Asian Stock Markets Tumble as China's Inflation and Trade Data Disappoint

Stock markets in Asia-Pacific, including Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea, declined due to China's disappointing inflation and trade data for September. China's consumer price index remained unchanged, while its producer price index declined more than anticipated. As a result, Hong Kong's Hang Seng index fell over 2%, Japan's Nikkei 225 slipped 0.55%, and South Korea's Kospi dropped 0.95%.
