23:28 [Naat recitation]
23:32 Subhan Allah, our discussion has reached the stage
23:37 where we should be present in the service of elders for the reformation of the soul,
23:41 to fulfill the needs of our desires,
23:45 and the elders have always advised us to follow the same path.
23:50 Hazrat Ishaq says, "First advise your soul,
23:55 then advise the soul of others.
23:58 Take your soul with special care,
24:01 reform it and do not pay attention to others,
24:04 until you have something left which you yourself need to reform."
24:10 What does he say?
24:13 This is a very important and important question.
24:15 Today, we, the whole community,
24:19 we want to reform others,
24:22 we do not want to see our mistakes.
24:25 We want the rest of the world to be fine,
24:27 I should be where I am, as I am.
24:29 The Sufis have denied this and have also condemned it.
24:33 I would like to present a saying of Hazrat Ghose Azam (ra)
24:40 that the Sufis are called Sufis because
24:44 their hearts are illuminated by the light of knowledge.
24:49 Or, the other reason for this is that
24:52 they are related to the Sufis who left everything,
24:57 left the world and were buried at the mosque of the Prophet (pbuh)
25:02 at the foot of the mountain.
25:04 Then he said, "The four letters of Sufism are Ta, Saad, Wa, Ur, Fa,
25:09 Ta means repentance,
25:12 repentance of the outer and repentance of the inner,
25:15 and the reformation of the soul is also meant by this.
25:17 The foundation of Sufism is repentance.
25:20 The first stage is repentance.
25:23 Now, repentance of the outer means that
25:25 a person should completely leave the path of sin and sinning.
25:29 And repentance of the inner means that
25:31 the jealousy, hatred, and hatred in the heart of a person
25:36 should be removed and the heart should be completely cleansed.
25:41 Then he said, "The Saad means the purification of the heart and the purification of the head.
25:47 The purification of the heart means that
25:49 the human heart, the human impurities,
25:53 and the impurities, the impurities that a person
25:57 gets from the abundance of food, abundance of sleep, and abundance of speech,
26:03 a person should get rid of them.
26:06 And the purification of the heart, the reformation of the soul,
26:10 is only and only by adopting the remembrance of God.
26:15 That is why the Holy Quran said,
26:17 "If we want to bring the heart to peace,
26:20 to straighten the heart, then we have to do the remembrance of God."
26:25 And the purification of the head means that
26:30 a person should remove the attention from the creation
26:33 and turn to his Creator.
26:35 Everything else is behind.
26:37 The will of the Creator, the will of the Creator
26:40 should be in front of us and it should be given preference.
26:43 Then he said, "Waaw is the statement of sainthood and the essence of sainthood
26:48 is that the morals of a person
26:52 are refined and enlightened by the attributes of God.
26:57 The character of a person, the way he speaks,
27:00 the attributes of God are reflected in this.
27:03 And in the end, he said, "Faah" means the destination of "Fana Fillah".
27:08 And when a person reaches the destination of "Fana Fillah",
27:12 then everything is left behind.
27:14 A person also makes a request to the Creator.
27:17 And it is worth remembering, the last sentence,
27:20 that to reach the destination of "Fana Fillah",
27:23 there are two stages, two levels.
27:26 First, there is the stage of "Fana Fi Sheikh",
27:28 then there is the stage of "Fana Fi Rasool"
27:30 and then a person can reach the destination of "Fana Fillah".
27:33 Subhanallah, Subhanallah.
27:35 Our topic today is "Islah-e-Nafs".
27:38 We are having a very beautiful discussion.
27:40 The desires of the soul are riding on us.
27:43 How can we ride on desires?
27:47 We will talk about this, but after a short break.
27:50 Ladies and gentlemen, welcome.
27:53 After a short break, you are watching the program,
27:56 "Ta'alimat-e-Auliya" and "Islah-e-Nafs".
27:59 I am presenting to you.
28:01 And the desires of the soul are riding on a person.
28:05 As you said, it takes a lot of hard work.
28:07 It is very difficult, it is a lot of work.
28:10 It is said that, "Jahad-e-Akbar".
28:12 Hazrat Ali (R.A) also said that, "You ride on the desires of the soul".
28:16 Don't leave them in such a state that they ride on you.
28:21 There are two terms in Sufism.
28:22 One is "Abul Waqt" and the other is "Ibnul Waqt".
28:25 Hussain Azam is "Abul Waqt".
28:28 And he has prepared "Abul Waqt".
28:31 "Abul Waqt" means the one who is riding on his desires.
28:38 The one who is not riding on the wind,
28:42 but the wind is riding on him.
28:44 The one who is not following the time,
28:47 but the time is following him.
28:50 The one who is riding on the time,
28:52 is called "Abul Waqt".
28:54 And the one who is riding on the desires,
28:57 the soul, the circumstances and the environment,
29:00 is called "Ibnul Waqt".
29:02 Now, he is a Sufi, he is a saint, he is a saint, he is a saint,
29:07 but he is "Ibnul Waqt".
29:09 He has no role in his time,
29:11 he has no contribution.
29:13 He is just going in the direction of the wind,
29:16 and wherever the wind is going, he is going there.
29:19 Hussain Azam makes such a person ideal.
29:21 He has prepared such students in his Madrasa.
29:25 An old woman left her child, she was a widow.
29:29 Hussain Pak, Sir, during the time of Talib Ilmi,
29:34 I wish people read your "That Time".
29:36 He didn't eat the food of charity in Madrasa.
29:39 During the time of education,
29:41 in the state of orphanage,
29:44 in the state of poverty and poverty,
29:48 when he was asked, he said,
29:49 "My skin used to turn green by eating grass and leaves."
29:52 I understood Iqbal's couplet from the blessings of Hussain Pak,
29:56 which he said, "O' the one who is not prepared,
29:58 death is better than that sustenance."
30:00 "The sustenance from which you come,
30:02 is enough for the flight."
30:04 When a bite went under your throat,
30:07 doubt and doubt,
30:09 then 40 days you lost.
30:11 All worship went, all prayers went,
30:13 all efforts went.
30:16 You think where you went.
30:17 These are Ghaus Pak.
30:19 They are doctors, they are Ghaus of Ghaus.
30:22 They are the masters of the perfect.
30:24 That's why, if you see the condition of your assembly,
30:27 every master of the time was sitting there to learn.
30:30 In such a fine, in such a depth,
30:32 Ghaus-e-Azam goes,
30:34 Sufis, although this is the subject of Sufis,
30:36 they also learn and ask how.
30:39 So when this is childhood,
30:41 then you think when you went ahead in Mujahidat,
30:45 the sound of Juh starts coming from inside me.
30:47 So this is a horse,
30:50 if you ever go to a place where horses are being tamed,
30:53 then you will understand
30:55 how the self is trained and how the Sufis did it.
30:58 Then there are different levels of it,
31:00 which the Quran has stated,
31:02 "Inna al-nafsa al-ammaratum bis-su,
31:04 wa maa ubarri-u-nafsi, inna al-nafsa al-ammaratum"
31:07 The self is in the prayer or in the Ka'bah,
31:10 it has to make you commit a sin.
31:13 If you are in the possession of the self,
31:15 then it is after that,
31:18 there is the self,
31:20 then there is the self,
31:22 then there is the self,
31:24 then there is the self,
31:26 go to the fourth level.
31:28 So Sufis say that the state of the self,
31:30 in reality,
31:32 the inner form of the self,
31:34 obviously it is a human being,
31:36 "Al-bahaymu fee suwar-e-rijal"
31:38 It is like a human being,
31:40 like a beast.

32:27 The example of this is the same as that of Gaus Pak.
32:31 He says that the one who is busy in the Nafl,
32:35 is like that woman who is about to deliver her child.
32:41 The woman who is about to deliver her child.
32:44 This is your deep vision.
32:47 Even if you are worshipping in the realm of Zohar,
32:50 your Nafl will deceive you.
32:54 And you will be going against the will of the Lord.
32:58 Even in the realm of worship and obedience.
33:01 With this detail, when you follow the guidance of Gaus Pak,
33:04 you will reach your destination.
33:07 Please give us some final words,
33:10 which have a message, a shortcut to the reformation of the Nafl.
33:13 How can we control our desires?
33:16 The Sufis have stated four principles for the reformation of the Nafl,
33:20 and to fight against the Nafl.
33:23 I will briefly explain them, keeping in mind the time.
33:27 The first principle is the restriction of food.
33:30 The second is the restriction of sleep.
33:32 The third is the restriction of speech.
33:34 And the fourth is the restriction of the mixing of goods and food.
33:36 We should eat less.
33:38 Because the Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) is that
33:41 you should never eat a meal of Juh after two days of walking.
33:45 The second is the restriction of sleep.
33:49 The custom of the Prophet (pbuh) was that
33:51 he would only rest when necessary.
33:54 And that too was only to teach his Ummah.
33:58 But he stated that my eyes sleep, but my heart is always awake.
34:04 Then there is the restriction of speech.
34:06 We find this in the blessed biography of the Prophet (pbuh).
34:10 He stated that Hazrat Jabir bin Sumra narrates that
34:14 the Prophet (pbuh) would often remain silent.
34:18 But when he spoke, he would give instructions with purpose and meaning.
34:22 And there is a famous narration that the Prophet (pbuh) said
34:25 that you give me the guarantee of two things, and I will give you the guarantee of heaven.
34:29 One is the one between your two jaws, i.e. the tongue.
34:32 And the other is your shame.
34:34 You give me the guarantee of these two things, and I will give you the guarantee of heaven.
34:38 The last thing is the restriction of the mixing of goods and food.
34:41 The more you associate with people,
34:45 the more the condition of the soul is affected.
34:48 If we want to correct the soul, we have to cut off from people.
34:51 The Prophet (pbuh) said,
34:53 "There are some people among the people who are the chosen ones of Allah."
35:01 They are apparently dirty, people think they are poor.
35:06 But if they swear by the name of Allah,
35:10 Allah fulfills what is in their tongues.
35:14 And the Prophet (pbuh) said,
35:15 "The chosen one among these people is Awais-e-Karni."
35:20 Then the companions asked, "Who is Awais-e-Karni?"
35:23 The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Your whole appearance."
35:26 The relationship of Hazrat Awais-e-Karni with people was not at all equal.
35:31 His mother always served Majda.
35:34 Because he was cut off from people,
35:36 and because of the service of his mother, Allah gave him such a high status.
35:41 Thank you very much, Mr. Allama Muhammad Shahzad Mujadidi,
35:44 Mr. Syed Muhammad Fahim Shahzad,
35:46 and Mr. Muhammad Irfan Warsi.
35:49 Thank you very much.
35:51 We will now listen to the Manqabat.
35:53 I have presented the Ashar of Mr. Taib Rehmatullah in the beginning,
35:56 in which we can see the reflection of your character.
36:00 "He made the thief, Ibdaal, and stopped the flood of Dajla."
36:06 "How did the greatness of Ghaus-e-Azam manifest?"
36:11 "The feet of all the saints, the neck of Shah-e-Jila."
36:15 "The eternal sainthood of Ghaus-e-Azam will remain."
36:19 "Who said, 'Mureed-e-La-Takhaf'?"
36:22 "My Meera."
36:24 "Who said, 'Mureed-e-La-Takhaf'?"
36:27 "My Meera."
36:29 "The quality of forgiveness and mercy is the relationship of Ghaus-e-Azam."
36:34 "He breathed a fresh breath into the Ummah of religion and faith."
36:37 "What is this less than the greatness of Ghaus-e-Azam?"
36:42 With the Ashar, we will meet again.
36:46 We will now listen to the Manqabat.
36:48 We have with us, Mr. Muhammad Irfan Warsi.
