00:00 Marky, Marky is quiet.
00:02 Just wait, Marky.
00:04 There's a panda in the jungle.
00:06 What's with your panda in the jungle, Marky?
00:09 - You can explain it to Mars. - Mars, that's a panda.
00:12 [laughs]
00:14 Okay, so I actually just went to the falls in Bulacan,
00:19 Avalon Falls, a couple of days ago.
00:22 And it was actually to promote one of my sponsors.
00:27 They're called Neptune Actives, it's an Australian brand.
00:30 It's a swimwear brand.
00:32 So I was like, "Hey, let's test this out in the falls."
00:34 So I started swinging on vines,
00:37 and sliding down waterfalls, diving, doing--
00:41 I was alone, like literally me and three other people.
00:44 We weren't together.
00:45 In Bulacan?
00:46 I was like, "Wow, there's no one here. I can do a photoshoot here."
00:49 So I did a photoshoot with my phone.
00:52 So our workout for the day was in the falls.
00:56 Yeah.
00:57 For Marky, another bold attempt and more daring series of posts on your IG
01:02 is the Olympian God series.
01:04 So what's your purpose, or what's the wisdom or the story behind it?
01:09 It's just basically an album of my shoot.
01:14 And this was a post, or a set of posts,
01:19 along with #AdamInParadise,
01:22 an association with the Psychiatric Association of the Philippines,
01:25 to raise awareness for mental health.
01:28 Nudity is a representation of being really honest with yourself,
01:33 and being vulnerable.
01:36 And in this time and age,
01:39 there are a lot of suicide and mental health problems among people
01:44 because of losing their job, losing their partners.
01:48 Some people have lost family members, breakups, all sorts of things.
01:53 And what my idea was,
01:55 along with one of the heads of the Psychiatric Association of the Philippines,
01:58 Ed Tolentino,
01:59 was to create something that will send a strong message.
02:04 So I made a music video.
02:06 The song is called "Sanity."
02:08 And in this music video, I basically talk about my mental health problems.
02:13 I have depression, I have anxiety, I have ADHD.
02:17 And I'm basically saying that it is okay not to be okay.
02:21 I basically figuratively remove my clothes one at a time,
02:23 and the last thing I remove is my face mask,
02:26 which is a representation of me basically freely speaking
02:29 about what's happening in my life.
02:33 And #It'sOkayNotToBeOkay.
02:36 Beautiful message.
02:37 You said something very timely and true,
02:39 and something that's really barely talked about.
02:43 So, wow. Thank you for that.
02:45 Thank you, Mars.
02:46 And I'm sure through your music video,
02:48 a lot of people will also be able to get the help that they need.
