Had a version of this at a restaurant and had to make a healthy option without the sugary dressing. If you're not a fan of tuna, or sashimi, feel free to cook the tuna or utilize your favorite protein. It will still be amazing!

For a ceviche type of dish, cover with more lemon juice and let sit for a few minutes for the tuna to marinate.
