00:00 We've had some international listeners who told us that they got onto flights in order
00:05 to go find it in this format.
00:06 So I guess my question is, why do we not have more theaters that are capable of showing
00:11 films in that format?
00:13 What's holding that back?
00:14 And do you think that they'll, there are going to be more coming in the coming years?
00:18 I think it's a question of quantity of films that are available in this format.
00:23 If we had, you know, five or 10 Chris Nolans who were making films on an ongoing regular
00:28 basis, then there would be the throughput to support this kind of a workflow.
00:33 At the moment, you know, Chris is always encouraging other filmmakers to certainly to capture on
00:38 film and more people are capturing on film, I think, than were for a while.
00:43 But they're not following through that whole photochemical process.
00:45 They're not creating the release prints.
00:47 They're not talking the studios into that, the rest of that process, following it all
00:52 the way through the release prints.
00:54 And there's, you know, there's complexity involved in that.
00:57 We're dealing with equipment that, you know, is not brand new.
01:01 Dealing with having to find projectionists.
01:03 We had to find, you know, two, a minimum of two projectionists for each one of these 30
01:08 theaters that were in film.
01:11 That's one of the scarcest commodities.
01:12 It's not always the hardware.
01:14 It's the people who are experienced.
01:16 And this is a very long, 11 mile long, as everybody's been talking about.
01:20 Film print, it's expensive.
01:22 You don't want it to be misthreaded or, you know, have any problems with it.
01:26 So we need to find experienced projectionists.
01:28 And it's difficult to do that.
01:30 So I think, you know, we would need more projectionists.
01:32 There's certainly people who are interested in having more film.
01:36 But I think we need, realistically, we need more films in that format in order to keep
01:41 the business case, you know, viable for doing that.
01:44 Having more theaters.
01:46 But scarcity is, I think you touched on it.
01:49 Scarcity is important also.
01:50 You know, people want to see that particular version.
01:55 And only 30 places in the world.
01:56 But if you're passionate enough, you'll find a way to get there.
