00:00 Hello, it's Naja Jelly aka Trofania here and as you can see the burger that I bought almost
00:06 six weeks ago, or more than that actually because I bought it on the 3rd of February,
00:11 is doing perfectly fine.
00:13 No mould, the lettuce is still green, the cheese is still nice and yellow, where are
00:20 you cheese?
00:21 There you are.
00:22 And the burger is looking fantastic.
00:25 Just a little bit dry, so everything's hard, what does the cheese feel like?
00:30 Oh the cheese is hard too, the lettuce is still, yeah.
00:34 So this is my Big Mac burger, we're going to try and see how long it takes for it to
00:39 go mouldy but very surprised that the cheese is still looking good, the lettuce, some of
00:44 these are still green and the sauce just looks very dry.
00:47 And you can see the second burger at the bottom.
00:52 So the Big Mac is from the 3rd of February.
00:55 Hello, hello.
00:58 My experiment, for those who want an update, is still continuing.
01:02 As you can see this is my Big Mac, it's got the dust because I just leave it on top of
01:06 a bookshelf and don't touch it.
01:08 This is officially eight months old, again, no mould, just looking fabulous with the lettuce
01:14 and everything.
01:16 And I bought this on the 2nd of February this year, 2023, and we're now in the end of September,
01:23 what's the date?
01:24 23rd of September.
01:26 And this is the Big Mac, which is eight months old.
01:30 And then in June I bought myself a McPlant because we often think the plant version tastes
01:34 better but the, well, tastes better is more healthier, but the McPlant is just as, well
01:41 not fresh, but no mould, no smell, no insects, no nothing, as you can see there's no insects
01:46 on this or anything untoward.
01:49 But yeah, so this is what I bought in June of this year, so look, it's still looking
01:54 good.
01:57 Just so you know, this is today the 13th of October, nothing's changed since my video
02:02 in September, the Big Mac is still looking nice, wonderful, no mould.
02:06 So yeah, this is not going anywhere but I'll update again in November.
02:11 So you wanted to see under the bun, here is under the bun, under the Big Mac.
02:16 Everything's very dry, even the cheese is very dry.
02:20 For the McPlant, there was a huge tomato, let me see if I could show you, and a lot
02:26 of sauce.
02:27 So the tomato, as you can see, is there.
02:30 And what that meant is that the bun has now stuck to the burger, so you can't see it.
02:37 So this is the McPlant, which is four months in I think two weeks, and this is going to
02:41 be nine months in about two weeks, so let me put the bun back on.
02:47 You asked for it, and I did it.
02:49 Today I bought KFC to see how long it will take to go off, so what did I buy?
02:54 I bought one piece of chicken, because KFC is definitely about the chicken.
03:00 I also bought a Zinger burger, which comes with some chips, and I've also bought a couple
03:12 of wings.
03:14 So I'm going to leave this here, I'm going to place it on top of my bookshelf, and we
03:17 are going to see how long it takes for all of this to go off.
03:21 So so far we have a Big Mac doing fine at eight and a half months, a McPlant doing fine
03:26 at four months, Domino's doing fine at five days, and now on the 18th of October, we've
03:33 got KFC.
03:35 Hello, my name is Naya Jene, and I'm a herbalist currently doing fast food experiments to see
03:41 how long it takes for fast food to go off.
03:44 Now what we put in our bodies is very important.
03:46 The primary reason why we eat is for nourishment, and today we're going to take a look at this
03:51 four month old McPlant.
03:53 Now when I bought the McPlant, it had a load of sauce, and I'm about to show you the video
03:57 of what it looked like when I first bought it in June, and we're now in October.
04:02 So I want to know what the inside of this burger looks like, so I'm going to cut it
04:05 up and see what's happening.
04:07 So I'm now going to cut this in half, or try and...
04:16 Now what we can see is we have a little bit of mould here, and this is what the inside
04:29 looks like after four months, and yeah, there's a little bit of mould there as well.
04:34 So it has taken four months, and we have this amount of mould, and there's that tomato that
04:49 was on there that seems to have disintegrated into the cheese.
04:54 So yeah, we can see a lot of what was inside here.
05:00 That was all the sauce that we'll see slipping out, a bit of the tomato, the lettuce, and
05:04 The cheese element of it is where we seem to find some mold after four months.
