00:00 Look, my relationship with Daniel is pretty consistent with my relationship I've had with
00:05 all the people I've worked with at other clubs that are kind of the major influences, decision
00:10 makers, is that I need them to believe in me. That's the basic core of it. And you can
00:15 get to that space many different ways. It doesn't mean you have to socialise with them.
00:19 It doesn't mean you have to talk to them every day. It's about gaining their trust and belief.
00:23 Because without their trust and belief, I can't do what I want to do. I can't make decisions
00:27 around staff, bringing players in, all these things, unless the people who are above me
00:34 have total faith and trust. Again, it's not an unusual position. When I walked in at Celtic,
00:40 the board weren't too popular at the start either. But they backed me and they believed
00:44 in me. And when they do that, yes, of course they deserve the credit, because they're the
00:49 ones that have made the decisions and backed me into bringing the club to where it is currently.
00:58 So of course they should get the credit. But like I said, I've treated those relationships
01:03 always the same. I've said before that the number one task I have whenever I go into
01:09 a club is to get people to believe in me. Trust me, whether that's the person who is
01:13 working on the floor down here or the person who runs the club, it's the same. I've got
01:18 to get all of them to believe in me, because I can't do what I want to do by myself. It
01:23 just doesn't work that way. I've had a really healthy working relationship with Daniel and
01:31 hopefully I'm gaining more and more of that trust to continue to do what I want to do.
