00:07 and many more, God willing, with the best of scholars.
00:11 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:23 The Master, peace and blessings be upon him, is forever and ever.
00:25 Upon the Beloved, the best of all creation.
00:28 Since the time I have loved the Great Ghost,
00:38 I have been in the shade of His mercy.
00:43 Without His grace, I cannot attain salvation.
00:53 That is why every saint needs the Great Ghost.
00:58 Our understanding is above the rank of Shah-e-Mira.
01:07 May God and the Prophet know the reality of the Great Ghost.
01:12 In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
01:22 This program is brought to you by the Talimaat-e-Auliya
01:25 and your host, Sarwar Hussain Naqshbandi.
01:28 In the light of the words of the Sheikh,
01:31 we are discussing different topics of Sufism.
01:35 And today's topic is very important,
01:38 which is the pleasure of God.

06:18 What can I say? Glory to God.
06:21 May you be safe.
06:23 May you be blessed with beautiful words and beautiful style.
06:26 Let's start our conversation.
06:29 Our topic is very important.
06:31 The will of God is the ultimate goal of a believer, a Muslim, and anyone who enters this circle.
06:38 If we look at the life of the Holy Prophet, we see that he is able to reach the station of the will of God.
06:44 Please say.
06:46 [Arabic]
06:52 [Arabic]
06:58 Glory to God.
06:59 [Arabic]
07:03 Glory to God.
07:04 [Arabic]
07:18 Glory to God.
07:19 [Arabic]
07:44 Your teachings, your writings, praise be to God, are preserved to this day.
07:52 They are published, they are found.
07:54 Your writings, your instructions, your statements.
07:59 If someone takes out the main title in them, yours and the sentence of the Sufis, the saints of God,
08:07 then the highest thing that will come is the will of God.
08:12 The wonder of the Sufis is that they preach more with action than with words, more with words than with actions.
08:22 And this is called leading from the front.
08:25 That is, whatever a person says, he does it.
08:28 The life of the Holy Prophet is a packer of the will of God.
08:38 It is a practical demonstration.
08:42 From childhood to adolescence, and then the life of teaching, then the life of guidance,
08:50 the mischief of the reformers, the leaders of the time of Sarcobi,
08:55 to bring them on the right path, to eat leaves on the banks of the Dajla River,
09:00 even in those conditions, that is, when there was famine, you are surviving by eating the leaves of the trees,
09:10 but there can be no question that a word of complaint comes to your tongue.
09:16 You are content with the will of God, you are patient and grateful.
09:20 In fact, I say that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)
09:26 Allah gave him that status that he was not only content with the will,
09:31 two words have been used in the Holy Quran, "raadiyata mardiyya"
09:35 So contentment is that which is content with the will of Allah,
09:39 and contentment is that then God himself asks the man, "What is your will?"
09:46 So the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was content with the will of Allah all his life,
09:56 not only on the path he was shown, but he changed the hearts of thousands of people,
10:02 and they became content with the will of Allah.
10:05 Now, being content with the will of Allah means that a person sacrifices his desires,
10:10 and he knows this, he has a feeling, understanding and belief that
10:18 what I want will not happen, what my Lord wants will happen, this is called contentment.
10:25 So the saint of Allah knows this, recognizes this, then he sacrifices his desire,
10:30 then he leaves his desires and desires to Allah and his Lord.
10:37 Life is according to his will, he is always content with that.
10:42 Then he gets the status of contentment, that the universe follows his will.
10:48 Then he gets the status that he says "Kaum bi iznillah" instead of "Kaum bi izni".
10:55 Now people do not understand what is the contrast between "Kaum bi iznillah" and "Kaum bi izni"
11:01 that the Prophet is saying "Kaum bi iznillah" and you are saying "Kaum bi izni" and the dead man is alive.
11:08 This is not the case.
11:10 You should understand that Allah Himself says that the tongue is of my servant, the words are mine,
11:16 the order is mine, that when a person gets my nearness, he pleases me,
11:21 then he says "Uhibbahu" and he becomes my beloved.
11:27 And when he becomes my beloved, then there is no "you" and "me" in "Uhibbahu" and "Mahboobahu".
11:32 Then the order of "Mahboobahu" is followed in the whole kingdom of "Uhibbahu".
11:38 Then the order that is followed is followed by the recommendation from the top.
11:42 "Guftayu guftayallahu buwad garchi adh hulkoome abdullahu buwad"
11:50 Then he gets this status.
11:52 Hazrat Rabia Basriya was praying, she was walking with the goats,
11:57 the shepherd was guarding the sheep.
11:59 A man passed by and stopped while walking, he was surprised that what has happened.
12:03 When he turned around, he turned his face to the other side of the veil and said "Mahi Sahiba,
12:09 tell me the secret that I have heard about the sheep,
12:12 the shepherd takes the goats, since when has he become a shepherd?"
12:15 He said "The secret is very simple, when you surrender yourself to him,
12:20 he will follow his creation as you have told him".
12:23 What to say, Subhanallah, Subhanallah.
12:26 Today our topic is the pleasure of God.
12:28 And a very technical question, which we will talk about after the break,
12:33 that how can a person know, how can he know that the pleasure of God is included in what I am asking for or not.
12:42 It is a very technical thing, Inshallah, we will talk about it with our guests,
12:46 but after a short break.
12:48 Welcome dear viewers, you are watching the program,
12:52 Ta'leemat-e-Auliya, and today our topic is the pleasure of God,
12:56 a very beautiful topic.
12:58 Before going on the break, I told you that the basic point of the conversation that Mufti Sahib was having,
13:05 and the basic point was that a person's gaze should be on the pleasure of God.
13:12 Before doing anything, his gaze should be on the pleasure of God.
13:22 But how can he know, when we pray, we have a desire,
13:27 how can we know that the desire and the prayer in our heart is in accordance with the pleasure of God or not.
13:35 I would like to say a few words to you, that the things that are not meant for you, will never come into your possession.
13:46 Why do you desire for things that are not meant for you?
13:50 Be content with the blessings of God, and be content with that, and be free of all other things.
13:58 What is your message?
14:00 Thank you very much, Sarwar bhai.
14:02 Our elders, my Sheikh-e-Allah, used to say that,
14:05 "Whatever is in my favour, I am content with it,
14:08 and whatever is in the favour of the Lord, I am not content with it."
14:12 And further he used to say, "What is lacking in your house for me to give?"
14:16 He used to say a prayer, which is still present in our Shajrah-e-Tayyiba,
14:21 we read it, and since we are the ones who see the outward appearance,
14:27 we see that we get food, clothes, cars, but Allah the Almighty sees a lot of goodness for us.
14:37 And the things that we are not seeing, but Allah wants to give us,
14:41 the biggest thing in that is that when we ask for the pleasure of Allah,
14:46 we ask for the pleasure of Allah, we ask for the contentment of Allah,
14:50 when Allah the Almighty is content, then what will be the contentment?
14:54 We will be given those deeds, those things will also be given to us.
14:58 The outward needs that we need, we say, "I want to get food, I want to get that thing,
15:03 I want to get that colour of cloth, I want to get that house, I want to get that bungalow."
15:07 These are our outward desires.
15:09 But when we say to Allah the Almighty, "O Lord, grant us Your mercy,"
15:15 and when we ask for mercy, then all the things that Allah the Almighty,
15:20 these are good for us, He grants us.
15:23 Sometimes it happens that we are asking for something,
15:26 in that we do not get goodness, we get something,
15:29 and in that we have a hidden loss that we are not seeing.
15:33 What do the Sufis do? The Sufis do not ask for these things even outwardly.
15:37 The Sufis ask Allah for mercy from Allah the Almighty.
15:40 When they ask for Allah's mercy for people, for creation,
15:45 and they do not ask for anything outwardly, they only ask for Allah's pleasure,
15:49 they ask for Allah's pleasure.
15:51 When Allah's pleasure is granted, then robbers like Hazrat Fuzail,
15:55 they become the perfect saints of Allah.
15:57 When Bishr-e-Hafi (may Allah have mercy on him) leaves the pub,
16:02 then Allah the Almighty grants them such a status that even the animals of Baghdad
16:06 do not urinate in the streets on the condition that Bishr-e-Hafi walks barefoot,
16:11 and our urine does not touch his feet.
16:14 Allah the Almighty grants him such a status.
16:17 And such a status is granted to those who live by the will of Allah.
16:20 And if they asked for something outwardly for their own self,
16:23 then perhaps they would not have got such a status.
16:26 And when they asked for Allah's will, for Allah's pleasure,
16:29 then Allah the Almighty blessed them with such a status.
16:32 On the same note, Huzoor, the Pir of the Pir, points out that
16:35 whenever you ask for Allah, ask for goodness, ask for Allah's mercy,
16:39 and Allah the Almighty will grant you such things in any condition
16:42 that will be good for you.
16:44 And the second thing, which you pointed out,
16:47 that which is not in your destiny, which is not in your fate,
16:50 you cannot attain it with your own efforts.
16:53 Yes, you can attain it, you can attain it with Allah's mercy,
16:56 you can attain it with Allah's pleasure,
16:58 so keep working for Allah's pleasure,
17:00 and Allah the Almighty will send down His mercy on you,
17:03 and the blessing of Allah's mercy will continue to shower on you like a continuous rain.
17:07 Subhanallah, subhanallah.
17:09 Huzoor, if we move forward a little,
17:12 I would like to add one more thing to your sermon,
17:15 and I would like you to shed some light on it.
17:18 You said that in the search for the other than Allah,
17:21 do not be careless with Allah.
17:23 Do not ask for the other than Allah.
17:26 For how long will you keep asking for the sustenance of Allah?
17:30 It is possible that this desire is a sedition for you,
17:33 and you do not have the knowledge,
17:35 when you do not know what is good for you.
17:38 So, be calm, and be in agreement with your fate,
17:43 and be in agreement with Allah for His actions.
17:47 Subhanallah.
17:48 What a wise statement, Huzoor.
17:50 There are so many things in this,
17:52 that can make the sea into a well.
17:55 One is that you run after sustenance,
17:58 you come to the doorstep of the provider,
18:00 then sustenance will run after you.
18:02 Subhanallah.
18:03 You find the provider, attain the provider,
18:06 then sustenance will look for you.
18:09 Now you will keep running after sustenance,
18:12 and it will tire you.
18:14 This world is a dead world,
18:17 it is a filthy world.
18:18 The philosophy of the Prophet (PBUH)
18:21 has stated that the one who runs after it,
18:23 runs ahead.
18:24 The one who turns away from it,
18:26 runs after it.
18:27 And practically, we have seen this in our lives,
18:31 that the one who has turned away,
18:33 the world has come at his feet.
18:35 And the next thing is,
18:37 that the Prophet (PBUH) was at such a level,
18:43 because he was the leader of the group,
18:46 Imam ul Awliya, Sayyid ul Awliya.
18:48 Subhanallah.
18:49 So he is saying that this question of sustenance,
18:52 this question of children,
18:53 this is a question of being different from Allah.
18:55 Allah, Allah.
18:56 Ask Allah for Allah.
18:58 What to say?
18:59 Ask Allah for Allah.
19:00 Subhanallah.
19:01 He has written these things for you,
19:03 in the fate,
19:04 when he was born,
19:06 when the soul was blown,
19:08 after four months,
19:10 at that time, his age was also written.
19:14 The sustenance was also written.
19:16 The children were also written.
19:18 The blessings of the world were also written.
19:20 So until he does not eat one grain,
19:25 the angel of death cannot come.
19:28 Okay, okay.
19:29 It is in the traditions of Ibn,
19:31 at the last moment, the angels come and say,
19:33 I was dependent on your sustenance,
19:35 I have traveled the whole world,
19:37 now no grain is left.
19:38 I was dependent on your water,
19:40 not a drop of water is left.
19:42 Now I was dependent on your breath,
19:44 no breath is left, come now.
19:46 This means that until a grain,
19:48 a drop is left,
19:49 death cannot come.
19:50 The issue of fate,
19:51 is a very sensitive issue.
19:53 Okay, this is where I wanted to say,
19:55 that a question also arises,
19:56 that when we think this,
19:58 or hear this,
19:59 or read this,
20:00 that everything is written,
20:02 sustenance is also written,
20:03 age is also written,
20:04 whatever food, drink,
20:05 everything is written.
20:06 So where does prayer remain in this?
20:08 One thing is that the blessings of prayer,
20:11 are there,
20:12 that prayer increases in sustenance,
20:16 when it turns to Allah.
20:18 The owner has written,
20:20 so now its authority is still there,
20:22 and it is still there.
20:23 If he wants, he can increase it.
20:25 This is understood.
20:26 The second thing is that,
20:27 we are not bound by what is written.
20:29 It is not that,
20:30 whatever has been written,
20:32 we have now,
20:33 that which has been written,
20:35 Allah has known from his eternal knowledge,
20:38 that he has to do this,
20:39 and this is beneficial for him,
20:41 that has been written.
20:42 This is his knowledge.
20:43 This is his knowledge.
20:44 Then he should not work hard,
20:46 when it has been written.
20:48 This is the thing,
20:49 he has kept it with his knowledge.
20:50 Rest, you will get it,
20:51 with his efforts,
20:52 with hard work.
20:53 And one more thing is this,
20:54 and this has also been written,
20:55 his hard work,
20:56 his hard work,
20:57 this has also been written,
20:58 in his fate.
20:59 Yes, that he will get it,
21:00 as a result of his efforts.
21:01 As a result of his efforts,
21:02 as a result of his prayers,
21:03 as a result of his good deeds.
21:04 This is a very beautiful thing,
21:05 that you have said.
21:06 And the issue of fate,
21:07 that Huzoor (PBUH) said,
21:08 that you should be silent in this.
21:11 By debating more in this,
21:13 Huzoor (PBUH) has forbidden the companions.
21:16 He has forbidden.
21:17 He has forbidden,
21:18 because if you will argue so much in this,
21:20 then your building will be wasted.
21:22 In one Hadith Sharif,
21:23 three things have been categorized,
21:25 and Huzoor (PBUH) said,
21:27 "If you remember the Qadr,
21:29 then you will learn."
21:30 "And if you remember the stars,
21:31 then you will learn."
21:32 "And if you remember the companions,
21:33 then you will learn."
21:34 How magnificent is the message
21:37 of Huzoor (PBUH)
21:39 for his slaves,
21:40 for the Ummati's.
21:41 He said,
21:42 "If you are debating in fate,
21:43 then be silent."
21:44 The movement of the stars,
21:46 and the influence of the stars,
21:48 if you are talking about this,
21:49 then be silent.
21:50 If you are talking about my companions,
21:52 then be silent.
21:56 Whenever you want to talk,
21:57 talk about goodness.
21:58 If you will argue in this,
22:00 then the faith will be wasted.
22:02 Absolutely right.
22:03 Absolutely right.
22:04 Very beautiful thing,
22:05 Mashallah,
22:06 you have said.
22:07 And surely,
22:08 many of our questions,
22:09 which are in our minds,
22:10 their clarification,
22:12 will be done in light of this discussion.
22:14 Hazrat Sheikh,
22:15 at one place,
22:16 you have given the hearts of the saints
22:18 to be like the chiseled staffs.
22:20 And I would like to say,
22:21 your words are blessed.
22:23 That Allah Almighty,
22:24 you should ask for the purity of the heart and mind,
22:28 you should ask for the purity of the heart and mind.
22:31 Allah Almighty,
22:32 for whom He wants,
22:33 He gives the purity of the hearts,
22:35 and He creates the vastness in the hearts.
22:38 The heart of the saints of Allah,
22:39 is like the chiseled staffs.
22:42 What is your message?
22:44 Thank you very much,
22:45 Brother Sarwar.
22:46 In this,
22:47 Hazrat Sheikh Pir An-Napir,
22:48 may Allah be pleased with him,
22:49 is saying,
22:50 the heart of the believer is mentioned as vast.
22:53 The heart of the saints of Allah,
22:55 the Sufis,
22:56 is vast.
22:57 That is,
22:58 the chiseled staffs,
22:59 were at the beginning,
23:00 wisdom,
23:01 later,
23:02 the peak of power.
23:03 That is,
23:04 Hazrat Musa A.S.,
23:05 it is also mentioned in the Quran,
23:07 Hazrat Musa A.S.
23:08 used to use that staff,
23:09 that was your staff,
23:10 he used to use it as a stake,
23:12 he used to use it as a leaf for the goats,
23:15 when you used to rest,
23:16 it used to become your guardian.
23:18 SubhanAllah.
23:19 When you were in trouble,
23:22 or when you were in pain,
23:23 it was used as a tool.
23:27 So,
23:28 all these things,
23:29 you are saying,
23:30 you are pointing towards this,
23:31 that the saint of Allah,
23:32 the perfect Sufi,
23:34 his heart,
23:35 his body,
23:36 his existence,
23:37 his thoughts,
23:38 his thoughts,
23:39 should be so vast,
23:40 that he should be the one,
23:41 who gives benefit to people.
23:43 That is,
23:44 his heart becomes a supporter.
23:46 In any case,
23:47 he should give benefit to people.
23:49 His tongue,
23:50 his character,
23:51 his thoughts,
23:52 his actions,
23:53 should be like a
23:54 pillar of mercy for people.
23:57 His existence should become
23:58 a mercy for people.
23:59 People should get good from him.
24:01 And you are saying,
24:02 that the believer,
24:03 the perfect saint,
24:04 his heart is like a pillar of mercy,
24:07 that is,
24:08 wisdom should be in him,
24:09 love should be in him,
24:10 he should be a source of water.
24:12 Treatment,
24:13 Sufism,
24:14 love,
24:15 affection,
24:16 should be for people.
24:17 And then,
24:18 he should not just be
24:19 love, affection,
24:20 affection for people,
24:21 but he should also be useful
24:22 for people's well-being.
24:23 He should remove the pain of people.
24:25 He should become ease for people.
24:27 His needs should be
24:28 love for people,
24:29 affection for people,
24:30 expansion of the library for people,
24:33 doing work for people,
24:35 people should also get
24:37 worldly benefits from him,
24:39 people should also get
24:40 religious benefits from him.
24:41 So, this is what
24:42 Hazrat Sheikh Pir A.S. says,
24:43 that the person,
24:44 the believer,
24:45 the perfect saint,
24:46 his existence,
24:47 his heart,
24:48 should be filled with wisdom,
24:49 pearls should be dripping from his tongue,
24:51 juice should be dripping,
24:53 for people,
24:54 he should have,
24:55 let's say,
24:56 he should not have a bitter nature,
25:00 he should have a sweet nature.
25:02 And he should not sit like a pharaoh,
25:05 but he should be in love with people.
25:09 This is the identity of a Sufi.
25:11 This is the status of a Sufi,
25:13 that he is grateful,
25:14 he is patient,
25:15 he has attained the nearness of Allah,
25:21 he is present in love,
25:22 affection,
25:23 and support with Huzoor,
25:25 but along with that,
25:26 he also does love work
25:27 with Allah's creation.
25:29 For Allah's creation,
25:31 the life of love
25:33 is such that people may trouble it,
25:36 but it should not trouble anyone.
25:38 People may call it bad,
25:40 but its tongue should be filled with prayers for people.
25:43 Absolutely right.
25:44 Viewers, it is time for a break.
25:45 Stay with us for a short while.
25:47 We will be back.
25:48 And it is very important that
25:49 any work that we do,
25:50 which is harmful to us financially,
25:52 in different aspects of life,
25:55 and in different parts of life,
25:57 we put it on the fate,
25:59 and we think that
26:00 it was written in our fate.
26:02 Generally, we use this sentence.
26:05 What has Hazrat Sheikh said in this regard?
26:08 We will take guidance from our guests,
26:10 but after a short break.
26:12 Viewers, welcome.
26:14 You are watching the program,
26:15 'Ta'alimat-e-Auliya' and 'Raza-e-Ilahi'.
26:18 Today, our topic is,
26:19 we are taking guidance from our guests,
26:21 in the light of the sayings of Hazrat Sheikh.
26:24 One very beautiful thing,
26:27 in fact, I will consider it
26:28 as our mental and psychological matter,
26:31 which I mentioned before the break.
26:34 We will now go to Mufti Sahib.
26:36 Hazrat Sheikh's saying is,
26:39 "Do not blame your fate
26:41 "for your children and wealth,
26:44 "but say that
26:46 "my Lord knows more than me.
26:49 "So when you live in that state,
26:53 "you will enjoy the pleasure
26:55 "of God's approval and approval.
26:58 "What is the meaning of blaming your fate?
27:01 "You have denied that this should not happen.
27:04 "In general, we do this.
27:07 "Please guide us."
27:09 Two very important and fundamental things.
27:11 You have said it right,
27:12 in the context of our society.
27:14 There are two aspects.
27:15 One aspect is that
