00:00 Rams head coach Sean McVay welcomed a new son to the world this week. Pretty exciting.
00:06 Do you think it's distraction at all when they come down into Arlington to face the Cowboys?
00:11 You know, he is such a guy that I think Sean McVay does a really good job of compartmentalizing things.
00:17 He's got a big brain. He's got a big phylocapital brain.
00:20 Yeah, he's the youngest head coach ever, right?
00:22 Yeah, and his memory where he can remember very specific things about everything.
00:28 It's all very impressive.
00:30 So I assume that he had his ducks in a row when it came to baby McVay.
00:35 Maybe it's better born in the middle of the week than on a Sunday.
00:38 Well, he talked about, and there was some debate about it, and some of it was funny.
00:42 What's going to happen if it's time, it's the middle of a Sunday, and I got to go.
00:48 Luckily, that conflict didn't happen.
00:51 This is an age-old argument, of course, in sports, by the way.
00:54 I mean, the birth of your baby.
00:56 Yeah, such a blessing.
00:57 How could you possibly miss it?
00:59 Well, because I've got a million-dollar job over here that requires me to go to work.
01:05 I think it's a really fascinating argument that happens all the time.
01:08 In the real world, that is the non-sports world,
01:11 Yeah, you go to the birth of your child.
01:13 unless you've got to work on the pipeline in Alaska,
01:16 and that's the only way that you can pay the hospital bill for the birth of your baby.
01:20 So, yeah, in an ideal world, we're all there for the birth of our baby.
01:24 In the real world, some of us have to go work on the pipeline in Alaska.
