00:07 Good.
00:08 There is a yuck factor associated with the thought of recycled water.
00:12 I think a lot of people think that recycled water is of lesser quality than tap water.
00:17 Here, this is water, this is grey water.
00:20 This is water from showers, from laundry, and from bathroom sink.
00:25 We're actually collecting in this building about 7,500 gallons per day of grey water
00:31 that we are treating, putting through an advanced treatment process,
00:35 and then turning into clean, treated water.
00:37 This is the water before treatment that you're looking at here.

00:53 When Aaron reached out to us at first, we were a little set aside,
00:57 and we were like, "Well, what are people going to think?"
01:00 And then the more we thought about it, it made a whole lot of sense.
01:04 We have to make a change today.
01:07 We're running out of water, and we need to find a way to incorporate that into everyday
01:14 and things like beer.

01:30 It tastes like a nice, crisp, Polish-style ale.
01:33 You'd have no idea the source of the water.
01:37 It's just nice, pristine, drinking water, and it's a fantastic beer.
01:41 I'm going to drink another sip.
