Baby Barbary macaque monkey plays with its family at Wild Ireland

Wild Ireland, a wildlife sanctuary in Dundrain, Burnfoot, on the Donegal/Derry border, recently announced the birth of a baby Barbary macaque – an endangered species of monkey native to the Atlas Mountains of North Africa and the Rock of Gibraltar.
The Derry Journal visited Wild Ireland and was lucky enough to get a glimpse of the baby, who has yet to be named, as it played with its family and learned new skills.
