00:00 Well we're here at this EMR site, we're crushing about five commercial vehicles which the council's
00:15 serious environmental crime team have seized from criminals who have been using it to fly
00:21 to and blight our streets.
00:27 So the Environmental Protection Act is quite clear that anybody operating waste collection,
00:31 scrap collection must be licensed.
00:34 If you're not licensed they give us the power to seize vehicles and prosecute those who
00:38 are not playing by the rules.
00:40 So the message is loud and clear, if you want to carry out your business you need to be
00:46 licensed.
00:47 Get a license, keep your seats for a minimum of two years and just don't fly tip your waist.
00:55 We are watching you very carefully and we will find you, we will come for you and we'll
01:00 get the vehicles of you and we'll take you to court and you will be punished accordingly.
