Tractor Knocks Down Half of Fence and Flees From Scene

This tractor driver took the corner too short, leading the tractor to crash into the fence. However, the driver did not stop and continued to drive ahead, smashing half of the fence. The homeowner heard the commotion and came out to see what was going on.
