00:20 "Recalling of one stargazing night, all I could think of was, 'How far does this

00:25 Are we the only planet in the whole wide universe that has life on it?'
00:28 And then I said, 'I know you're out there, I know we're not alone, and I would like
00:32 to meet you one day.'"
00:33 It seems that her wish was soon granted, when a few months later, she went to sleep in a
00:37 friend's car after a long dance rehearsal.
00:39 And the next thing she knew, she was hit with a sound.
00:42 Goldie said, "I got this high-pitched sound in my ear.
00:44 It was this high, high frequency.
00:46 And I looked out the window, and I saw these two or three triangular-shaped heads.
00:50 They were silver in color, slash for a mouth, tiny little nose, no ears.
00:54 They were pointing at me, pointing at me in the car as if they were discussing me, like
00:58 I was a subject.
00:59 And they were droning."
01:01 She went on, "I could not move.
01:02 I was paralyzed.
01:03 And I thought, 'Oh my God, I want to get up.'
01:06 I didn't know if it was real or not real.
01:08 And finally, I burst out of it.
01:09 It was like bursting out of a force field."
01:11 Goldie said she went back to the other dancers and told them, "Oh my God, I think I made
01:15 contact with outer space."
01:17 She wasn't sure if it was the real deal.
01:19 But then, other books were published with stories similar to hers.
01:22 Then years later, she met an astrophysicist, and he showed her a simulation of the Milky
01:26 Way in a virtual reality lab, an experience that brought back her past.
01:30 Goldie said, "I got emotional, tear here and there, and said, 'I don't understand
01:34 it.'
01:35 But I did have an experience once that had to do with maybe being visited by someone."
01:38 The astrophysicist started asking her questions about her experience and what the beings looked
01:42 like, and reflecting on it triggered a long-forgotten memory from that encounter.
01:46 Goldie explained, "It was like kind of regression therapy or something.
01:49 I am like almost in trance.
01:51 And then suddenly I remembered something.
01:52 They touched my face.
01:53 And it felt like the finger of God.
01:56 It was the most benevolent, loving feeling.
01:58 This was powerful.
01:59 It was filled with light."
02:01 That isn't the only eerie experience Goldie has had.
02:04 The actress also revealed that she once dreamed of the mountainside, then went to see a crop
02:07 circle that had appeared nearby, and realized it was the same location from her dream.
02:11 Plus, the crop circle was in the shape of a heart.
02:13 She said, "I have collected hearts my whole life.
02:15 I build a house of hearts.
02:17 I have done everything with hearts.
02:18 And I looked at this, and I thought, 'I don't know anything.
02:21 But if this is a sign, I'll take it.'
02:23 We'll never know.
02:24 I'll never know.
02:25 And I kind of like it that way.
02:26 I don't want to know everything."
02:27 Goldie went on to share her philosophy about wonder and the unknown, saying, "We cut ourselves
02:32 off from a lot of things.
02:33 If we're continuing to deny something that we have no proof over, there's a lot of things
02:37 in this world that we can't see.
02:38 But we can't stop believing.
02:40 We can never, ever lose our wonder.
02:42 It's just no fun.
02:43 It's really an important aspect of being an adventurer, where nothing is impossible."
