00:10 Donald Trump was getting laughed at by New York Attorney General Letitia James after he went on
00:27 a rant during his morning testimony where he just randomly said, he wasn't even posed a question,
00:34 he just said, you see New York Attorney General Letitia James right there? She knows nothing about
00:39 my properties. She knows nothing about 40 Wall Street. And she just started laughing. You could
00:45 hear her just cracking up in the courthouse. I'm Ben Mycelis from the Midas Touch Network.
00:51 And Donald Trump continued with his testimony in the morning and continued to incriminate himself.
00:58 Folks, that's why I teach my law students. There's something called the Fifth Amendment
01:03 right against self-incrimination. And for Donald Trump, ultimately, his money and his
01:10 propaganda is more important than the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.
01:15 And ultimately, he's trying to destroy the Constitution. Anyway, so he took the stand
01:20 and started incriminating himself. Let me give you one of the most incriminating portions
01:24 of his testimony. This is part three, by the way, of our review of what went down this morning in
01:30 the testimony where Donald Trump almost got kicked out of court for his out of control behavior.
01:37 Donald Trump was provided the deed that he executed regarding Mar-a-Lago. And he was provided with the
01:44 paperwork showing that the Mar-a-Lago property was categorized as a commercial property,
01:51 not a residential property. And that's ultimately why the valuation of the property was under $27
01:58 million that Donald Trump stipulated to. And the deed that Donald Trump had signed,
02:04 let me repeat it, that Donald Trump and the Trump Organization signed said that Donald Trump and the
02:10 revocable trust, quote, "intend to forever use this property as a commercial property, intend
02:19 to use forever as a commercial property," to which Donald Trump responded, "Well, my intentions could
02:26 change." Well, not at that point in time where fraudulent financial representations are made.
02:35 So anybody who you told that this was a commercial property, not a residential property,
02:41 and you intended to use it as a commercial property in order to gain the tax benefits,
02:48 that's called fraud. That's called a crime. You just stipulated to it under oath in a court of
02:56 law. Donald Trump was then also shown a video of himself where he says, "This is a forever club.
03:03 This is always going to be a club." When confronted with the video, Donald Trump said, "Oh,
03:07 that was just bravado. I can change my mind at any time." And again, first and foremost,
03:14 that's not true contractually. But even if it was true contractually with the deed that was signed,
03:20 it is when the representations were ultimately made. And who do you make those representations
03:26 to? Banks, insurance companies, and taxing authorities like the Palm Beach County Tax
03:32 Assessor in order to devalue Mar-a-Lago to pay less property taxes. So there was an instance where
03:39 Donald Trump just flat out admitted to the fraud. Throughout the testimony as well,
03:43 Donald Trump started lashing out at New York Attorney General Letitia James. He said, "She's
03:48 a hack. She wants to be governor, and she's a hack, and she doesn't know anything about property."
03:53 And to that, New York Attorney General Letitia James started laughing in court.
03:59 When Donald Trump was confronted with why he claimed the triplex, the penthouse in New York,
04:04 was 30,000 square feet and not 10,000 square feet, Donald Trump's response is, "Well, it could be 30
04:12 if you include the elevator shafts and other things," he said. "And other things." That was
04:17 Donald Trump's response there. When Donald Trump was asked about the Aberdeen property, his response
04:23 was, "It's beautiful. It's the best. It's the greatest golf course ever," to which Judge Ngoron
04:29 struck that testimony as being non-responsive. And then Donald Trump's obsequious lawyer,
04:35 Christopher Keis, said, "I thought that was a brilliant response, Your Honor. I thought that
04:40 was brilliant." Here's the thing, too. Chris Keis was someone with a fairly decent reputation as a
04:47 lawyer before representing Donald Trump, Solicitor General in Florida. And now there's really no
04:52 difference between Chris Keis and Alina Haba. By the way, there's Alina Haba in court. She now has
04:59 turned her laptop into a billboard for her law firm. You don't get much more clownish than that.
05:05 Oh, you do. You've got Donald Trump's testimony. And Donald Trump then randomly stated, "I have
05:10 more money than you thought, huh? I have more money than you thought." When asked about Aberdeen
05:15 as well, Donald Trump stated randomly, "I'm not a windmill person. I'm not a windmill person.
05:21 And you are a terrible judge. What you are doing, you are terrible. And you believe her. She's a
05:27 hack. She's unfair." To which Judge Ngoran was like, "All right, are you done? Okay. Next question,
05:34 New York Attorney General Lawyer Kevin Wallace." And Kevin Wallace continued to methodically
05:39 dismantle Donald Trump. Did you know over 80% of people have subscriptions they've forgotten about?
05:47 It's too easy to subscribe to a free trial of something and then completely forget about it once
05:53 you stop using it. We've all been there. Right as the monthly charges start rolling in. That's why

07:34 When asked Donald Trump questions about the disclaimer clause, Donald Trump then
07:43 went on and on and on rambling that he's got the best worthless clause in the game,
07:47 that it's the greatest worthless clause ever, to which the judge then said, "That's not true. You
07:52 can read my opinion again or probably the first time since you've never read it. Please ask your
07:58 next question, New York Attorney General Lawyer Kevin Wallace." Then some of the questions were
08:04 also very surgical by Kevin Wallace, the New York Attorney General Lawyer. Having a document which
08:10 made it very clear that under the deal with Mazers, Mazers is the accounting firm, under their
08:16 retention agreement, the Trump Organization was responsible for detecting fraud within the
08:21 organization, not Mazers, not any third parties. The buck stops with the organization. To all the
08:27 MAGA-splainers who are like, "You don't get it. This is how big corporations work." First off,
08:31 the Trump Organization isn't that big of a corporation, number one. It's got like eight
08:36 to 10 executives. It's not some sprawling multinational corporation. It's a small,
08:41 closely held family revocable trust that runs all of these LLCs that play this shell game,
08:48 which is the subject of the New York Attorney General's civil fraud case for these fraudulent
08:53 valuations. Trump had to admit that everyone at the Trump Organization, including himself,
09:00 is responsible for detecting fraud. By the way, that's what the document says.
09:04 Then one said, "Okay, well, detecting fraud on the statement of financial conditions, correct?"
09:10 To which Donald Trump's response was, "Well, that was a Weisselberg thing, and that was a Jeff
09:15 McConnie." Throwing his former chief financial officer, now convicted felon, Allen Weisselberg,
09:20 who spent 100 days at Rikers Island under the bus, who signed a severance agreement for $2 million
09:25 to basically allow himself to be thrown under the bus, saying that he can't cooperate in actions
09:31 that are adverse to the Trump Organization. Then you have Jeff McConnie, the former controller of
09:36 the Trump Organization, who said that Weisselberg told him to engage in fraud.
09:42 Another question was asked about Forbes, which triggered Donald Trump and said, "They're owned
09:47 by China. They're a Chinese organization, and that they're run by the Chinese government."
09:52 That's what Donald Trump said there. Earlier in the day, Donald Trump started his testimony by
09:58 speaking very softly, to which Judge Ngoron said, "Can you please speak up?" Donald Trump showed up
10:04 looking very nervous to his testimony. Then he started going into his unhinged, rambling stories,
10:10 then whining to the judge, "You always rule against me. You always rule against me."
10:15 Next question was, "Okay, well, why'd you make Don Jr. a co-trustee of the revocable trust?"
10:20 Donald Trump responded, "He's a good boy. He's a good young boy. I mean, man, or man,
10:25 but he's a good boy," is what Donald Trump responded. I'm quoting Donald Trump there.
10:30 It's basically what he said. It went through the Statement of Financial Conditions at a high level.
10:35 Donald Trump said, "Banks don't care about Statement of Financial Conditions,
10:39 and that they shouldn't care, and it doesn't make any difference because he has a worthless clause,"
10:43 he says, which means he can say whatever he wants. Donald Trump claimed that he had no brand value
10:49 added to his properties. That's false. He did have brand value that was added into some of his
10:55 properties and then added presidential premiums into others. Donald Trump then tried to mimic the
11:02 New York Attorney General and said, "Trump has no money. Trump make phony financial statements.
11:10 Trump defraud banks," to which Judge Ngoran said, "Stricken, stricken, stricken," and to
11:16 Christopher Keist, Trump's lawyer, "Control your client, please," and then Christopher Keist goes,
11:21 "It's your court. Do whatever you want," because one of the things they're trying to do is to
11:25 provoke the judge to kick Donald Trump out, which the judge threatened to do during Donald Trump's
11:31 testimony, so they can all go, "Ah-ha, you see, the judge even kicked me out. They wouldn't even
11:36 listen to my testimony," and that's why, even though the judge reprimanded Donald Trump and
11:42 said that he's going to kick him out, they're just letting the testimony come in because at this
11:46 point, Trump continues to incriminate himself, and he goes, "My assets are the best. The banks
11:52 come to me," and here's the thing. In a court of law where evidence matters, we've already had the
11:56 testimony from people at the banks. We've had people from the accountant firm like Mazers.
12:01 We had people from the insurance companies like Zurich. They've testified that Donald Trump was
12:05 lying, that Donald Trump was engaged in fraud. They've got the emails, the documents, the data
12:10 to back that up, and right now, we have just a completely unhinged individual attacking the New
12:16 York Attorney General, talking about windmills, admitting to crimes on the stand, and just acting
12:24 like a total maniac. This is part three of our update. We will be doing more updates throughout
