An incredibly rare deer has been born at Chester Zoo. Hercules is a Philippine spotted deer, and there are estimated to be only three hundred left in the wild.

Finally, and it turns out that a rescue cat who was thought to have one very large nose actually has two noses. Nanny McPhee who is currently being looked after by Cats Protection Adoption Centre in Warrington is one in a million with her abnormality, and is apparently loving all the attention.
