00:17 Marvellous. And what does this mean, what does today mean for you and your charity?
00:22 It means a fantastic amount to be out in the community, bringing the community together
00:27 and bringing the whole region together and getting our awareness out.
00:30 I'm very passionate about the whole race and to have so many people running in the Alice Hope 5k is fantastic.
00:35 We had people running in the half marathon as well, but there's the most amount of numbers in this race today
00:41 and to get it back up to code and build the numbers up again is absolutely fantastic.
00:45 And for me, seeing smiles on everybody's faces, it says it all.
00:48 And they're not only just running for charity, they're running for their personal best.
00:52 Or they might be putting their energy into doing something good for others as well.

01:00 Yeah, that's our ferry team. And there's loads of people running for Alice Hope.
01:04 So there's some people who've come as ferries, you can see we're all over the race, which is great.

01:20 Why have you decided to run with a goal on your back?
01:23 Well, we did decide to carry a goal, like all the little guys here from Blackstones.
01:27 It might be easier if I just run as a goal.
01:32 It sort of spirals from there, really.
01:34 And how difficult was it?
01:36 Not too bad. I set myself a goal. Yeah!
01:40 No, it was alright. K5K, running lots of sport, keeping the crew together, it's been a nice day.
01:44 Raced a lot of money for Alice Hope. It's been a great day.
01:48 Marvellous. And what was the support like out there?
01:50 Fantastic. Lots of people out, cheering, shouting.
01:54 You know, it's difficult when you shout for a goal, "Hello goal!"
01:56 It's a bit difficult, really. But yeah, good fun. Nice race.

02:15 And he asked me to do it for Gandalf, so I thought I'd do it for him.

02:21 It was pretty good.
02:23 Madden didn't want to run most of it, but we made it.

02:29 We ran the last bit, but then I had to drive them with a goldfish.
