00:32 Good evening, good news, because according to the forecast,

00:35 there is no sign of a new bad weather that is going to hit the Philippine area of responsibility for now.

00:42 But we should be prepared all the time because there is still a chance of rain in some parts of the country.

00:47 That's because of the trough or extension of the low-pressure area

00:51 that is already outside the Philippine area of responsibility.

00:54 Aside from that, localized thunderstorms and northeasterly surface wind flow will also bring rain

01:00 that is now reaching the extreme northern Luzon.

01:03 This is the wind that is blowing from the north east and it may bring light rain.

01:10 Based on the data of the Metro Weather, the chance of rain in the morning in Luzon is still low.

01:14 But don't worry because by the end of the day,

01:18 it is possible that there will be scattered rain in the Mimaropa, Calabarzon, and Bicol region.

01:23 Also in the northern and central Luzon, along with Hujan, Ilocos region, and Cordillera,

01:29 where there will be strong rain.

01:31 So be prepared for flood or earthquake.

01:35 Just like what happened in Bataan where the highway was flooded,

01:39 it is hard to cross the road.

01:42 The flood also increased before noon.

01:45 We are not taking away the chance of rain in Metro Manila, especially in the afternoon or evening.

01:55 For Visayas, before noon tomorrow, the chance of rain is slowly increasing.

02:01 And when the afternoon comes, some parts of Panay Island, Negros Provinces, Central Visayas, and Leyte Provinces will be flooded.

02:13 There will be heavy to intense rains, just like what is expected in Zamboanga Peninsula,

02:18 Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Davao Region, and Soksargin.

02:23 It is possible that landslides will occur in some places.

02:27 Just like what happened in Basilan where the rain was heavy.

02:31 In Tindi ng Pagbaha, some shops and cars were submerged in water.
