00:16 The film begins by showing a woman named Claire, an introverted hairdresser,
00:24 drinking coffee while waiting for clients in a charming beauty salon.
00:29 In comes Sarah, a vibrant and cheerful woman who seems to radiate happiness.
00:33 She is looking to cut and dye her hair.
00:35 Claire offers her something to drink and she chooses a glass of red wine.
00:39 Asking questions about Sarah's personal life, Claire sharply figures out that
00:44 Sarah is out of town as she shares stories about her husband and her 12 year old child.
00:48 She also tells Claire about her toy boy she met this weekend and admits that no
00:53 one else knows she is cheating and she only told Claire because she is a stranger
00:57 and they will never see each other again.
00:59 After hours of talking, the client notices that everyone else has left the salon and
01:03 that they are the only ones left.
01:05 As Sarah continues to drink the wine, her hand goes limp and
01:09 she drops the glass on the floor.
01:11 The client passes out, but Claire is not alarmed by this because she spiked
01:15 the drink before handing it over.
01:17 This signals Claire to cover up the salon window and begin the gruesome
01:21 act she has been planning this whole time.
01:23 She moves with calculated precision, preparing her tools with a chilling calmness.
01:28 We witness Claire's transformation from a quiet introverted hairdresser
01:32 to a cold-blooded psychopath.
01:33 She begins by gracefully cutting along Sarah's hairline and proceeds to pull
01:38 the scalp and hair from Sarah's head.

03:06 Reluctant, Claire hesitates to accept the request, knowing the disturbing

03:17 So she hopes that Claire will accept, praising Claire to her colleagues

03:23 Later that evening, Olivia's hopes come true when she receives a text from

04:54 After helping Olivia get out of the wedding dress, Claire asks more
04:59 about Olivia's personal life, but eventually Olivia ends up asking
05:03 about Claire's personal life instead.
05:05 It's a little obvious that Claire isn't used to being asked these kinds of
05:08 questions and she shares that her dad was not around and that her mother
05:11 passed away when she was only 17 years old.
05:14 Olivia then encourages her by saying her family would be proud of
05:18 her for what she's doing now, which is scalping her clients.
05:20 Their moment gets interrupted when Olivia's soon to be husband, Charlie,
05:25 comes home, who just dismisses Claire and excuses himself.
05:28 This makes Claire uneasy.
05:30 So she says her goodbyes and leaves.
05:32 When she gets in the car, she has a breakdown, berating herself for acting
05:37 poorly and awkwardly around Olivia.
05:39 Later on, she stops at her usual coffee shop, just as it is closing.
05:44 They are not serving anymore, but since Claire is a regular, Dawn, the barista
05:48 makes an exception and makes her a coffee.
05:51 However, when she isn't looking, Claire spikes her drink.
05:54 After receiving her coffee, Claire leaves the shop and sips it outside while she

06:07 Inside the coffee shop, as she always does, Claire begins by cutting

06:14 She suddenly gets distracted by her thoughts and makes a mistake with
06:24 a cut, causing Dawn to awaken.
06:26 Panicked, Claire stabs her multiple times in the chest until she dies.
06:30 She cleans up the mess she made and throws it in the trash.
06:35 The next day, Claire is in her basement, covering all
06:39 the trophies she has collected.
06:41 She steps out of the basement, drops the basement key inside, and boards up the
06:45 entrance, seemingly wanting to stop the killing once and for all.
06:48 Prior to this, Olivia invited Claire to her bachelorette party, and she agrees to
06:53 join her after all the bad stuff she'd done.
06:55 A few days pass, when Claire is cutting her client's hair, a man walks in, saying
07:01 his sister Dawn has been missing for two days, and wants to leave
07:04 a missing poster in the salon.
07:06 The next day, Claire is getting ready to go to Olivia's party, and is having
07:11 trouble picking an outfit to wear.
07:12 She is nervous and wants to leave a good impression with her only friend,
07:16 Olivia, and finally picks a suitable outfit and leaves for the party.
07:20 Flyers about the missing Dawn that she saw on her way there didn't
07:23 deter her from attending the party.
07:25 The prospect of mingling with others, forming friendships, and indulging in a
07:30 world that is not her own tantalizes Claire.
07:32 When Olivia spots her, she asks her to join them, and introduces Claire to her
07:37 friends, and the other stylist who messed up her hair.
07:40 They then make a toast and decide to having a fun night dancing, drinking,
07:44 and spending time together.
07:46 Later in the night, Olivia tells Claire that she is unsure about marrying Charlie,
07:51 and this makes Claire remark on her fiance's dismissive behavior previously.
07:55 Olivia also asks Claire to go running with her after the wedding is finished.
07:59 So Claire lies, telling Olivia that she loves to run just so she can be her jog buddy.
08:04 When Claire goes to the bathroom, some of Olivia's friends make their way in too,
08:09 so she hides behind them and listens in as they gossip about her.

08:45 She is ready to give into her demons, but as she stands in front of them, holding a
08:49 blade, she sees a picture of Monique and Olivia, which snaps her out of the trance.
08:53 She then quickly leaves the house without finishing the job.
08:57 The following day, Claire didn't hear back from Olivia after sending
09:01 her a thank you message last night.
09:02 She tries to message her again and asks if there's anything Olivia needs help with.
09:07 And Olivia replies that they've got it all covered.

12:12 She targets a random woman she sees on the street.
12:15 First things first, she knocks on her door, asking to use a phone, and as the woman
12:21 turns her back, Claire stabs her in the neck with her scissors.
12:24 The poor victim can only writhe and throw up blood, which
12:27 gets all over her wooden floor.
12:29 Once she's done breathing, Claire begins her scalping procedure.
12:33 With the woman's hair crudely fashioned upon her own head, Claire laughs
12:37 while eating pizza and watching TV.
12:39 Despite her attempt to assume the identity of the random woman last night, the void
12:44 within her remains, and no amount of bloodshed can fill it.
12:47 The morning of the wedding, Claire goes to her usual coffee shop, where Dawn used to
12:52 work, and she spots CCTV images of her that are plastered on the window.
12:57 Afterwards, she arrives at the wedding and meets Charlie, whom she questions

13:03 Inside the chapel, she meets Olivia's mother, who shows
13:07 her to the bridesmaid's room.
13:08 There, Olivia is overjoyed to see her, and Claire does what she came there for.

13:49 As the wedding ceremony commences, the bridesmaids walk down the aisle, and the
