00:00 Leeds United Commercial Matters then, obviously we've alluded to the Paul
00:03 Bell news, so he is departing his role as the exec director when it comes to all
00:09 things commercial and will be retained in a consultancy role in a
00:14 transitionary period. I think what the 49ers have done, I think a lot of people
00:21 assumed right that they'd been in the building for quite a while because they
00:24 invested during the Rajarzani era, they were his partners in the boardroom,
00:29 Moratti was vice chairman etc etc. Having that presence in the boardroom and being
00:36 a part of the ownership group is a very different thing from being able to walk
00:39 into any office or corner of Elland Road and lift up the carpet to see what's
00:44 underneath. Once you own the place then you have full license to
00:50 really dig into what is in your football club, what it does, how it
00:54 looks, how it functions on match days, how it functions in every sense. I get
01:01 absolutely no sense that Paul Bell has been removed from his position but I do
01:06 get a sense that the 49ers have been looking really intently at every aspect
01:11 of it, doing a really fulsome review of the club and how it operates. I
01:16 would imagine that this is just a fairly natural consequence of that and the
01:20 change that I think we'll see over the next months and years really.
01:25 It's going to take them time to build a Premier League worthy operation off the
01:30 field because the club that they bought wasn't particularly sized or scaled for
01:35 Premier League football.
