00:55 So the whole thing with this guy is that he's faced a lot of criticism for cheating on Khloe
01:01 Kardashian multiple times during their relationship.
01:10 And he also got another woman pregnant and they are now co-parenting their children named
01:16 True and Tatum.
01:18 So Khloe has been kind enough to let Tristan and his teenage brother Amari stay at her
01:23 place while Tristan's home is being renovated.
01:34 Ok so now Kim was asked what she thinks about Tristan considering his history of cheating.
01:40 And her answer was pretty surprising.
01:42 You would think she would stick up for her sister Khloe.
01:46 But here's what she said.
01:47 She acknowledged that he was there for her when she was going through a tough time as
01:52 a single mom after her split from her ex-husband Kanye West.
01:56 And then she went on to say
01:57 And he's such a good like dad.
02:08 But he just couldn't get it together in that area.
02:12 Or like being a faithful boyfriend.
02:14 And then surprisingly Kim continues to defend him by saying this
02:26 When he saw me struggling with my kids, he stepped up.
02:29 Kim goes on to mention how Tristan began attending her children's games, especially her son Saint's
02:35 basketball games.
02:37 And Tristan, he is a seasoned NBA player himself.
02:40 He played for various teams in the NBA, including the Cleveland Cavaliers, Boston Celtics, Sacramento
02:47 Kings, Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls, the LA Lakers, and this is all during his 12-season
02:53 career.
02:54 And recently he signed a contract to return to Cleveland, and that's the team that initially
03:00 drafted him in the fourth overall position back in the year 2011.
03:04 But besides all of that, Kim appreciates Tristan's support and noted that she believes in giving
03:11 people the opportunity to grow and change.
03:14 And by the way guys, Tristan Thompson, it's really sad, but he faced complete heartbreak
03:19 at the loss of his mother, Andrea, who passed away suddenly in January of 2023.
03:25 And after her passing, Tristan became the primary caregiver for his 16-year-old brother
03:31 Amari, and he suffers from severe epilepsy.
03:35 So Chloe, Tristan's ex-partner now, shared that Amari's condition is very serious.
03:41 Amari is Tristan's little brother.
03:44 He is 16 years old.
03:47 He is wheelchair bound.
03:49 And he's experiencing intense seizures, which have led to significant brain damage, leaving
03:55 him wheelchair bound and unable to speak.
03:59 So with Amari's situation being so critical, there's a sense of urgency to find improvements
04:04 in his condition before he reaches the age of 20, after which the challenges could become
04:10 even more severe for him.
04:12 So on one hand, like it makes sense, you know, his mom passed away and he has a lot on his
04:18 shoulders now when it comes to looking after his brother, as well as looking after his
04:23 children.
04:24 And Tristan did help Kim out, you know, because she was struggling with her own children.
04:29 Cool, get that.
04:30 They're family in a sense, so family's got to help family out wherever they can.
04:35 But yeah, do you guys think that Tristan Thompson deserves to get more chances from Chloe and
04:42 the Kardashian family in general, despite what he's done?
04:46 And Kim is right.
04:47 Just because somebody makes some bad decisions, it doesn't mean that all of their qualities
04:53 are bad.
04:54 But I don't know.
04:55 To me, it would just be a little bit too weird if my sibling and my past ex-partner, who
05:01 cheated on me multiple times, were hanging out and still being so closely involved with
05:08 the family.
05:09 Like, outside of directly being involved with the kids that we share.
05:13 I don't know.
05:14 The rest of that would just be kind of weird.
05:15 It's like, okay, yeah, we'll co-parent and all, but eh, don't be talking to my siblings.
05:19 Nah, stay away.
05:21 That's just my two cents on this, guys.
