Meet the wedding dog chaperone who makes £2.5k-a-month by being a pooch plus one on couples' big day.

Olivia Thompson, 24, walked dogs for extra cash during her lunch break before going travelling in November last year.

When she came back she was figuring out what she wanted to do and discovered being around dogs made her happiest and she had an obsession with weddings.

Combining the two she launched her dog chaperone business - the Dog Lady - and has now attending four weddings as a pup's plus one – even walking a pup up the aisle.

Olivia is on hand to walk the dog beforehand, help with capturing pet photos and provide care for the dog during the wedding day.

She charges around £350 for the day and customises her service for each bride and groom.

Olivia makes up to £2.5k-a-month and is already getting bookings for next year.

00:00 So today's venue was in Airdrie in Scotland, it was called Eden Leisure Village and this
00:09 was Neil who we were looking after today.
00:12 So before the ceremony we headed on a nice hours long walk, luckily the venue had a really
00:17 nice walk on site so we didn't have to travel too far, this was him trying to give me a
00:22 nice big cuddle.
00:23 But yeah luckily the walks were really nice and then we actually had to walk down the
00:27 aisle together and then he sat until the bride came down the aisle and then I took him outside.
00:32 This was the couple getting married which was really nice and this was a little snippet
00:36 of the venue.
00:37 It was a really nice venue, it was quite relaxed, quite chilled out.
00:41 After the ceremony we then headed to get some photographs so I helped assist with the photographs
00:45 with the photographer so that they don't have to stress about getting a good photo and then
00:50 we took him back to get some lunch and chill out.
00:53 This was him with his little goodie bag that he got because he booked my gold package and
00:57 then it was time to sort of chill out so he had a little sleep because he'd had quite
01:00 an intense afternoon and I just sat and watched a little movie on my iPad.
01:04 Once he woke up he was ready to have his snuggles, he was a typical Labrador, he loved a cuddle
01:10 and to be honest I was pretty happy with that, he was a nice big cuddler.
01:13 But I took this video and I thought it was really funny because he's like "umm who is
01:19 this?"
01:20 So we also got fed, they had a really nice barbecue on site and then we headed for some
01:23 more photographs after we've had some chill time and by that point it was time for me
01:27 to go so I took him another little walk beforehand and then handed him over to the guests.
