00:40 While chatting with her guest, Allison Cooch, about their respective trips to Thailand,
00:45 turns out the vacation destination isn't the only thing they have in common.
00:50 We both got pregnant in Thailand.
00:52 I must have gotten pregnant, not to be too TMI, but like, he didn't go with me.
00:57 So I must have got pregnant right before I left and I had no idea.
01:01 So when I got there, I was eating everything, my face was flushed, but like I didn't think
01:05 anything of it because I was like, there's just no way.
01:07 Like there's no way I am.
01:09 This is my six and seven for me.
01:12 And I've gotten pregnant when I'm not actually, like I've tracked my ovulation and I've gotten
01:17 pregnant on days that were not my ovulation like window.
01:21 Kale's big news follows another reveal she made earlier this month.
01:26 After a lot of speculation, the reality star confirmed she secretly welcomed her fifth
01:31 child, a son named Rio with Elijah.
01:35 I have not addressed the rumors about, you know, my fifth son.
01:39 And so I can do that now and just say, this is not where I was supposed to bring it up.
01:45 But yeah, Kale explains she kept Rio's birth private for a very personal reason.
01:51 Just because of how traumatizing our son's birth was because we didn't have time with
01:57 him when he came out of my kitty cat that he had to go right to the NICU.
02:01 I mean, I literally got to hold him for maybe three seconds before they took him to the
02:06 NICU.
02:07 And I was so upset when I tell you that I was beside myself, like it was so scary.
02:12 Thankfully, little Rio is happy and healthy and he joins four older brothers, 13 year
02:18 old Isaac.
02:19 You're so smart and you're caring and you're a good big brother and you're a good friend.
02:27 Right?
02:28 Yeah.
02:29 And nine year old Lincoln, six year old Lux and three year old Creed.
02:39 ET spoke with Kale in 2020.
02:47 Shortly after Creed joined the family.
02:50 How are the boys coping with having a new little brother around?
02:53 Oh, they love him.
02:55 They are.
02:56 They're so in love.
02:57 And honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.
03:00 It was really a surprise.
03:01 I was kind of nervous to see how they would just because my oldest is 10.
03:04 You know, I didn't know how he would be with a newborn crying in the middle of the night
03:08 and all of that.
03:09 And then, but he loves being a big brother.
03:11 And so I, it really, it really has been great.
03:15 And when it comes to expanding the family, Kale said the door was open.
03:20 Do you think your family at this point is complete or sky's the limit?
03:25 Let's keep going.
03:26 Let's keep having more kids.
03:27 Some days I'm like, Oh, I give me five more babies.
03:30 And some days I'm like, Oh, I think we're good with four.
03:33 So it just depends.
03:35 Is there a part of you that would love to have a little girl?
03:38 Yeah, I think, yeah, I think there is a little piece.
03:41 I mean, if I never have a daughter, that's also okay.
03:44 But I think there's definitely a piece of me that wouldn't mind having one for sure.
03:49 Fast forward to 2023 and Kale went from a mom of four to a mom of nearly seven.
