00:00 >> Yeah, that's what he said.
00:03 That's his excuse that he made that he's just trying to take care of the ball.
00:06 So we let him slide.
00:08 >> Innis did the same thing, but he scored.
00:10 >> Yeah, he did.
00:11 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:12 >> You said that [INAUDIBLE]
00:19 Is that what you were talking about?
00:20 Did you finally see him in a game?
00:21 [INAUDIBLE]
00:27 >> I mean, yeah, I think, like I said, we see it every day in practice.
00:32 So for him to kind of show the world just a glimpse of what he can do on the field,
00:36 I'm super proud of him.
00:38 He's one of the best players I've been around just from the talent,
00:42 just how he takes care of his business on and off the field.
00:45 So I'm super excited to see as he continues to grow,
00:48 as his role increases in the offense.
00:51 I'm super proud of him for what he's done so far.
00:53 [BLANK_AUDIO]
01:03 >> I don't know.
01:06 I'm not one of the trainers.
01:07 I leave that up to the trainers.
01:08 They're gonna make the call.
01:11 >> Is the injury similar to what you're dealing with?
01:12 >> Yeah, they're both ankle injuries, yes.
01:14 >> Marv, when you're going up against a defense like this that's ranked number one
01:17 in the country,
01:18 how much do you get excited for the opportunity to test yourself against that?
01:23 >> I'm gonna talk about test myself personally or just test myself as a team?
01:27 >> Yeah, both.
01:29 >> I think definitely exciting.
01:30 They're a great defense.
01:34 Probably one of the best defenses that I've seen on film.
01:36 I think top to bottom, everything you're looking for on a defense.
01:41 Very well coached as well.
01:43 So it's definitely gonna be a challenge for us.
01:44 I think testing yourself is the biggest test you can possibly get, really.
01:49 So I'm super excited for that.
01:51 >> What is their secondary in particular?
01:53 What stands out about them?
01:55 >> Kind of like last year, they were on play man coverage.
01:59 They rely a lot on trying to be physical with you.
02:01 That's a lot of scrimmage, getting their hands on you.
02:03 They're actually very talented, very skilled, and things like that.
02:07 So definitely a challenge for me and the rest of the receivers.
02:11 Let's just come down to who has better technique at the end of the day.
02:12 >> What are your impressions of Hayden?
02:14 >> Yeah, no, he's good.
02:19 I think everybody kind of more so focused on Joey Porter matchup.
02:24 But then he obviously was cornered on the other side and
02:28 I had a chance to go against him a couple times as well.
02:30 But he's definitely one of the best players that I faced in my college career.
02:35 I have tremendous respect for him.
02:36 And he's definitely gonna be the good one to do great things at the next level as
02:40 well.
02:41 So it's gonna be an exciting matchup.
02:42 >> Who are some of the guys who you think are gonna be in trouble?
02:45 [INAUDIBLE]
02:50 >> Deontay Banks from Maryland last year.
02:52 I think he's with the Giants now, his first round pick.
02:55 He's really good.
02:55 [INAUDIBLE]
03:01 >> Yeah.
03:03 >> Saturday night, were you [INAUDIBLE]
03:07 >> I know you bounced a lot.
03:08 >> Yeah.
03:09 >> What's it like?
03:10 >> I don't know, there's a lot of emotions.
03:15 [INAUDIBLE]
03:18 One, you let yourself down, you also let the team down as well.
03:22 And I think what hurts the most is knowing that you prepared for it.
03:28 I think you guys see and I take preparation very seriously.
03:32 I think I'm the hardest working player in the country as well.
03:35 So for you to go out there and on Saturdays and
03:38 not get the results that you want, it definitely hurts the heart a little bit.
03:42 But it's a good way to bounce back from it.
03:44 It's not the end of the world, but definitely can't let the team down like
03:48 that, it was a closer game, obviously things like that can happen.
03:52 But yeah, it definitely hurts cuz I know how much I prepare,
03:56 weekend, week out on a daily basis to prevent things like that from happening.
04:01 But I think you just gotta move on from it.
