Lily loved dolls more than anything in the world. She had a whole collection of them, but her favorite doll was a porcelain doll with long, flowing hair and bright blue eyes.
One night, Lily was playing with her dolls in her bedroom when she noticed that her favorite doll's eyes were glowing. At first, Lily thought she was just imagining things. But then the doll's head turned and looked at her with its glowing eyes.
Lily was terrified. She dropped the doll and ran out of her room. She told her parents what had happened, but they didn't believe her. They said that her imagination was just getting the better of her.
But Lily knew what she had seen. She couldn't shake the feeling that something was wrong with her favorite doll.
That night, Lily couldn't sleep. She kept thinking about the doll with the glowing eyes. She was afraid to go back to her bedroom, but she was also afraid to leave the doll alone.
Finally, Lily got out of bed and went to her bedroom. She slowly opened the door and peered inside. The doll was still on the floor where she had dropped it.
Lily took a deep breath and walked over to the doll. She picked it up and looked into its glowing eyes.
"What do you want?" Lily asked.
The doll didn't answer. It just stared at her with its glowing eyes.
Lily put the doll back on the floor and ran out of her room. She slammed the door shut and locked it.
The next morning, Lily told her parents what had happened again. This time, they believed her. They could see the fear in her eyes.
Lily's parents helped her to pack up the doll in a box. They drove to the woods and buried the box deep in the ground.
Lily never saw the doll again. But she still has nightmares about it sometimes.
