00:05 the Filipino cyclist Patrick Koo is back in the race to prepare for the next Olympic Clinching BMX Tournament.
00:15 This is what Daryl Oclares of PTV Sports has to say.
00:18 After his successful campaign in the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games,
00:23 the Filipino cyclist Patrick Koo is back in the race to prepare for the next Olympic Clinching BMX Tournament in the United States.
00:33 It's been more than a week since Koo's bronze medal finish in the BMX Tournament,
00:39 despite his crash in the first moto to recover from a leg injury.
00:43 First moto was pretty rough. I sustained a crash in the first moto,
00:48 and it left me with a hole on the side of my pants on my right leg and some road rash.
00:55 With the third place, to be honest, the adrenaline just kind of took over,
00:59 and then just the pain from my right leg just in the moment just wasn't there.
01:04 Along with his recovery, the 21-year-old biker will return to Switzerland to start his World Championships training,
01:12 where he will be able to get a ticket to the Paris 2024 Olympics.
01:16 The plan after this is to get my visa and carry on training to prepare for the UCI BMX World 2024 for my last shot for my Olympic bid for Paris.
01:28 Daryl Oclares for the people.
01:31 Bye guys.
