:26:40 Right?
00:26:41 When they say, "I have no comment," that's the same
00:26:44 thing.
00:26:45 We have a very special congressman.
00:26:47 Would you and your wife please stand up?
00:26:49 Great people.
00:26:50 (applause)
00:26:51 Great people.
00:26:52 I see you sitting there.
00:26:53 They didn't put you on the screen, Lance.
00:26:56 But I appreciate you being here.
00:26:57 It's really an honor.
00:26:58 From Texas.
00:27:00 And they're incredible.
00:27:01 Very, very great people, both of them.
00:27:03 And they didn't put him on this -- this teleprompter
00:27:07 is not doing so good today.
00:27:08 They didn't put him down.
00:27:10 I would never, ever get his vote on anything.
00:27:12 He'd vote to impeach me if I didn't mention him.
00:27:15 I'd be in trouble.
00:27:17 Like some of the other crazies.
00:27:18 You know, we had -- we had Nancy Pelosi vote to
00:27:22 impeach -- (applause)
00:27:24 -- crazy Nancy.
00:27:25 No, we -- she came out and she said, "We'll impeach
00:27:29 him."
00:27:29 And then she found out I did nothing wrong, and
00:27:31 they had already started the process.
00:27:32 So she said, "Well, let's just go through it."
00:27:34 And anyway, it turned out that that phone call that
00:27:36 I got impeached -- I'm the only guy who could get
00:27:38 impeached on a phone -- a perfect phone call.
00:27:40 I got impeached, and it was a perfect call to the
00:27:42 President of Ukraine.
00:27:44 And it turned out now, two years later, that was
00:27:46 100 percent right because they were crooked people.
00:27:49 (applause)
00:27:50 But it turned out -- meaning Biden, the son,
00:27:53 the whole thing -- they were crooked people, so
00:27:55 it turned out to be 100 percent right.
00:27:57 But one thing I did, because of that gentleman
00:27:59 right there and some others like him -- we had
00:28:02 197 Republicans at the time, I believe, and I
00:28:05 got 197 votes in favor of no impeachment from the
00:28:10 Republicans.
00:28:11 So that's great.
00:28:11 Thank you very much, Lance.
00:28:13 Thanks.
00:28:13 (applause)
00:28:14 I'm glad I saw you sitting there.
00:28:18 I would have been in trouble.
00:28:20 But thank you.
00:28:21 We have some other great people in the audience
00:28:22 too, and we appreciate you here.
00:28:24 Under the Trump administration, we will
00:28:26 once again protect American jobs, American
00:28:29 workers, American wagers, American borders, and
00:28:32 we're going to protect, most importantly, American
00:28:34 families because American families are being hit
00:28:37 very hard.
00:28:38 They've never had anything like this.
00:28:40 The inflation -- you know, inflation is called a
00:28:42 country buster.
00:28:44 It busts countries.
00:28:46 You look at Germany from many years ago.
00:28:48 You look at -- anywhere inflation comes -- it
00:28:50 doesn't have to be now; it could be 200 years ago
00:28:52 -- where they had inflation, they had
00:28:54 broken countries.
00:28:55 And we're very close to a broken country.
00:28:57 We're also very close to a country that's going to
00:28:59 be in a third world war because we have an
00:29:01 incompetent President.
00:29:03 He has no clue.
00:29:04 And this isn't a war with Army tanks going back and
00:29:07 forth.
00:29:07 This is a war with weapons the likes of which
00:29:10 nobody can even imagine how bad they are.
00:29:13 This is -- this is obliteration, and Obama
00:29:16 has plenty to do with it.
00:29:18 Obama has plenty to do with it.
00:29:20 I call him -- I call him Biden's boss.
00:29:23 But he has plenty to do with it.
00:29:26 Very, very, very serious.
00:29:27 We are in very, very grave danger of having a
00:29:32 World War III.
00:29:33 And this will be a war.
00:29:34 This will be a war of obliteration.
00:29:36 This will not be a war with, I say, Army tanks
00:29:39 going back and forth, shooting at each other.
00:29:41 This is the real deal.
00:29:43 And we have a man that -- he can't even walk off a
00:29:46 stage.
00:29:47 He walks off a stage.
00:29:49 He finishes his speech.
00:29:50 He looks -- well, he can't find -- he has no
00:29:55 idea.
00:29:56 You know, there's always a stare there, a stare here.
00:29:58 You can even walk off the front, jump or something.
00:30:01 Do something.
00:30:01 (laughter)
00:30:02 He usually walks to the back into a wall.
00:30:04 Yeah.
00:30:04 There's a wall there.
00:30:07 He walks right into a wall.
00:30:08 He can't walk off a stage.
00:30:09 He can't put two sentences together.
00:30:11 And yet, he's negotiating with President Xi of China.
00:30:14 (laughter)
00:30:16 Who, when I say he's very smart, the press -- look
00:30:19 at -- that's a lot of press back there.
00:30:21 That's a lot.
00:30:22 (applause)
00:30:24 So, for him to negotiate with President Xi of China
00:30:30 is like my high school football team playing the
00:30:34 -- let's see, what's a good team nowadays?
00:30:36 Philadelphia is good.
00:30:37 You know, they change a little bit.
00:30:39 I used to say New England.
00:30:41 I used to say the Patriots.
00:30:42 (laughter)
00:30:43 I'd love to be able to say the Patriots.
00:30:45 He's a great guy, great coach.
00:30:47 But they're having a little hard time.
00:30:49 But what's going on with the Patriots, huh?
00:30:53 But he is -- he's a great coach.
00:30:55 And he'll figure it out somehow.
00:30:57 He's going to figure it out.
00:30:58 But that was not a good game last night, was it?
00:31:00 Huh?
00:31:01 But it's like playing a professional team.
00:31:04 It's ridiculous for him to be negotiating with
00:31:07 these people.
00:31:07 These people -- I got to know them all.
00:31:09 They're at the top of their game.
00:31:11 They're at the top of their game.
00:31:13 And we have somebody that, 30 years ago, wasn't at
00:31:15 the top of any game.
00:31:16 He wasn't 30 years ago.
00:31:17 Never was.
00:31:18 He was at left hand.
00:31:19 That's all he was, was at left hand.
00:31:21 And Ted Kennedy told me that, a friend of mine.
00:31:23 Can you believe he was a friend of mine?
00:31:25 But he was, for certain reasons.
00:31:27 As President, I stood up to China like no
00:31:29 administration has ever done before, bringing in
00:31:32 hundreds of billions of dollars, pouring into our
00:31:35 Treasury, and took it right out of China.
00:31:38 I even got the farmers of -- and you -- plenty of
00:31:42 people in here.
00:31:43 But I got the farmers $28 billion from China.
00:31:46 Who the hell else is going to do that?
00:31:48 (applause)
00:31:49 My people told me, "Please, sir, don't do
00:31:51 that.
00:31:52 Don't do that.
00:31:53 I don't like you, sir.
00:31:54 You sound so arrogant." Because I went to -- I
00:31:57 went to Iowa, Nebraska, different places, and I'd
00:32:00 say, "We're going to win you -- we're going to
00:32:02 win you." Say it so big -- farm states.
00:32:05 "We're going to win." Wisconsin.
00:32:07 I did so much for them.
00:32:08 I got $28 billion.
00:32:09 Think of that -- you know, that's all these
00:32:11 people.
00:32:11 Because they were taking advantage.
00:32:12 I asked our Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny
00:32:14 Perdue -- I said, "Sonny, what do you think the
00:32:17 damage has been that they've caused over the
00:32:19 last number of years?" Before my term, they
00:32:21 really caused tremendous damage to the farmers.
00:32:25 And he comes back two days later.
00:32:26 He says, "Sir, it's approximately $28 billion."
00:32:28 I said, "All right, good.
00:32:30 I'm going to take $28 billion." I tariffed
00:32:32 them.
00:32:32 I got $28 billion for the farmers.
00:32:34 Who else would do it?
00:32:35 By the way, who else would do it?
00:32:36 Who else would even think of it?
00:32:37 Can you imagine?
00:32:38 Who else?
00:32:39 Do you think that the sanctimonious or any of
00:32:42 these people -- do you think Biden -- how about
00:32:44 Biden?
00:32:45 He doesn't know he's alive.
00:32:47 Biden is going to say, "Let's get $28 billion for
00:32:50 the farmers." Biden doesn't even like
00:32:51 farmers, if you want to know the truth.
00:32:53 He doesn't like farmers, and he doesn't like
00:32:55 minorities.
00:32:56 That's true, isn't it?
00:32:57 Huh?
00:32:58 And nobody ever says that, but it's true.
00:33:00 He doesn't like minorities.
00:33:02 But, you know, you take a look at that, and I'd
00:33:04 say, "Well, I'm definitely winning Iowa."
00:33:07 I'd go into Iowa, make a speech.
00:33:08 We just got back, and it was great.
00:33:10 And I said, "I don't want to sound arrogant, but I
00:33:13 know I'm going to win Iowa." And my people said,
00:33:15 "Oh, that's so arrogant." I said, "I got them $28
00:33:18 billion.
00:33:19 Who the hell else is going to do it?" And I say it,
00:33:22 and everybody laughs, so we all have a good time.
00:33:23 But it is true.
00:33:24 I got them $28 billion.
00:33:25 How the hell do I lose a farm state if I got you
00:33:27 $28 billion?
00:33:28 (applause)
00:33:29 But Ron DeSantis opposed my China tariffs.
00:33:34 We took in hundreds of billions of dollars.
00:33:36 The 28 was a portion of it, and we gave that to
00:33:39 the farmers.
00:33:40 But we took in hundreds of billions.
00:33:42 Not one President of our country has taken in 10
00:33:46 cents from China.
00:33:47 Not 10 cents.
00:33:49 And I took in hundreds of billions of dollars.
00:33:51 They didn't like me too much.
00:33:53 They didn't like me too much.
00:33:56 But, very simply, Ron DeSanctimonious -- and
00:33:59 I'm not even sure I'm supposed to be wasting my
00:34:01 time talking about him because I hear he's so far
00:34:04 down.
00:34:05 Could you tell me, is there anybody else I'm
00:34:07 supposed to birdbrain, maybe?
00:34:08 Birdbrain.
00:34:09 (laughter)
00:34:10 Do I talk about anybody else?
00:34:12 Because he really has -- he's fallen like a wounded
00:34:15 bird from the skies.
00:34:18 But he sided with the communists in China, and I
00:34:21 fought for the workers of America.
00:34:23 He was against what we did.
00:34:24 He was very much against what we did.
00:34:26 And perhaps most offensive of all to the people of
00:34:29 New Hampshire, DeSanctimonious pushed a
00:34:31 23 percent national sales tax, which means he is
00:34:34 100 percent, in my opinion, unelectable when
00:34:37 you do that.
00:34:38 He also -- you know, the sales tax was one thing,
00:34:42 but he also pushed very strong on doing damage --
00:34:46 bad damage.
00:34:47 Very bad.
00:34:47 And maybe even extinguishing a thing
00:34:49 called "social security."
00:34:51 And he wanted the minimum age to be 70.
00:34:53 He voted on it three times, by the way, so,
00:34:55 you know, it's hard for him to deny it.
00:34:58 But the national sales tax would pulverize the
00:35:00 middle class and decimate the hardworking families
00:35:04 of this state almost more than most others.
00:35:06 And it's never going to happen.
00:35:08 We're never going to let that happen.
00:35:09 One thing about a politician -- when they
00:35:11 have an idea and then they always go away from it
00:35:13 during an election.
00:35:14 "No, I was only kidding when I said I'm going to
00:35:17 pulverize social security.
00:35:19 I was only kidding."
00:35:20 But they always go back to it.
00:35:22 Right?
00:35:23 And they always go back to it.
00:35:24 And they go back to their first idea.
00:35:26 That's where they are.
00:35:28 DeSantis also very much hurt Medicare, and he
00:35:32 wanted to hurt it badly, but it got voted down.
00:35:35 As your President, I proudly ended the
00:35:37 disaster known as NAFTA -- the world's worst trade
00:35:40 deal -- worst trade deal probably ever made --
00:35:42 (applause)
00:35:43 -- and replaced it with the U.S.
00:35:45 MCA.
00:35:46 That's Mexico-Canada.
00:35:48 And it's, they say, the best trade deal ever made
00:35:51 in the country.
00:35:52 Actually, believe it or not, the deal I made with
00:35:54 China is, I think, even better.
00:35:56 They have to buy 50 billion of product.
00:35:57 But I don't even talk about it.
00:35:58 Because of COVID, I don't even talk about it.
00:36:01 We had the greatest economy in the history of
00:36:02 the world.
00:36:03 We had COVID.
00:36:04 And then I built it again, rebuilt it again.
00:36:05 The stock market was actually higher than it
00:36:07 was pre-COVID.
00:36:08 It was pretty amazing.
00:36:09 We did a great job on something that nobody had
00:36:12 any idea what it was.
00:36:13 COVID, when it came in, we did a great job.
00:36:15 Let the governors run it.
00:36:16 Some of the governors did a great job, like Henry
00:36:19 McMaster of South Carolina and Governor Noem.
00:36:24 She did -- she was fantastic.
00:36:26 South Dakota and some others.
00:36:28 Tennessee did a very good job.
00:36:30 And they kept them open.
00:36:31 They kept them open.
00:36:32 Florida, by the way, was not kept open, just in
00:36:34 case you have any questions.
00:36:36 But they got back.
00:36:38 But it was not kept open.
00:36:40 You know, some people forget history, but it's
00:36:42 very easy to go back, especially with the
00:36:44 Internet.
00:36:44 It takes you seconds.
00:36:46 Oh, that's true.
00:36:46 The beaches were closed.
00:36:48 The hotels, everything was closed.
00:36:50 But it got back.
00:36:51 And we did a great job on that.
00:36:53 And I let the governors do it.
00:36:55 We got them the equipment they needed.
00:36:57 We did something.
00:36:58 We never got the credit on that one, but we got
00:36:59 credit on a lot of other things, like having
00:37:01 created the strongest border in the history of
00:37:04 our country.
00:37:05 (applause)
00:37:06 Got credit on that one.
00:37:07 Having created the greatest economy in the
00:37:09 history of our country.
00:37:11 The greatest economy by far.
00:37:13 I fought for New Hampshire fishermen and
00:37:15 lobstermen like no administration in history.
00:37:17 No administration cared about the fishermen and
00:37:20 the lobstermen.
00:37:20 (applause)
00:37:21 I only did it because, selfishly, I love that
00:37:26 lobster.
00:37:27 You know, I was going to -- you couldn't get it.
00:37:29 So we got it.
00:37:30 I opened it up.
00:37:31 You know the 500 square miles, right?
00:37:33 I opened it up.
00:37:34 They want to close it up, and I guess they want to
00:37:36 do that.
00:37:37 It's so crazy.
00:37:38 But making a deal with the European Union to
00:37:40 eliminate tariffs on American lobster.
00:37:43 They were charging us tariffs, and we weren't
00:37:45 charging them.
00:37:46 I said, "Either you do that, or we're going to
00:37:48 charge you double the tariffs you're charging
00:37:49 us."
00:37:50 They said, "We'd be -- we'd be delighted in
00:37:53 taking the tariffs off."
00:37:54 It took one phone call.
00:37:56 But the EU tariff reduction on any product
00:37:59 -- it's the first time that they've ever done
00:38:01 that, and they did it for me with one conversation.
00:38:04 I said, "You do it, and we're going to do it to
00:38:05 you with everything, not just lobster."
00:38:08 And they dropped everything.
00:38:10 I also opened up 5,000 square miles of ocean off
00:38:13 New England that Barack Hussein Obama had closed.
00:38:16 I don't know why.
00:38:17 (Applause.)
00:38:18 I mean, they closed.
00:38:19 The most fertile area, almost like in the world,
00:38:23 for a thing called fish -- fish and lobster.
00:38:27 And you weren't allowed to use it.
00:38:27 Five hundred square miles.
00:38:30 You know how deep you had to go?
00:38:31 You had to go way the hell out -- dangerous -- way,
00:38:34 way out in the ocean.
00:38:35 And to this day, nobody really tells me, you know,
00:38:38 why.
00:38:39 Why did they do it?
00:38:41 And they want to put it back again.
00:38:42 Now we're ready for the America First economic
00:38:46 program.
00:38:46 It's going to be -- we're going to make our country
00:38:48 -- everyone is really down right now because our
00:38:50 country looks so bad.
00:38:52 We have no influence in the world.
00:38:54 Everything is falling apart.
00:38:56 Everything he's done has been bad.
00:38:58 Everything.
00:38:59 You know, I have a little list that I'm going to
00:39:01 read in a second, but everything that he's done
00:39:03 is a failure.
00:39:05 The open border, his relations with other
00:39:08 countries -- we've lost every country.
00:39:10 We don't even have any -- we don't even have any
00:39:12 allies anymore.
00:39:13 They don't respect us.
00:39:15 I mean, we don't have any -- we have nothing going.
00:39:18 You take a look.
00:39:19 Yeah, China is our best ally, I think, with him.
00:39:21 (Laughter.)
00:39:22 Well, you know, he has to because they paid him so
00:39:24 much money.
00:39:24 We have no choice, right?
00:39:26 Got plenty of money out of China.
00:39:28 Remember with Russia during the debate?
00:39:30 They said, "How come the mayor of Moscow's wife
00:39:34 gave you $3.5 million in cash?"
00:39:39 And Chris Wallace -- how's he doing?
00:39:41 Not too good?
00:39:42 Chris Wallace, who is the moderator for Fox -- "You're
00:39:45 not allowed to ask that question." I said, "Why
00:39:47 not?"
00:39:47 He got $3.5 million from the mayor of Moscow's
00:39:50 wife.
00:39:51 "Why aren't we allowed to ask that question?"
00:39:52 "Well, it's inappropriate." Because now it turns out
00:39:56 that's a big scandal.
00:39:57 I was right.
00:39:58 I'm always a couple of years ahead of schedule.
00:40:00 That's okay.
00:40:00 (Applause.)
00:40:01 And I was right.
00:40:03 They got money from a lot of countries.
00:40:05 When I'm reelected, we will have these incredible
00:40:11 tax cuts.
00:40:12 We're going to do it -- regulation cuts in
00:40:13 addition.
00:40:14 Again, we cut regulations and taxes more than
00:40:17 anybody else, but we're going to get more because
00:40:19 we're going to have so much money coming in from
00:40:21 energy that we're not going to have to toy with
00:40:23 your Social Security or your Medicare.
00:40:25 We will have -- again, we are -- when I go to Saudi
00:40:29 Arabia, talk to Saudi -- any of the Saudis -- and
00:40:32 they order 200, you know, brand-new Boeing 777s, I
00:40:36 said, "How do you get your financing?"
00:40:38 They look at me like, "Financing?
00:40:40 We don't need financing.
00:40:40 We got nothing but cash."
00:40:41 Right?
00:40:42 We have bigger than they do.
00:40:44 We have more than they do.
00:40:46 We can do so well, and we don't have to -- we don't
00:40:49 have to terminate somebody that's worked their whole
00:40:51 life, their Social Security, or play with
00:40:54 their Medicare like DeSantis wants to do and
00:40:57 all these other candidates want to do,
00:40:59 because they have no idea.
00:41:00 They have no idea.
00:41:02 You take a look at them.
00:41:02 I mean, I got candidates -- Ada Hutchinson.
00:41:05 I call him Ada.
00:41:07 Ada.
00:41:08 The guy is polling at zero.
00:41:10 I think it's appropriate that Trump's debates.
00:41:12 Why?
00:41:13 So a guy at zero -- I'm at -- I'm 70 points higher
00:41:15 than him.
00:41:16 More.
00:41:17 And I'm supposed to be standing on -- why?
00:41:19 (applause)
00:41:23 Well, you have -- you have -- you talk about Trump
00:41:25 derangement syndrome.
00:41:28 He's a deranged human being.
00:41:29 Chris Christie, he's a deranged person.
00:41:31 (applause)
00:41:32 He thinks -- he thinks -- no, it's just so crazy.
00:41:35 He stands up.
00:41:35 They say, "What do you think of our economy?"
00:41:37 "Donald Trump is a horrible human being.
00:41:39 He's horrible."
00:41:41 It's tough when you don't give somebody a job, and
00:41:43 then they're supposed to be nice, right?
00:41:45 But, no, I never trusted him to give him a job.
00:41:48 But he was -- he endorsed me right after our big
00:41:51 debate.
00:41:51 We had a big debate up here, and then he endorsed
00:41:53 me immediately.
00:41:54 But I just didn't choose to do that.
00:41:56 When you don't give people jobs or when you fire
00:41:58 people from jobs, they tend to get, Mr.
00:42:01 Congressman, quite vicious.
00:42:03 And he's a deranged human being.
00:42:05 He's got a lot of problems.
00:42:06 And you have others.
00:42:07 You know, you have others.
00:42:08 You have the -- but they're not -- they're
00:42:09 not -- but they're polling at 4, 5, 6.
00:42:12 Zero.
00:42:12 In many -- in a few cases, zero.
00:42:14 One guy actually has a zero with an arrow
00:42:16 pointing left.
00:42:17 That means minus -- that means minus zero.
00:42:19 And then they say, "Trump should really debate
00:42:21 them."
00:42:22 So, so far, we've done good.
00:42:23 We've had two debates.
00:42:24 I haven't participated.
00:42:25 They got the lowest ratings in the history of
00:42:27 debates.
00:42:28 (Applause.)
00:42:28 The lowest ratings.
00:42:29 Thank you.
00:42:30 In fact, I went up to Michigan to save the
00:42:34 United Auto Workers from their union because their
00:42:37 union was negotiating a terrible thing doing.
00:42:40 A terrible thing.
00:42:41 They were negotiating hourly wages, but they
00:42:43 weren't talking about the electric vehicles
00:42:45 because they can have all the wages they want, but
00:42:48 in two years, they're not going to have a job if
00:42:50 they go with this mandate that they have for
00:42:51 electric vehicles.
00:42:52 So I was up in Michigan while they were debating,
00:42:55 and my poll numbers went up like another 6 or 7
00:42:58 percent by skipping the debate.
00:43:00 (Applause.)
00:43:01 And I think that if the United Auto Workers --
00:43:04 not of auto workers, period -- but of the
00:43:05 United Auto Workers listen to their union,
00:43:09 unless their union changes -- and they're
00:43:10 starting to change.
00:43:11 And I went up and I explained about the fact
00:43:13 that you would think they would know that, right?
00:43:16 Because it's not, with me, a full-time job, that
00:43:18 particular thing.
00:43:19 It is for them.
00:43:19 You'd think they'd know that you can't approve
00:43:22 the electric mandates.
00:43:23 You can't do it all of them because all of those
00:43:26 cars are going to be made in China.
00:43:28 That's where the materials are.
00:43:29 That's where the minerals are.
00:43:31 That's where the batteries are.
00:43:32 That's where -- we have another thing here.
00:43:34 It's called gasoline, right under our feet.
00:43:36 You know, I call it liquid gold.
00:43:38 (Applause.)
00:43:38 Oil.
00:43:40 Right under our feet, more than anybody.
00:43:42 I call it liquid gold.
00:43:43 That's what we have, and we don't take advantage of it.
00:43:46 We go to China.
00:43:47 China wants -- with China.
00:43:48 Can you imagine if China was sitting on what we have?
00:43:51 They would be an even more successful country, and
00:43:55 they wouldn't be doing the stupid things that we do.
00:43:57 To protect New Hampshire workers and families, I'll
00:44:00 impose a cross-the-board tariff on all foreign-made
00:44:03 goods because we have to do that.
00:44:05 And that's not going to be a tax on you.
00:44:07 You know, like the Wall Street Journal, which is
00:44:09 totally globalist -- you know, they want to
00:44:10 protect the globe.
00:44:11 They don't care about this country.
00:44:13 They say, "Oh, it's a tax."
00:44:14 Number one, it gives you tremendous negotiating
00:44:18 power.
00:44:19 I'll give you an example.
00:44:20 On the border, I got Mexico to pay for 28,000
00:44:24 soldiers.
00:44:24 Twenty-eight thousand.
00:44:26 Because I said, "If you don't pay, I'm going to
00:44:28 put a tariff on all the cars that you stole from
00:44:30 us."
00:44:31 And I took 32 percent of our automaking industry
00:44:34 over a period of decades.
00:44:36 Thirty-two percent.
00:44:38 So I said to them -- you know, we had people coming
00:44:41 in through this Obama group, like you wouldn't
00:44:45 believe.
00:44:45 I said, "We got to close up our borders." I want
00:44:47 people to come into our country, but they have to
00:44:48 come in legally, right?
00:44:50 Now you look at what's happened.
00:44:51 It's just so crazy.
00:44:52 (applause)
00:44:54 But I said -- I said very strongly.
00:44:56 I said, "No, you're going to have to -- you're going
00:44:58 to have to give us 28,000 to protect our border."
00:45:00 That's why we had the greatest border records in
00:45:03 history, because of Mexico.
00:45:04 You know all those people that say, "Donald Trump
00:45:06 never got money from Mexico." I got 28,000
00:45:08 soldiers.
00:45:09 That's much more than anybody could get by
00:45:11 giving us a couple of bucks to help build the
00:45:13 wall.
00:45:14 But there was no legal mechanism where you can do
00:45:16 that.
00:45:17 But I said, "You got to give us 28,000." They
00:45:19 said, "No."
00:45:20 They said, "You also have to give us 'Stay in
00:45:22 Mexico,' 'Remain in Mexico.'" That's a pretty
00:45:24 big thing because they were remaining in our
00:45:26 country.
00:45:27 You know, they were coming in, and it was called
00:45:29 "Remain in the United States for the Rest of
00:45:31 Your Life." And I said, "No, they have to remain
00:45:34 in Mexico until we check them out and see." And
00:45:36 most of them didn't check out.
00:45:37 They came from prisons.
00:45:38 They came from mental institutions.
00:45:40 They came from lots of places.
00:45:42 And the person at the State Department -- very
00:45:44 good woman.
00:45:45 She -- all she did was work on Mexico for about 25
00:45:47 years.
00:45:48 She said, "Sir, they'll never do this because
00:45:50 she's never gotten anything from them." I
00:45:52 said, "No, they'll do it." "Sir, they won't do it.
00:45:54 I'm telling you, they won't." I said, "100
00:45:56 percent, they'll do it." And also, catch-up.
00:45:58 Catch and release.
00:46:00 Catch and release.
00:46:00 You catch them, and then you release them into
00:46:02 America.
00:46:03 You catch them, they're a criminal -- even
00:46:05 criminals.
00:46:06 They catch them -- what's your crime?
00:46:08 Murder.
00:46:08 Oh, okay.
00:46:10 Well, please show up in three or four years for
00:46:13 court.
00:46:14 No, only the really dumb ones show up.
00:46:16 You know, nobody shows up.
00:46:18 You know what percentage show up for court?
00:46:21 "We're going to release you.
00:46:22 You're on the honor system.
00:46:23 In four years, please come back.
00:46:25 We're going to have a -- we're going to have a
00:46:26 case." And only about --
00:46:28 about 1 percent come back.
00:46:30 And they're the ones that you really don't want
00:46:31 because they're not very smart.
00:46:33 But they come back.
00:46:34 Everyone else is just -- like, they're all
00:46:36 illegally in this country.
00:46:37 We have -- we've taken in, I'll bet, 15 million
00:46:39 people in the last short period of time.
00:46:42 It's bigger than New York State.
00:46:44 But -- so I said to Mexico, I said, "You got
00:46:46 to pay for the soldiers.
00:46:47 I want them free of charge." "No." They
00:46:49 thought it -- they said, "You got to be kidding.
00:46:51 Why would we do that?
00:46:52 You're going to do it." So they sent their top
00:46:55 representative.
00:46:55 I said, "Very nice guy, right under the
00:46:57 President."
00:46:58 Because they knew I was not happy about people
00:47:00 coming in from Mexico in the caravans.
00:47:02 And they sent their top person -- nice man.
00:47:05 And he said, "Sir, we won't do that." I said,
00:47:08 "Yes, you will." He said, "No, sir, we won't.
00:47:11 I mean, I'm telling you, we will not do it." "Yes,
00:47:13 you will.
00:47:13 A hundred percent.
00:47:14 A hundred percent, you'll do it." And he said, "No,
00:47:17 we're not going to do it." I said, "Here's what
00:47:18 we're telling you.
00:47:19 In right here, I have a piece of paper, and I'm
00:47:21 signing it." It was a Friday afternoon.
00:47:23 I said, "On Monday morning, at 7 o'clock in
00:47:25 the morning, there's a 25 percent tariff that's
00:47:29 going to be placed on all of your cars and all of
00:47:33 your goods and all of the billions and billions and
00:47:35 billions of dollars that you sucker us with and
00:47:38 you sell into the United States.
00:47:40 And it's 25 percent, and that's much more than the
00:47:43 cost of 28,000 soldiers." Remember what 28,000
00:47:47 soldiers -- that's a lot.
00:47:49 And these are Pancho Villa.
00:47:50 You know, they have the -- they have the bullets
00:47:51 across the -- these aren't politically correct,
00:47:54 like our guys have to be politically correct.
00:47:55 If you say some -- "Excuse me, ma'am, you're not
00:47:58 allowed to be here." If you say it in a bad tone,
00:48:00 they want to put you in jail.
00:48:01 Okay?
00:48:02 You know, they're politically correct.
00:48:04 Our people, what they've done to our military is
00:48:06 terrible.
00:48:07 But I've rebuilt the entire military.
00:48:08 But we'll get that straightened out because
00:48:10 we have a great military potential.
00:48:11 (Applause)
00:48:12 We have a great military potential.
00:48:15 So we had the soldiers.
00:48:17 So I said, "I'm going to put a 25 percent -- I'm
00:48:19 going to put on all of your products, Mr.
00:48:22 Congressman, a 25 percent tax.
00:48:24 Everything.
00:48:26 And it's going to start on Monday morning.
00:48:28 Mr. President, I'd like to make a phone call."
00:48:30 Comes back five minutes later.
00:48:32 "Sir, it would be a great honor to put 28,000
00:48:36 soldiers free of charge on your border.
00:48:38 This would be a great honor for us.
00:48:39 And catch and release, you win that too.
00:48:41 Stay in Mexico, you win that too.
00:48:43 You win everything, sir.
00:48:44 Please don't do that, sir." That's -- we got
00:48:47 everything.
00:48:48 We got everything.
00:48:48 (Applause)
00:48:49 But we don't do that with this
00:48:50 administration.
00:48:51 This administration doesn't do things like that.
00:48:54 I will also pass the -- what we'll call the Trump
00:48:57 Reciprocal Trade Act.
00:48:59 If China or any other country makes us pay --
00:49:02 you know, they charge us massive tariffs to do
00:49:04 business in their country.
00:49:06 This way, our businesses leave your state and they
00:49:08 go to China and they build a factory in China
00:49:10 because they don't want to pay the tariff.
00:49:13 But if they make us pay a 100 or 200 percent tariff,
00:49:16 then we will make them pay an exactly the same
00:49:20 reciprocal tariff of 100 to 200 percent.
00:49:23 So if we're paying them, they're paying us.
00:49:26 So one of two things are going to happen.
00:49:28 We're going to either take a lot of money or
00:49:29 they're going to -- we're going to both agree that
00:49:31 let's forget it.
00:49:31 We go back and there's no tax.
00:49:34 And probably the second thing will happen more
00:49:36 often than not.
00:49:37 And as taxes on foreign countries go up, taxes on
00:49:40 American workers, families, and small
00:49:42 businesses will -- because of what I did -- will go
00:49:45 down.
00:49:46 Now, people like the Wall Street Journal, they are
00:49:49 so mixed up, they don't know what to do.
00:49:52 They don't like things like this because they're
00:49:54 globalists.
00:49:54 They want China to do well.
00:49:56 They want other countries to do well, much more so
00:49:59 than they want -- look, Rupert Murdoch said
00:50:01 "globalist" -- much more so than they want anybody.
00:50:04 They don't want -- I don't even think they want us to
00:50:07 do well, if you want to know the truth, because
00:50:10 I've seen too many things.
00:50:12 But they're globalists and they want other
00:50:13 countries to do well, so they'll fight this.
00:50:16 But smart people in Congress and smart people
00:50:19 in the Senate are going to approve it.
00:50:20 I will revoke China's "Most Favored Nation" trade
00:50:23 status because -- you know, they're most
00:50:26 favored -- because they're a developing
00:50:27 country.
00:50:28 (applause)
00:50:29 And we will impose stiff penalties on China and
00:50:33 other trade businesses for the abuse.
00:50:35 Just so you understand, they are a favored
00:50:37 nation.
00:50:38 You know why?
00:50:39 Because they say, "We're a developing nation."
00:50:40 We are a developing nation, sir.
00:50:42 So are we.
00:50:43 Have you seen our cities?
00:50:44 Our cities are going to hell.
00:50:46 Our whole country is going to hell.
00:50:47 We're a developing nation.
00:50:49 We're more of a developing nation than
00:50:51 they are.
00:50:51 They have a better school system.
00:50:52 By the way, we're going to terminate the
00:50:54 Department of Education, if you don't --
00:50:55 (applause)
00:50:56 -- fast.
00:51:00 Almost the first thing we're going to do.
00:51:01 (applause)
00:51:02 We're going to let local -- we're going to let
00:51:06 local government -- we're going to let the states
00:51:08 run education.
00:51:10 We're going to let the states run education.
00:51:12 You know, we spend more per pupil than any
00:51:15 country anywhere in the world, and yet we're at
00:51:19 the bottom of the list.
00:51:20 We're in number 38, 39, or 40 -- out of 40.
00:51:24 And yet, we spend double and sometimes triple per
00:51:27 pupil, more than any other.
00:51:29 You have Denmark, Norway, Sweden.
00:51:33 China is a top -- top country.
00:51:36 Can you imagine?
00:51:37 With 1.4 billion people, China is a top country.
00:51:40 They do a very good job.
00:51:42 But we don't do a good job.
00:51:44 So it's like my famous statement that I've made
00:51:47 numerous times about lots of different things --
00:51:49 what the hell do we have to lose, right?
00:51:51 And you move it back to New Hampshire, and you
00:51:54 move it back to Iowa and South Carolina, and all of
00:51:57 these great states, and you'll run your education.
00:52:00 And we'll have nobody in Washington, except maybe
00:52:02 just one person sitting at one desk with perhaps a
00:52:05 secretary, saying, "Are you sure you're teaching
00:52:08 English?"
00:52:09 We want to make sure.
00:52:10 (laughter)
00:52:10 There are a couple of basics, right?
00:52:12 There are a couple of basics.
00:52:14 But it's no wonder the far-left lunatics are
00:52:16 getting desperate to stop our movement by any means
00:52:19 necessary.
00:52:20 And as you know, crooked Joe Biden and his
00:52:23 radical-left thugs have weaponized law
00:52:25 enforcement to arrest their leading political
00:52:27 opponent -- me.
00:52:29 I got arrested.
00:52:30 Can you believe it?
00:52:30 That's the mugshot.
00:52:32 I never thought I'd be taken -- I wonder what my
00:52:34 father and mother are saying as they look down.
00:52:36 My son just -- I took -- like mugshots weren't
00:52:38 supposed to be in the family.
00:52:40 (laughter)
00:52:43 Sorry, Dad.
00:52:45 I'm glad they weren't around to see it.
00:52:48 A mugshot.
00:52:49 That was never supposed to happen politically.
00:52:51 Think of it -- a mugshot.
00:52:52 I had a mugshot, but it turned out quite good.
00:52:55 (applause)
00:52:56 A good goose.
00:52:59 Over nothing.
00:53:00 It's all coming out of Washington, too.
00:53:04 And it's all high-level election interference.
00:53:06 They want to demean you and destroy you so that
00:53:10 when you run against this man who is mentally
00:53:13 incapacitated, you have to lose.
00:53:16 That's the only way they can win.
00:53:17 They have to cheat.
00:53:18 They can't win with all their policies of open
00:53:21 borders, high taxes, high interest rates, no voter
00:53:25 ID.
00:53:26 I mean, no voter ID.
00:53:27 With all their policies, they can't win.
00:53:29 The only way they know how to win is by cheating.
00:53:31 And this is a form of cheating.
00:53:33 This is third-world country stuff.
00:53:35 Arrest your -- arrest your opponent.
00:53:37 And that means that I could do that, too.
00:53:39 If I win, I could say, "Wow, there's somebody
00:53:41 -- there's somebody over there."
00:53:44 No.
00:53:44 But you see what's happening.
00:53:45 You see what's starting.
00:53:47 This is like -- I've always read that, you
00:53:49 know, a President is -- leaves office, does a good
00:53:52 job, leaves office, works hard, and you just don't
00:53:55 do -- you just treat them with great respect.
00:53:58 I got indicted four times in three civil trials of --
00:54:02 by cuckoo birds, where they're -- where they're
00:54:07 -- it's just unbelievable.
00:54:08 And they think, "If you can -- if I can keep them
00:54:11 out of New Hampshire and Iowa and South Carolina
00:54:15 and Nevada, if we can keep them in courthouses,
00:54:18 busy as hell, they don't care until after the
00:54:21 election."
00:54:22 You know, if I would have decided not to run, I
00:54:24 wouldn't have any of this stuff.
00:54:26 If -- if I just -- if I was in third or fourth or
00:54:29 fifth place, I wouldn't have any of this stuff
00:54:31 because they wouldn't -- but I'm leading Biden by
00:54:34 a lot, and I'm leading all of the Republicans by a
00:54:38 massive amount.
00:54:39 So -- (applause)
00:54:41 In fact, somebody said, "You don't have to come
00:54:48 to New Hampshire, sir.
00:54:49 You're leading by 44 points.
00:54:50 You don't have to come."
00:54:51 I said, "No way."
00:54:53 How about if I called, "I'm not going to come."
00:54:55 (applause)
00:54:56 No, no.
00:54:58 I said, "I don't have the courage to tell those
00:55:00 great people."
00:55:00 And there's thousands of them.
00:55:02 There's a lot of people outside.
00:55:03 You'll be happy to know.
00:55:05 You know, DeSantis had a thing yesterday.
00:55:07 He had 30 -- 33 people show up.
00:55:09 (laughter)
00:55:11 We had, that time, about 1,000.
00:55:15 In the Republican primary, as an example, the
00:55:18 SurveyUSA poll -- this is a -- considered an A-plus
00:55:21 poll, meaning that's how they rate them -- A-plus,
00:55:24 A, B, C, D.
00:55:25 Then you got some real beauties, too.
00:55:28 But this is an A-plus poll.
00:55:30 A SurveyUSA poll has us at 65 percent and
00:55:34 sanctimonious at 9 percent and sinking rapidly.
00:55:37 He's going down.
00:55:38 (applause)
00:55:39 Sinking like a rock.
00:55:42 And in the general election, I'm beating
00:55:44 Biden by a lot -- a lot.
00:55:46 And, you know, it's interesting.
00:55:47 A friend of mine heard I was up by 9 points or 10
00:55:50 points on Biden.
00:55:51 They said -- and he's not a political person.
00:55:53 He said, "How could it only be that much?"
00:55:55 But, you know, they have an automatic constituency,
00:55:57 Mr. Senator.
00:55:58 We know that, right?
00:55:59 They have a constituency of various -- I don't want
00:56:01 to get into it because I don't want to hurt
00:56:03 anybody's feelings.
00:56:04 Because I believe a lot of those constituencies are
00:56:06 going to come our way.
00:56:08 So I'm not going to insult anybody.
00:56:09 But they have automatic votes that get them to,
00:56:11 like, 38 percent without even doing -- you could
00:56:14 be a guy like Biden, who's dumb as a rock --
00:56:17 (laughter)
00:56:18 -- who doesn't know what he's doing, who's
00:56:20 allowing horrible things to happen to our country,
00:56:24 who's letting our country be destroyed.
00:56:27 And he probably -- maybe he doesn't even know it.
00:56:29 I'm not sure he knows it.
00:56:30 There's people around his desk -- the fascists and
00:56:32 the communists that deal with him.
00:56:34 And, you know, he's perfect for them.
00:56:36 You know, they didn't want him, and then they found
00:56:38 out he's the perfect guy.
00:56:38 We can't get a better guy than this because he'll do
00:56:41 anything we tell him.
00:56:42 The radical-left Democrats rigged the
00:56:44 presidential election of 2020, and we're not going
00:56:47 to let them rig the presidential election of
00:56:49 2024.
00:56:50 (applause)
00:56:50 I'm not going to let them.
00:56:54 You know, we got almost 12 million more votes the
00:56:58 second time.
00:56:59 I always say -- well, we did much better the second
00:57:02 time.
00:57:02 Drives them crazy.
00:57:03 But we did much better.
00:57:04 I was told that we got 63 million votes.
00:57:07 We got 63 million the first time.
00:57:10 And I was told that we got 63 -- "Sir, you cannot
00:57:13 lose."
00:57:13 Fabrizio told me he's a great pollster.
00:57:16 McLachlan told me -- great pollster.
00:57:18 "Sir, if you got 63, you can't lose." We got, like,
00:57:22 almost 12 million more votes than that.
00:57:24 And that's with their counting.
00:57:26 Okay?
00:57:27 Their counting is crooked as hell.
00:57:29 And they say we lost, but you know the real answer.
00:57:33 And we have so much.
00:57:34 If we only had judges -- if we only had judges that
00:57:37 had the courage to do what they should have done.
00:57:41 Every time the radical-left Democrats,
00:57:43 Marxists, communists, and fascists indict me, I
00:57:46 consider it a great badge of honor because I am
00:57:50 being indicted for you.
00:57:51 I am being indicted for you.
00:57:53 It's true.
00:57:53 (applause)
00:57:54 It's true.
00:57:55 I got indicted -- I got indicted more than the
00:58:02 great, legendary Alphonse Capone.
00:58:06 Has anyone ever heard of Alphonse?
00:58:07 (laughter)
00:58:08 You ever heard?
00:58:09 You're too young to know about Al.
00:58:11 Al Capone -- if you looked at him the wrong way, he
00:58:15 would kill you.
00:58:15 Okay?
00:58:16 This was a seriously tough mobster.
00:58:18 He was the -- I guess you'd call him the king of
00:58:21 the mobsters, right?
00:58:22 Al Capone only got indicted once.
00:58:24 I got indicted four times, and mine were in, like,
00:58:26 this tiny little bracket.
00:58:29 It's amazing the way all these things happen just
00:58:32 right smack in the middle.
00:58:33 All these trials.
00:58:35 I got these judges.
00:58:36 They're appointed.
00:58:37 I won't even tell you who appointed them.
00:58:39 No, we have to have the trial.
00:58:40 The one judge in Washington.
00:58:42 No, we want the judge -- we want the trial to start
00:58:46 the day before Super Tuesday.
00:58:47 You know, Super Tuesday in our world -- you know,
00:58:49 you're a very political people.
00:58:50 New Hampshire is very political.
00:58:52 We kept you exactly where you were.
00:58:53 A lot of people wanted New Hampshire to go back.
00:58:56 We didn't let that happen.
00:58:58 But New Hampshire is very, very political.
00:59:00 (applause)
00:59:01 We have a judge in Washington.
00:59:03 The trial date starts on such and such.
00:59:05 You know what the day is?
00:59:06 The day before Super Tuesday, the biggest of all.
00:59:09 Right?
00:59:10 That's when all of the states get in.
00:59:12 And all they do is they show.
00:59:16 They just expose themselves.
00:59:17 They just expose themselves for what they are.
00:59:20 Never forget, our enemies want to stop us because we
00:59:23 are the only ones who can stop them.
00:59:25 True.
00:59:26 They want to take away my freedom because I will
00:59:28 never let them take away your freedom.
00:59:30 And they want to take away your freedom.
00:59:31 (applause)
00:59:32 We're becoming a communist state.
00:59:36 We're becoming a communist state.
00:59:38 Right?
00:59:38 (applause)
00:59:39 They want to silence me because I will never let
00:59:44 them silence you.
00:59:47 But in the end, they're not after me, they're after
00:59:49 you.
00:59:50 They're after you.
00:59:51 I just happen to be standing in their way.
00:59:53 I will continue to stand in their way.
00:59:55 It's true.
00:59:56 (applause)
00:59:56 Remember when I used to say at rallies, "We
01:00:00 will never become a socialist nation"?
01:00:03 I used to say it all the time.
01:00:05 And I was right.
01:00:07 We've gone right to communism.
01:00:08 That's a step.
01:00:09 (laughter)
01:00:10 We've gone right to Marxism.
01:00:13 We never were socialists because we skipped over
01:00:15 socialism, Mr. Congressman.
01:00:17 We skipped right over it.
01:00:18 We went right to communism.
01:00:20 Together, we created the most secure border.
01:00:24 I mean, the things that we've done are incredible.
01:00:26 The border -- in U.S.
01:00:28 history, and built over 500 miles of border wall.
01:00:32 I told you we're going to build another 200, and
01:00:34 they didn't want to do it.
01:00:36 Now, I have a thing, if you want.
01:00:38 Has anybody ever heard the snake?
01:00:41 This has to do with the border, and this has to do
01:00:44 now with Israel because of what happened if you --
01:00:46 should I do it or not?
01:00:47 (laughter)
01:00:47 Okay, I thought you might be in a hurry to get the
01:00:50 hell out of here.
01:00:51 Nobody is in a hurry, right?
01:00:54 So this has to do with borders.
01:00:56 It has to do with bad people coming in.
01:00:59 Has to do with people coming in from jails and
01:01:02 mental institutions.
01:01:03 And now it even pertains to Israel.
01:01:05 What happened yesterday was incredible.
01:01:07 I mean, whoa, so many people killed.
01:01:09 I don't know if you've been here, but the number
01:01:10 was much bigger than they reported, even this morning.
01:01:13 It's a very big number.
01:01:14 A very, very big number.
01:01:15 And vicious, too.
01:01:16 Vicious.
01:01:17 Young children just slaughtered.
01:01:19 It's terrible what's going on.
01:01:20 So, this is the snake.
01:01:22 And people love it, and I do it.
01:01:25 If people want to hear it.
01:01:26 Some people have heard it, some people haven't.
01:01:28 But we'll do it, right?
01:01:31 On her way to work one morning, down the path
01:01:35 along the lake, a tenderhearted woman saw a
01:01:39 poor, half-frozen snake.
01:01:42 His pretty colored skin had been all frosted with
01:01:45 the dew.
01:01:46 Poor thing.
01:01:47 She cried, "I'll take you in, and I'll take care of
01:01:51 you.
01:01:51 I'll take care of you."
01:01:52 Right?
01:01:53 "Sure, people coming in.
01:01:55 I'll take care of you.
01:01:57 Take me in, oh tender woman.
01:01:58 Take me in, for heaven's sake.
01:02:00 Take me in, oh tender woman."
01:02:03 Sighed the vicious snake.
01:02:05 She wrapped him up all cozy in a comforter of silk
01:02:08 and laid him by her fireside with some honey
01:02:13 and some milk.
01:02:15 She hurried home from work that night, and as soon as
01:02:18 she arrived, she found the pretty snake she'd taken
01:02:20 in had been revived.
01:02:24 "Take me in, oh tender woman.
01:02:25 Take me in, for heaven's sake.
01:02:27 Take me in, oh tender woman," cried the vicious
01:02:31 snake.
01:02:32 She clutched him to her bosom.
01:02:35 "You're so beautiful," she cried.
01:02:38 "But if I hadn't brought you in by now, you truly
01:02:42 would have died."
01:02:43 She stroked his pretty skin again and kissed him and
01:02:46 held him tight.
01:02:48 But instead of saying, "Thank you, ma'am," the
01:02:52 snake gave her a vicious bite.
01:02:57 "Take me in, oh tender woman.
01:02:58 Take me in, for heaven's sake.
01:03:00 Take me in, oh tender woman," cried the vicious
01:03:04 snake.
01:03:06 "I cr--" Oh, this is so sad to hear.
01:03:08 Look, she's crying in the front.
01:03:11 Don't cry.
01:03:13 Learn from this.
01:03:14 She's crying.
01:03:16 "I saved you," cried the woman.
01:03:19 "And you've bitten me.
01:03:21 But why?
01:03:22 You know your bite is poisonous.
01:03:25 And now I'm going to die."
01:03:28 "Shut up, silly woman," said the reptile with a
01:03:33 grin.
01:03:34 "You knew damn well I was a snake before you took me
01:03:39 in."
01:03:40 That's what's happening on our border.
01:03:42 That's what's happening on our border.
01:03:46 This is just a little thing that I did once, and
01:03:50 they liked it, and I did it again.
01:03:52 And some people like it.
01:03:53 But what it's saying, basically, is we're taking
01:03:55 in people in our country that -- we're taking in
01:03:58 people involved with Israel that were attacked.
01:04:01 Taking in people from all over the world, many of
01:04:04 them from prisons, many of them from insane
01:04:07 asylums.
01:04:07 "Police, sir, don't use the term 'insane asylum.'
01:04:10 That's silence of the lamb stuff.
01:04:11 That's serious stuff, right?
01:04:13 Mental institutions."
01:04:14 "Couldn't you just use 'my geniuses' backstage?"
01:04:17 "Sir, could you not use the term 'insane asylum'?"
01:04:21 Because it's very tough.
01:04:22 You know, that's the silence of the lamb.
01:04:24 Hannibal Lecter, right?
01:04:26 I said, "Well, we have -- we have to do that.
01:04:29 We have to use the term.
01:04:30 But we're taking these people in."
01:04:32 Cide the vicious snake, right?
01:04:34 Cide the vicious snake.
01:04:35 We're taking people in, and we're going to have --
01:04:37 taking in terrorists from all over the world.
01:04:39 Terrorists are pouring into our country.
01:04:40 You know, 19 -- in 2019, they did a thing.
01:04:44 They had no terrorists for a long period of time.
01:04:47 None.
01:04:48 And today, yesterday, I heard they announced
01:04:50 thousands of terrorists are coming into our country.
01:04:54 When I was your President, we had peace through
01:04:56 strength, and now we have weakness, conflict, and
01:04:59 chaos.
01:05:00 The atrocities we're witnessing in Israel would
01:05:04 never have happened if I was President.
01:05:05 Would never have ever happened.
01:05:07 When I was Commander-in-Chief, we
01:05:09 reduced the Iranian economy, and I withdrew
01:05:12 from the disastrous Iran nuclear deal, imposed the
01:05:15 toughest-ever sanctions on the regime, and imposed a
01:05:18 strict travel ban to keep radical Islamic terrorists
01:05:22 the hell out of our country.
01:05:23 Now they're pouring into our country.
01:05:24 (applause)
01:05:25 They're pouring into our country.
01:05:27 Joe Biden undid it.
01:05:29 He undid it all and gave billions and billions of
01:05:32 dollars to the world's top sponsor of terror,
01:05:35 tossing Israel to the bloodthirsty terrorists
01:05:38 and jihadists.
01:05:39 You saw that just recently.
01:05:41 Biden's National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan --
01:05:46 he's another beauty -- bragged to the -- this is
01:05:48 like a couple of days ago, like yesterday.
01:05:51 He bragged to a foreign policy audience to, quote,
01:05:55 "The Middle East region is quieter today than it's
01:05:58 been in two decades."
01:05:59 Oh, how's that working out?
01:06:02 They just attacked Israel.
01:06:05 And it's been a hotbed beyond that -- even
01:06:07 beyond that.
01:06:09 This war happened for three reasons.
01:06:11 The allowing by the Biden administration of Iran to
01:06:15 sell massive amounts of oil, making $60 billion.
01:06:19 Yeah, people don't talk about that.
01:06:20 They talk about the $6 billion.
01:06:22 But they gave them $6 billion in ransom money.
01:06:26 We got six, they got six.
01:06:28 We got five, they got five.
01:06:31 But then what happened is they also got $6 billion.
01:06:34 So we got five and they got five.
01:06:38 And on top of the five, they got $6 billion.
01:06:40 Somehow, that's not a good deal.
01:06:44 And our country has perceived weakness with an
01:06:46 incompetent and corrupt leader, Joe Biden, who's
01:06:49 laughed at all over the world.
01:06:51 And Joe Biden betrayed Israel.
01:06:54 You know, when I see Bibi Netanyahu come and he tries
01:06:57 to talk them into doing something, they never do
01:06:59 it.
01:07:00 They never do it.
01:07:01 This is a real problem.
01:07:02 I can't imagine how anybody who's Jewish or
01:07:05 anybody who loves Israel and, frankly, the
01:07:07 evangelicals love just love Israel.
01:07:10 I can't imagine anybody voting Democrat, let alone
01:07:12 for this per this this man who's who's totally he was
01:07:16 shot 30 years ago.
01:07:17 He's more shot now.
01:07:20 But the problem was all caused by crooked Joe
01:07:22 Biden.
01:07:24 And, you know, he's negotiating all of these
01:07:26 different deals, but he's not really negotiating
01:07:29 because he doesn't have time in the days.
01:07:30 Spends most of the day sleeping.
01:07:33 But he can't.
01:07:33 He can't put two sentences together.
01:07:35 He can't do anything.
01:07:36 He can't do anything.
01:07:37 We have an incompetent man is our president, worst
01:07:40 president in the history of our country.
01:07:42 The only one that's happy about him is Jimmy Carter.
01:07:44 It's true.
01:07:46 Jimmy's thrilled.
01:07:49 But this problem was caused, in my opinion, by
01:07:53 his boss, Barack Hussein Obama.
01:07:58 Remember Rush Limbaugh?
01:07:59 He used to do we like rush, right?
01:08:01 We all used to go Barack Hussein.
01:08:06 But it's caused by Obama.
01:08:07 That's the boss of of crooked Joe and his
01:08:12 people who are running the White House.
01:08:14 His people are running the White House and they're
01:08:16 running these vicious witch hunts and
01:08:17 investigations on me because I don't think
01:08:20 Biden's, you know, I don't think he does what
01:08:22 that is doing, which are all about election
01:08:25 interference.
01:08:26 Even the judge I have in Washington, who is just
01:08:29 absolutely biased, happens to be an Obama appointee.
01:08:34 How do you think I'll do with her?
01:08:35 Nice, very nice person, I'm sure.
01:08:39 She's never going to give me a fair trial, and nor
01:08:41 can I get a fair trial in Washington, D.C.
01:08:43 because I've called for a federal takeover for a
01:08:46 long time of the city so that we can end crime and
01:08:50 squalor and homelessness and bring back the
01:08:53 capital of our nation to be the most beautiful
01:08:56 capital of any country in the world.
01:08:58 Right?
01:08:59 (applause)
01:08:59 But you can't have -- they're not supposed to
01:09:02 have a trial.
01:09:02 I say, "I'm taking away your city.
01:09:05 Now we're going to make it beautiful.
01:09:07 We're going to do it.
01:09:07 And we'll be fine." You know what?
01:09:09 We're going to be fine.
01:09:10 I don't know.
01:09:11 I got all these people, these horrible, horrible,
01:09:13 crooked people.
01:09:14 But somehow, we're going to be fine.
01:09:16 People say, "How do you take it, sir?"
01:09:18 I say, "Whatever." But we're going to be fine
01:09:20 because that's the way it works out.
01:09:22 People get it.
01:09:23 You know, the public understands it so well.
01:09:25 That's why I'm the only man ever indicted who went
01:09:30 up in the polls very substantially.
01:09:31 (laughter)
01:09:32 Sure.
01:09:33 Everybody gets indicted, ladies and gentlemen.
01:09:36 I will be leaving.
01:09:37 No, I'm the only man that's ever been indicted
01:09:40 who went up.
01:09:41 I think -- would you check that when we get back to
01:09:43 Washington, please?
01:09:44 I think -- I'm pretty sure.
01:09:45 How would you like to be indicted, Mr. Congressman?
01:09:48 I think you'd be in trouble.
01:09:49 He would resign immediately, live happily
01:09:51 with his beautiful wife.
01:09:52 That would be the end of it.
01:09:53 Right?
01:09:54 The good thing is, we have a voice and we can
01:09:56 explain it.
01:09:57 And when we explain it, people understand it's a
01:09:58 big scam, it's a big hoax, just like Russia,
01:10:01 Russia, Russia.
01:10:02 Just like the Pfizer.
01:10:03 Just like all of the things that were scams.
01:10:05 Ukraine, Ukraine, Ukraine.
01:10:07 All scams.
01:10:08 The whole thing was a scam.
01:10:10 As President, I will once again stand strongly with
01:10:13 the State of Israel, and we will cut off the money
01:10:16 to the terrorists on day one.
01:10:19 (applause)
01:10:19 And reimpose the travel ban on terror-afflicted
01:10:24 countries.
01:10:24 I had a travel ban.
01:10:26 You know, we -- think of it.
01:10:27 I don't -- I don't like talking about it, but now
01:10:29 I can because the time is up.
01:10:32 I went four years without a problem.
01:10:35 Four years.
01:10:36 Because I had a travel ban.
01:10:38 And the Islamic terrorists weren't allowed.
01:10:42 It was very tough for them.
01:10:44 I had a very strong travel ban.
01:10:46 We didn't have a problem in four years.
01:10:48 People forget that.
01:10:49 People forget what happened before I was there.
01:10:52 We had a big, big problem.
01:10:54 But the bloodshed and killing that we saw this
01:10:57 week will never, ever be allowed to happen on
01:11:01 American soil, except for the fact that we have now
01:11:04 allowed tens of thousands of probable terrorists
01:11:09 into our country.
01:11:10 We have people coming -- men coming in from China
01:11:13 by the thousands.
01:11:14 Men, not women.
01:11:15 Men coming in by the thousands.
01:11:18 We have men coming in from the Middle East by the
01:11:20 thousands and thousands.
01:11:21 And they let them come in, just come right in.
01:11:23 There's something going on, and we got to be careful.
01:11:26 We need smart leadership.
01:11:27 If we don't have smart leadership, we're not
01:11:28 going to have a country any longer.
01:11:30 Less than four years ago, we had peace in the Middle
01:11:33 East with the historic Abraham Accords.
01:11:35 Today, we have an all-out war on Israel, and it's
01:11:37 going to spread very quickly.
01:11:40 What a difference a President makes.
01:11:42 Isn't it amazing, though?
01:11:43 (Applause.)
01:11:44 Think what a country -- just think about this.
01:11:47 Think what our country would have been like if
01:11:49 the election had not been rigged and stolen.
01:11:52 Rigged -- think of this.
01:11:52 Just think of this.
01:11:54 Israel would not now be under attack.
01:11:57 Zero chance.
01:11:58 These are things -- 100 percent.
01:12:01 Ukraine would not be under attack by Russia.
01:12:05 Zero chance.
01:12:07 Place is being wiped out, by the way.
01:12:09 Wiped out.
01:12:09 It's unbelievable.
01:12:10 The cities are just obliterated.
01:12:12 Then they say -- two people were hurt.
01:12:14 When you find the real death toll that's
01:12:16 happening in Ukraine, you're not going to
01:12:17 believe it.
01:12:18 The numbers are horrible.
01:12:21 We would have no hostile relationship with North Korea.
01:12:25 I get along with Kim Jong Un very well.
01:12:27 A lot of nuclear weapons.
01:12:29 We would have left Afghanistan with dignity,
01:12:32 strength, and power, instead of the worst
01:12:34 embarrassment in the history of our country,
01:12:38 with dead soldiers, American hostages not
01:12:41 taken back.
01:12:41 (Applause.)
01:12:42 And we left $85 billion worth of military
01:12:45 equipment for the Taliban to have lots of fun with.
01:12:48 And they're selling much of it.
01:12:49 They're the third largest merchant in the whole
01:12:53 world of military equipment.
01:12:55 They're selling -- think of it -- number three in
01:12:57 the world.
01:12:57 They're selling the equipment that we
01:12:58 stupidly left behind.
01:13:00 These are stupid people.
01:13:01 Very stupid people.
01:13:03 We would have a strongest border.
01:13:04 And, by the way, in Afghanistan, I spoke to
01:13:06 Abdul, the head of the Taliban.
01:13:08 The press went crazy when they heard that.
01:13:11 And I said, "Abdul, never, ever kill any of our
01:13:14 soldiers again."
01:13:15 Eighteen months we went.
01:13:16 I said, "No, I'm more than that."
01:13:19 Eighteen months we went, not one soldier was killed
01:13:21 in Afghanistan.
01:13:23 Not one soldier.
01:13:24 Eighteen months.
01:13:25 Biden even said that in his speech.
01:13:26 Well, for 18 months, they didn't lose -- 18 months,
01:13:29 we didn't lose.
01:13:30 They were knocking them out with -- nobody has ever
01:13:33 seen anything like it.
01:13:34 During Obama, they were knocking them out.
01:13:37 I told them, "Don't ever do it."
01:13:38 He said, "But why, but why do you send me" -- it's
01:13:41 an interesting phrase -- "but why, but why do you
01:13:43 send me a picture of my home?"
01:13:44 I said, "You have to figure that one out."
01:13:48 But I said, "We'll hit you harder than anybody has
01:13:50 ever been hit."
01:13:52 But the same people that attacked Israel are
01:13:54 pouring into our once-beautiful USA,
01:13:57 throughout our totally open southern border.
01:14:01 They're coming in at record levels.
01:14:04 And they're planning -- I don't know, maybe they're
01:14:06 planning -- are they planning an attack on our
01:14:08 homeland?
01:14:08 I mean, I guess maybe that could happen,
01:14:10 couldn't it, huh?
01:14:11 Who would have thought what you have witnessed for
01:14:13 the last two days could happen?
01:14:15 Crooked Joe Biden and his boss, Barack Hussein
01:14:19 Obama, did this to us.
01:14:22 We would have the strongest economy in the
01:14:25 world.
01:14:26 We would have had -- think of it -- right now, the
01:14:29 strongest economy anywhere in the world.
01:14:32 There would be no inflation, zero.
01:14:33 We would have zero inflation.
01:14:35 Interest rates right now would be low because we
01:14:37 would have had energy, and that energy drove
01:14:39 everything up.
01:14:40 Mortgage rates right now, which I told you are the
01:14:42 highest in decades, would be low.
01:14:46 We'd be energy independent, making a lot
01:14:48 of money.
01:14:48 We would soon be energy dominant.
01:14:51 And all of this money would go toward paying off
01:14:53 our national debt and reducing your taxes still
01:14:56 further -- largest tax decrease ever.
01:14:58 The United Auto Workers and the autoworkers all
01:15:01 over would not be under siege with this ridiculous
01:15:04 electrical vehicle mandate.
01:15:07 It's ridiculous.
01:15:08 It's ridiculous.
01:15:09 It's crazy.
01:15:11 It's a gift to China.
01:15:13 They love giving China gifts.
01:15:14 I wonder why.
01:15:15 They will not have jobs.
01:15:17 The autoworkers aren't going to have jobs in two
01:15:19 years.
01:15:20 They got to be very careful with their union
01:15:22 because they automatically support --
01:15:23 always endorse and support a Democrat.
01:15:26 They should endorse us because I said to the head
01:15:28 of the union, "If you endorse us, you can go
01:15:31 away on vacation for three months.
01:15:32 You will be the greatest head of a union in the
01:15:35 history of America because I will bring back
01:15:37 the auto industry like you've never seen."
01:15:39 But let's see what they do.
01:15:41 (applause)
01:15:43 In other words, we'd be living in a much
01:15:45 different world.
01:15:48 We'd be respected again.
01:15:49 And I would not have to say, "Make America great
01:15:53 again," because America would already be great.
01:15:57 I would say, "Keep America great."
01:15:59 Remember?
01:15:59 "Keep America."
01:16:00 But I can't say that now because right now -- right
01:16:02 now, America is a failing nation.
01:16:04 It's a failing -- very sadly failing nation.
01:16:08 When I'm in the White House, the entire world
01:16:10 will know that America is strong, America is safe,
01:16:14 and that we are going to take care of our people.
01:16:18 We're going to take care of the men and women of
01:16:20 our country.
01:16:20 We're not going to worry about the rest of the
01:16:22 world.
01:16:23 We'll do that where necessary.
01:16:25 (applause)
01:16:25 But we've got to take care of our country because
01:16:27 we're losing our country.
01:16:29 We're losing our country.
01:16:30 In addition, I will totally obliterate the
01:16:33 deep state.
01:16:33 I started that, too.
01:16:34 Very big.
01:16:36 I fired Comey.
01:16:37 I got rid of a lot of the FBI people.
01:16:40 And we'll stop the weaponization of our
01:16:42 government and overhaul the corrupt FBI and DOJ
01:16:45 from the ground up.
01:16:46 They're corrupt.
01:16:47 They're corrupt.
01:16:48 (applause)
01:16:48 And before I even arrive at the Oval Office, shortly
01:16:52 after we win the presidency -- we are going
01:16:55 to win the presidency -- I will have the horrible war
01:16:59 between Russia and Ukraine settled.
01:17:01 I'll get it settled.
01:17:02 And it will be done quickly and fairly.
01:17:05 And I'm the only candidate who can make this promise.
01:17:08 I will do something that nobody else can say.
01:17:12 Remember, when I was running against Crooked
01:17:14 Hillary -- beautiful Hillary -- I was running
01:17:16 against her.
01:17:17 She said, "He will start a war because of his
01:17:19 personality."
01:17:19 I said, "No, no.
01:17:20 My personality is what kept us out.
01:17:23 We had no wars."
01:17:24 (applause)
01:17:25 We beat ISIS and came home.
01:17:29 We came home from Syria.
01:17:30 We came home from Iraq.
01:17:31 It was just the opposite.
01:17:33 It's called dealing from strength.
01:17:36 But I will do something that nobody else will be
01:17:38 able to do, and I say it with a guarantee.
01:17:41 I will prevent World War Three.
01:17:43 You're going to have World War Three.
01:17:45 (applause)
01:17:45 You're going to have World War Three.
01:17:47 I see it happening.
01:17:49 You have things happening, and you have a President
01:17:51 that has no clue what's going on.
01:17:54 On my first day back at the White House, I'll
01:17:56 terminate every open borders policy of the
01:17:59 Biden administration and begin the largest
01:18:01 deportation operation in American history.
01:18:04 (applause)
01:18:05 I'll also use Title 42 to end the child trafficking
01:18:09 crisis by returning all trafficked children to
01:18:12 their families and their home countries.
01:18:14 We'll do that immediately.
01:18:16 And under my administration, we reduced
01:18:19 drug overdose deaths in New Hampshire, as you know
01:18:22 that, by 19 percent.
01:18:24 And that's not even good enough, but it was going
01:18:26 like a skyrocket.
01:18:27 At least we got it turned.
01:18:29 And we were doing some big things.
01:18:30 Under Biden, they're up over 15 percent.
01:18:34 What a difference.
01:18:35 So that's over 30 percent.
01:18:36 And as I've said many, many times, we will
01:18:39 destroy the cartels just as we destroyed ISIS.
01:18:42 You know, I beat ISIS and did it quickly.
01:18:44 (applause)
01:18:46 They were fighting ISIS for 20 years, and I
01:18:49 defeated ISIS in less than four weeks because I
01:18:52 wanted to defeat them.
01:18:53 And we have a great military, and I let the
01:18:55 military do its job.
01:18:57 Okay?
01:18:57 (applause)
01:18:58 And I will ask Congress to ensure that when a drug
01:19:04 dealer is caught -- smugglers, human
01:19:06 traffickers -- and you have it, I think, worse
01:19:10 than any nation -- any state anywhere in the
01:19:12 nation -- when we catch a drug dealer, the only way
01:19:17 you're going to stop it is the death penalty.
01:19:20 And if you go to China -- (applause)
01:19:23 -- and remember, each drug dealer -- each drug
01:19:27 dealer, on average, causes 500 deaths, not to
01:19:31 mention the destruction of families.
01:19:33 And plenty of people are in this room where your
01:19:35 family has been destroyed because one of your kids
01:19:38 -- whether they died or just have been
01:19:40 incapacitated for the rest of their life -- each
01:19:43 drug dealer causes 500 deaths plus destructions
01:19:47 of families.
01:19:47 And when you have a death in your family like that,
01:19:49 that's a pretty good destruction of the family
01:19:52 because most families can never function after that
01:19:54 when they lose -- when they lose their child.
01:19:57 The death penalty for drug dealers -- very simple.
01:20:00 You will see it end so fast.
01:20:03 You will see it end so fast.
01:20:05 You know, when I was in China, I said to
01:20:07 President Xi, "Do you have a drug problem?"
01:20:09 "No, no, no, no."
01:20:11 "No, do you?
01:20:11 You don't have a drug problem.
01:20:13 You got 1.4 billion people."
01:20:14 "No drug problem."
01:20:17 I said, "What's the reason for that?"
01:20:20 "Quick trial."
01:20:23 I pretty much knew what he was talking about, but I
01:20:27 said, "Quick trial."
01:20:29 That means -- what I think it means -- that
01:20:30 means we catch the drug dealer, we give them a
01:20:33 trial immediately, and if they're guilty, they are
01:20:37 executed.
01:20:39 And you know, they send the cost of the bullet to
01:20:41 the family.
01:20:43 They play hardball.
01:20:45 They don't have a drug.
01:20:46 In Singapore, they have no drug problem -- zero drug
01:20:48 problem -- because they have the death penalty.
01:20:52 Now, I don't know if this country is ready for the
01:20:54 death penalty.
01:20:55 But remember, every single drug dealer causes 500
01:21:00 deaths and destroys states.
01:21:03 Your state is being destroyed because of it.
01:21:05 Let's face it.
01:21:06 You're the worst.
01:21:07 I don't know why.
01:21:07 New Hampshire is affected more than most other states
01:21:10 for some reason.
01:21:12 But if you had the death penalty, you would have
01:21:15 -- everybody would leave.
01:21:17 They'd say, "Let's go someplace else."
01:21:20 You know, we set up -- when I was President, we
01:21:22 did a good job.
01:21:23 We cut it down 19 percent.
01:21:24 But 19 percent is not good.
01:21:27 We cut it down 19 -- no -- it went up for 40 years.
01:21:30 Nineteen percent.
01:21:30 We cut it.
01:21:31 And we'd have a blue-ribbon committee made
01:21:33 of socialites, headed up by a great First Lady, in
01:21:37 many cases.
01:21:37 And she was wonderful.
01:21:39 But they'd have a beautiful, nice committee.
01:21:42 (applause)
01:21:43 And they're dealing with these monsters, the
01:21:44 cartel people.
01:21:46 And these are monsters that are very smart, rich as
01:21:48 hell, they have plenty of everything.
01:21:51 And, you know, these blue-ribbon committees --
01:21:53 everyone wanted to be on -- I want to be on a
01:21:54 blue-ribbon committee.
01:21:56 And most of the time, we'd be talking -- you know,
01:21:58 they talk about society, they talk about life, and
01:22:00 then they get on with their lives, right?
01:22:02 No.
01:22:03 If you want to stop the drug problem in this
01:22:05 country, you have to have the death penalty for drug
01:22:08 deals.
01:22:08 It's very simple.
01:22:09 And you will stop it.
01:22:10 I just don't know whether or not -- and I'm totally
01:22:12 in favor of it -- but I don't know whether or not
01:22:14 our country is ready for it.
01:22:16 But if it's not ready now, when is it going to be?
01:22:18 So we're -- I think we're losing -- you know, they
01:22:20 say 100.
01:22:20 They've been using that 100,000 for years, right?
01:22:23 Even less.
01:22:24 I think we're losing 300,000 or 400,000 people
01:22:26 a year.
01:22:27 And if you add the destruction that they're
01:22:29 doing to the fabric of our society to it, it's
01:22:32 astronomical.
01:22:33 If you want to stop it, you have to go with the
01:22:35 death penalty for drug deals.
01:22:37 So I just want to conclude by saying all of the
01:22:41 things that you want are going to be done.
01:22:44 I am a conservative person, but when they say
01:22:46 "conservative," I say, really, more than
01:22:48 conservative.
01:22:49 I'm a person of common sense, just like the
01:22:51 people in this audience.
01:22:52 Because common sense is -- (applause) -- common
01:22:58 sense is so important.
01:23:01 And what we would love you to do is to get out and
01:23:05 join the campaign.
01:23:06 We have so many people.
01:23:07 We have incredible people involved in the campaign.
01:23:12 I love them all.
01:23:13 Steve, I don't know where you are.
01:23:14 You're someplace in the room.
01:23:16 But I love you all.
01:23:17 And get out and support our campaign.
01:23:19 We have to win big.
01:23:21 The way you absolutely win is you have to swamp them.
01:23:25 You have to swamp them.
01:23:26 Because they can cheat, and they will always cheat.
01:23:28 And you understand that.
01:23:29 They will always cheat.
01:23:31 But when you swamp them, they can only cheat so
01:23:34 much.
01:23:35 And that's what we have to do.
01:23:36 We have to have numbers, like, bigger than we had
01:23:39 in 2020, which were record-set.
01:23:40 You know, it was the most votes ever gotten by a
01:23:43 city president.
01:23:44 And yet, they did terrible, terrible things.
01:23:48 Terrible things.
01:23:48 It was terrible for our country, and the world
01:23:50 knows it, or most people know.
01:23:51 When you look at polls, most people know it.
01:23:53 They get it.
01:23:54 And we just can't let it happen again.
01:23:55 So I know that with you at my side, we're going to
01:23:57 go and have a tremendous success.
01:24:00 It's going to be a success like no other.
01:24:01 I think it'll be the biggest event in political
