00:00 Where would you find glitz and glam in Birmingham?
00:03 I'd say the Christmas market is really good, very popular,
00:07 very busy, so, yeah, Christmas market.
00:10 Do you think there's a lot of glitz and glamour in Birmingham?
00:14 No.
00:15 I don't think it's possible to have a glitzy lifestyle in Birmingham,
00:19 to be honest.
00:21 SHE LAUGHS
00:23 I don't know what else to say.
00:25 Do you think of anywhere you'd recommend for them to go?
00:29 Oh, I know where I could say.
00:31 Manhatta, down there. I went there last night.
00:35 Oh, yeah? You could go there.
00:37 St. Carla, actually, is really nice.
00:39 Yeah.
00:40 I'm not very good at saying that.
00:42 Go to a nice restaurant, like Brindley Place.
00:46 The Mail Bot. Yeah, the Mail Bot. Yeah.
00:49 There's not really much in Birmingham, to be honest.
00:55 What else is there?
00:57 I don't know. I don't know.
00:59 Yeah, I think the Mail Bot and Brindley Place.
01:04 Probably not to be caught out in Town Centre,
01:06 cos you'd just get, like, sworn by everyone.
01:09 Yeah. Definitely. Yeah.
01:11 To be fair, I don't think they can stay in Birmingham.
01:14 They'll get a lot of, probably, press to be there,
01:17 so the best thing to do is stay where you are, to be fair.
01:20 So you don't see there's been much glitz and glamour in Birmingham?
01:25 No, not for them, anyway.
01:27 Well, I think they should go to Gino De Campo's by St Paul's...
01:31 I think it's St Paul's Cathedral or Pigeon Park, some people call it,
01:35 but it's still posh and glamorous, and I like it round there myself,
01:39 and it's a nice place to sit.
01:41 And I think the food's good.
01:43 I haven't frequented it myself.
01:45 Maybe Marco Pierre White's in the queue.
01:48 That could be good.
01:50 And, yeah, and just walk round the city, basically,
01:54 and take it, absorb it.
01:56 Just a beautiful city, beautiful time,
02:00 city of culture, as well as Liverpool.
02:03 I don't really think that they would be able to maintain
02:07 the lifestyle of glitz and glamour,
02:09 just because Birmingham has such a culture
02:12 that's driven by, like, going to the pub and meeting with your friends
02:16 and just doing a bunch of random stuff,
02:19 like, going out on the streets
02:21 and just talking with the homeless people.
02:24 Obviously, there's nice places that you can go to,
02:27 but I just feel like it's more of a community
02:29 and you just become friends with people,
02:31 and it's just more laid-back and chill than, for example, London would be.
02:36 So I think they're looking for something like that.
02:40 Then they should...
02:43 ..they should probably try and broaden their, like, what they want,
02:50 because they would find more here to offer
02:53 than what they're looking for anyways.
02:55 It would be even better than just luxury and glitz and glamour.
02:58 If you like, they'd make friends and great people in Birmingham. Yeah.
