00:33 Who is our Creator, our Master, our Sustainer.

00:40 May Allah bless our Master, our Master Muhammad and his family.
00:42 Respected viewers, Assalam-o-Alaikum.
00:45 I am your host, Sumair Ahmed.
00:47 You are watching the special program on ARYQ TV,
00:51 Islam and the Concept of Sainthood.
00:54 On this special occasion of Sayyiduna Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani, may Allah have mercy on him,
01:00 we are bringing to you the light of the Quran and Hadith.
01:04 There are some misconceptions and misinterpretations
01:08 regarding Sufism and the concepts of the saints of Allah.
01:13 There are many factors on which proper information is necessary.
01:18 We should be able to rectify this concept and
01:23 to deliver reference-based, scientific and objective discussion.
01:29 This is our objective and purpose of this program.
01:34 In the previous episodes, we have presented many qualities of the saints of Allah.
01:42 Today, you are watching the 8th episode of this series.
01:48 The topic chosen today is "Morals and Ethics".
01:52 These are the morals and ethics of the saints of Allah.
01:55 These are the saints of Allah whose other qualities are also important to know.
02:02 What are their morals and ethics?
02:05 Because these are their morals and ethics
02:08 which gave them the status of being the friends and saints of Allah.
02:13 As you know, our program has a unique format.
02:19 A prominent figure of the Islamic world, Mr. Mufti, is present.
02:24 He is being interviewed by our guests who are present with us.
02:29 As per tradition, the same concept is present today.
02:32 A prominent figure of the Islamic world, a prominent figure of ARYQ TV,
02:35 you not only listen to him but also benefit from him.
02:40 Mufti Muhammad Hurram Iqbal Rahmani Sahib is present with us.
02:43 May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
02:46 Sir, your presence is a special and unique opportunity.
02:49 Thank you very much.
02:50 We have three guests present with us.
02:53 First of all, Muhammad Ahmed Siddiqi.
02:55 May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
02:59 MashaAllah.
03:00 And with him, Muhammad Hunain Qadri.
03:03 May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
03:08 And with him, Fasi Ahmed.
03:11 May peace and blessings of Allah be upon you.
03:15 You three guests are here at the right time.
03:18 I have already told you the topic.
03:20 The morals and ethics of the saints of Allah.
03:22 This is today's topic.
03:23 Without any further delay, let's go to the guests and see what their questions are about today's topic.
03:29 First of all, I would like to ask Muhammad Ahmed Siddiqi.
03:31 You ask the question to Mufti Sahib.
03:32 Mufti Sahib's question is that the morals and ethics of the saints of Allah have been highlighted.
03:37 The fundamental question, Mufti Sahib.
03:38 In the name of Allah, the most Gracious, the most Merciful.
03:40 And peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah.
03:44 It is a very good question.
03:46 And as you said in the title of the speech,
03:49 that some wrong concepts are prevalent in people in the name of Sufism.
03:56 And because of that, the true concept of Islam is suffering a lot.
04:01 Look, the meaning of a saint is a friend, as you said, that the saint of Allah is Allah's friend.
04:06 Allah's friend will never do anything that will upset Allah.
04:11 The fundamental right of friendship is to please a friend, not to upset him.
04:15 In fact, Allah made a friend only because he did not do this.
04:18 And the foundation of friendship is that I will not upset you.
04:22 So, the gift of friendship that Allah Almighty has given him,
04:27 Look, there are many prayers. All Muslims are praying, Mashallah.
04:30 They are praying, reciting the Quran, giving dhikr and askar, but not everyone is getting the status of Wilayat.
04:36 This is the gift of Allah. And this gift is for those personalities who are actually worthy of it and please Allah.
04:44 So, a fundamental concept is that every person who is doing such things in the name of Sufism,
04:50 which are against Shariah, the things that Shariah has forbidden,
04:54 if there is a mischief in them, then it has nothing to do with Sufism.
04:58 No, he is a slave of his own self.
05:01 For this, the Quran says,
05:02 "Did you not see the man who has made his own desire his God?"
05:09 So, he may please Satan, but he is not going to please Allah.
05:13 Satan can be a friend, but not Allah.
05:16 Then, as far as morality is concerned, we keep in mind that when we see someone in uniform,
05:27 we have certain expectations. When we see a doctor in uniform,
05:32 we have a hope that he will talk to us in a certain way.
05:37 Similarly, when we see people in uniform of law enforcement agencies,
05:42 we have a hope that how they will treat us.
05:44 When a lawyer is wearing his uniform, we know how he will treat us.
05:48 So, when they are in their special uniform, on duty, on protocol,
05:53 we have a hope that how they will treat us.
05:57 Now, that person who is a saint, and this duty is a temporary duty,
06:02 there is no break in it, there is no holiday, there is no off,
06:07 so how will his morality be if he has the honor of being a saint of Allah?
06:12 And the second thing is that the path of the saints is the path of the biography of the Beloved Prophet (PBUH).
06:20 So, what is the greatness of the Prophet (PBUH)
06:23 "Indeed, you have been honored with the highest of morals"
06:25 O Beloved Prophet (PBUH), you have been honored with the highest of morals.
06:30 In the whole universe, in all the human beings, no one has reached such a high moral level
06:36 as our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) has.
06:41 So, now, the saint and the follower of the Prophet (PBUH)
06:44 will be associated with those qualities of the Beloved Prophet (PBUH).
06:49 So, it is necessary that the one who is a saint of Allah,
06:52 who is a saint of the state, his morals should be the same as the morals of the Prophet (PBUH).
06:58 What do we see there?
07:00 First of all, we see that every relationship is for Allah.
07:05 The relationship with Allah is in the love of Allah,
07:09 the relationship with the Messenger of Allah is in the love of Allah and His Messenger,
07:12 and the relationship with the creation is also in the love of Allah,
07:15 and the love of the Messenger of Allah and the light of the teachings.
07:19 Now, every relationship has to be fulfilled.
07:21 In morality, the best thing is that every relationship has to be fulfilled.
07:25 If it is about the rights of Allah, then it has to be fulfilled with the utmost.
07:29 If it is about the rights of the Prophet, then it has to be fulfilled with the utmost.
07:32 And if it is about the rights of the worshipers, then it has to be fulfilled with the utmost.
07:37 We only understand morality in the matter of the rights of worshipers.
07:40 If we look at the rights of worshipers, then the circle of this is that it starts from the home.
07:47 What do we do?
07:49 The manifestation of good morals and good conversations is among friends, colleagues,
07:55 and when we go out with people, we are having a good conversation.
07:58 But as soon as we come home,
08:01 the matter is that when we change our clothes,
08:04 not only the clothes change, but the personality changes as well.
08:08 The person who was respecting you, when he comes home,
08:12 he becomes a person who is disrespectful.
08:14 So, he is wearing clothes.
08:16 Yes, I said that the clothes change the personality.
08:19 So, we think that we have to behave with the people outside in a good manner.
08:23 We have to have a good conversation.
08:25 The family has no right.
08:27 It is the command of the Prophet (pbuh)
08:29 that the best of you is the one who behaves with his family in a good manner.
08:34 The beginning is from here.
08:36 The scale is this.
08:38 The scale is this.
08:39 Who is the first to be treated with good manners?
08:41 The family.
08:42 And the Prophet (pbuh) said,
08:43 "I, Muhammad, treat my family with the best of my manners."
08:50 Similarly, when we ask the Prophet (pbuh)
08:52 who is the first to be treated with good manners?
08:55 The government said, "Your mother."
08:57 Then we asked, "Who else?"
08:59 "Your mother."
09:00 Then we asked, "Who else?"
09:01 "Your mother."
09:02 When we asked the fourth time, he said, "Your father."
09:05 Similarly, we asked, "O Prophet, what is the pleasure of the Lord?"
09:10 He said, "The pleasure of the Lord is in the pleasure of the father."
09:12 Subhanallah.
09:13 If the father is pleased, the Lord is pleased.
09:14 And if the father is upset, then Allah is also upset.
09:17 So, the teachings of Allah that we see,
09:19 their manners and manners that we see,
09:21 are colored with the manners of Prophethood.
09:24 Meaning, all the glimpses of there are practically visible here.
09:27 Nothing is visible beyond that.
09:30 Now, when they follow the path of the beloved,
09:32 then what happens?
09:33 Allah said in the Quran,
09:34 "Say, 'If you love Allah, follow me, and Allah will love you.'"
09:38 Follow the path of the beloved,
09:40 you will also be granted the status of belovedhood.
09:42 You will be granted.
09:43 And see, dear viewers,
09:44 where the concept of Wilayat is being reformed,
09:47 in the light of the Quran and Hadith,
09:49 we are being told what the concept of Wilayat is.
09:52 At the same time, this message will also reach you,
09:55 that what right do we have as parents?
09:57 How through their obedience,
09:59 we can be in the company of the Prophet (pbuh)
10:02 and can please our Lord?
10:04 Let's go to the next question
10:05 and see what is the question of Muhammad Hunain Qadri.
10:08 In the words of Mufti Sahib,
10:10 we have heard some details about the conditions of worship of the saints.
10:13 Conditions of worship, Mashallah.
10:15 This is also a very beautiful question.
10:17 Because the concept of Wilayat nowadays,
10:19 there is no worship in it.
10:21 So, this question has been asked very well, Mashallah.
10:23 In it, different types of rituals have been included.
10:27 People have started giving the status of worship to the performance of those rituals.
10:30 Maazallah, Subhanallah, Maazallah.
10:32 And then they have adopted different types of rituals and customs,
10:38 due to which the concept of Wilayat of Islam is being distorted.
10:42 It is not possible that a saint of Allah should not worship.
10:46 What is the real worship?
10:48 See, the ways of worship that our religion has taught us,
10:51 are obligatory on us.
10:52 But the fundamental purpose of worship is to please the Lord.
10:56 Namaz, to please the Lord.
10:58 Raza, to please the Lord.
11:00 Zakat, to please the Lord.
11:01 Hajj, to please the Lord.
11:03 Qilawat-e-Quran, to please the Lord.
11:05 This is the fundamental concept.
11:07 Now, Allah has given us different means and different ways of pleasing the Lord through His Beloved.
11:12 Now, the real saints of Allah,
11:15 are also colored by the description of the Prophet (PBUH) in this description.
11:20 See the glorious worship of the government.
11:22 What Allah says in the Quran.
11:24 How can it be?
11:25 (Arabic)
11:33 The glorious worship of the government is being done all night long.
11:36 The praise of worship is in the Quran.
11:37 The blessed feet are being prostrated.
11:39 Allah Himself is saying in the Quran.
11:40 Otherwise, Allah is ordering us to worship.
11:43 But here, what is being said for Muhammad (PBUH)
11:45 O Beloved, do a little less.
11:47 Your effort to read the Quran is a burden for the Lord.
11:50 Do not put yourself in difficulty in matters of worship.
11:55 So, the saints who are perfect,
11:57 when they have seen this scene,
11:59 have seen the training of the Beloved Prophet (PBUH)
12:01 Regarding the Sajida Khatun-e-Jannat,
12:03 Imam Hassan says,
12:04 I have seen the glory of my mother Majida,
12:07 that when my mother Majida used to stand up to offer the prayer at night,
12:11 then she used to spend the whole night in one prostration.
12:14 Allah, Allah, Allah.
12:16 And when Sajida Bilal-e-Habshi used to give the Adhan,
12:18 she used to raise her head in prostration.
12:20 The whole night in prostration.
12:22 And then what did she say?
12:23 Maulana, you have made the night so short,
12:25 that your daughter Fatima can not even offer a proper Sajida.
12:28 SubhanAllah, SubhanAllah.
12:29 Now, this is the cover of the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH).
12:32 This is the real Wilayat.
12:34 And if we see the status in worship,
12:36 As we are discussing about the Salaam of Huzoor (PBUH)
12:38 Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani (R.A)
12:41 Then Huzoor himself, in his own words, says,
12:44 "I have been doing this for 15 years,
12:48 that after the Isha prayer,
12:50 I used to recite the Holy Quran in the Nafl,
12:53 and finish the whole Quran in one night."
12:56 Allah, Allah.
12:57 For 15 years.
12:58 This is the status of worship.
12:59 This is not a routine of 15 days.
13:01 Not of a year, not of 15 months,
13:03 but for 15 years,
13:04 I have been doing this,
13:05 that I finish the whole Quran in one night.
13:08 Huzoor, it is easy to say and hear.
13:10 Undoubtedly, it is like this.
13:11 Then you say,
13:12 "For 40 years, it has been my custom
13:15 that I have been doing Fajr prayer after Isha prayer."
13:17 Allah.
13:18 This means that when we sleep,
13:20 the wudu breaks after sleeping.
13:22 Meaning, for 40 years,
13:23 it has been the custom of the Holy Prophet (PBUH)
13:25 that you have not slept at night.
13:27 Through this, this thing has also been explained.
13:29 Meaning that the nights have passed in Qiyam.
13:31 They have passed in Qiyam.
13:32 The commandment of Allah,
13:34 "And those who spend the night for their Lord,
13:36 prostrate and stand up."
13:38 How do they spend the night?
13:40 Not on soft beds,
13:41 but they spend the night in the presence of Allah,
13:43 prostrating and standing up.
13:44 They have acted upon it as a sign and a proof.
13:48 See, the status of Wilayat,
13:50 is not achieved by sleeping on soft beds.
13:52 Rather, see how much effort they have put in for it,
13:54 who are the Madarzad Wali.
13:56 These are the Madarzad Wali,
13:58 who are born and raised in Wilayat.
14:00 They are doing so much effort.
14:02 Then, how much effort should the common people do?
14:05 If I see the attributes in worship,
14:07 then I see this in the Baswa of Huzoor Ghoseb Baig.
14:09 He is saying that,
14:11 in the night, from Isha to Fajr,
14:13 the prayer of 40 years,
14:15 is the custom of the Prophet.
14:17 Huzoor, Khawaja Nizamuddin Auliya,
14:19 your Seerat Nigaro, has written that,
14:21 Khawaja Sahib's condition was that,
14:23 he used to offer 1000 Nawafil daily in the night.
14:25 This is Ibadat.
14:27 And today, the work that is being done in the name of Ibadat,
14:31 has no relation with Islam.
14:33 If we really want to understand the concept of Wilayat,
14:37 and if we see the work of the Kabiris,
14:39 then we will see the concept of Ibadat,
14:41 and the concept of Wilayat, in reality.
14:43 And viewers,
14:45 if someone sits on the intellectual level,
14:47 and starts calculating,
14:49 that how many Nawafil can be offered in the night,
14:51 and how many can't be offered,
14:53 these people of Allah,
14:55 these Auliya Allah,
14:57 even in their time, Allah has given them special blessings.
14:59 You have said something very beautiful,
15:01 and very wise.
15:03 And this is because,
15:05 the concept of time and space,
15:07 differs from person to person.
15:11 So for the saints of Allah,
15:13 Allah gives them so much blessings in their time,
15:15 that in this short span of time,
15:17 they can offer so many Ibadat.
15:19 And secondly,
15:21 I will tell you about the stamina.
15:23 If you don't have pain in your legs,
15:25 or in your knees, or in your back,
15:27 then the truth is that,
15:29 we are materialistic people.
15:31 We eat food, and we burn our bodies,
15:33 but Allah's people eat the soul.
15:35 Their spirituality,
15:37 is dominant over their body,
15:39 and that is their real energy.
15:41 That is why their body doesn't get tired.
15:43 And the lack of body,
15:45 fulfills the spiritual hunger.
15:47 Mashallah, Subhanallah.
15:49 And the third and last question,
15:51 I want you to ask Mufti sahib.
15:53 I have a question for Mufti sahib,
15:55 that you have said something about the Taqwa and Tawakkul of the saints of Allah.
15:57 Mashallah, the questions that these people have asked,
15:59 are so beautiful, and so comprehensive.
16:01 These are questions that clarify
16:03 the concept of Islam and the concept of Wilayat.
16:05 These are the basic concepts.
16:07 We are in miracles, we can fly in the air,
16:09 or in the water.
16:11 The real miracle is that,
16:13 a person lives with the real concept of Islam.
16:15 Taqwa and Tawakkul,
16:17 are the basic signs of a saint.
16:19 Taqwa means,
16:21 Parezgari.
16:23 And Parezgari means that,
16:25 the things that Allah has commanded to do,
16:27 we have to do,
16:29 this is Taqwa.
16:31 And until a saint adopts Taqwa,
16:33 he cannot become a saint.
16:35 And Tawakkul means to trust.
16:37 If you have a friend,
16:39 or a problem, you trust your friend.
16:41 You contact him,
16:43 "There is a problem,
16:45 I need your help."
16:47 So whose friend is the saint? Allah's.
16:49 So in every matter of your life,
16:51 whom do you trust?
16:53 You trust Allah, you trust people and creation.
16:55 If there is a problem,
16:57 then Allah's help is always there.
16:59 And he bows his head,
17:01 and his relationship is established.
17:03 He offers his prayers,
17:05 and Allah has said for him,
17:07 in the Hadith of Qudsi,
17:09 "When they ask me,
17:11 I surely grant them."
17:13 When you have complete trust in Allah,
17:15 then Allah does not refuse them.
17:17 And this is the basic reason,
17:19 that when we ask Allah,
17:21 we are asking by giving him a means.
17:23 Or we say to him,
17:25 "Please pray for us in the court of Allah."
17:27 Because Allah has given them
17:29 the status of love,
17:31 that Allah does not refuse them.
17:33 Because they do not refuse Allah's words.
17:35 Allah does not refuse them the status of love.
17:37 Allah, Allahu Akbar.
17:39 Allah, Allah, Allah, Allah, Allah,
17:41 (Arabic)
17:55 (Arabic)
18:15 (Arabic)
18:39 (Arabic)
18:41 (Arabic)
18:51 (Arabic)
