00:00 All right, Dog House has a way you can enjoy Thanksgiving every day and that is with their new Thanksgiving dog.

00:09 I want to start here with Andy first. Andy, I'll tell you, Dog House, incredible.
00:15 And this is the thing about it, it's not just about dogs on that menu, is it?
00:18 No, no, we have gourmet hot dogs, sausages, burgers, chicken, plant-based items.
00:24 We got wings, beer, because that goes with all of the above, full bar, all of the things.
00:30 I love it. And so with it becoming the holiday, people know they love their turkeys.
00:34 But turkey sausages, we're going to talk about that in a minute.
00:36 But this is something that's been on the menu or you guys are just bringing it back?
00:39 No, so this is a special for just this month.
00:41 So we're doing an absolute worst sausage series this year.
00:44 Every month we have a new sausage.
00:45 We're partnering with No Kid Hungry.
00:47 So one dollar from every sausage sold is donated to No Kid Hungry.
00:51 So this month we're featuring our Thanksgiving sausage.
00:54 I like it. Well, with that, that's where Cody comes in to help us make this, of course, amazing sausage meal.
01:01 Yes. Which is really OK. So what do we got here?
01:04 So every sausage starts with our sliced King's Hawaiian roll.
01:08 And we've grilled that up nicely already. This month, this build is going to start with some white American cheese right on that hot bun.
01:15 And then we're going to take some fresh arugula.
01:18 Cheese on the hot bun. Oh, yeah. You don't hear that a lot on TV, do you?
01:23 We like to keep it fun here at Dog House, you know? Yes.
01:26 So we put a little fresh arugula right there on top. All right.
01:29 And then we make this cranberry aioli.
01:32 So it's got a little bit of garlic in it. And then, you know, everyone loves that sliced cranberry that comes right out of the can for Thanksgiving.
01:38 I love it. We were just talking about that actually. So I never thought about making it that way.
01:43 Yeah. So we shush it up a little bit. So you're not just word again.
01:50 Cheese on the hot bun. You don't hear here. All right.
01:53 And then we're going to take that Thanksgiving sausage that has a little bit of sweet potato, maple, turkey in it, obviously.
01:59 All right. Inside the sausage. So where do you find sausages like that?
02:02 Is it something that's specially made this time of year? Adam Gertler. So Adam Gertler from the Food Network.
02:07 He partners with Dog House. He's our worst mocker.
02:10 So he creates the sausages. He's taking all of America's favorites, turning them into sausages every month.
02:15 I love it. OK. And then you are placing the gravy. Yep. Thanksgiving wouldn't be complete without gravy.
02:20 Right. So and then we need that crunch. So we're going to do those French fried onions right on top.
02:27 Look at that. And then last but not least, for color.
02:32 That is look at that. And that is beautiful. Is our worst way.
02:36 That is the worst way. And of course, the other things that you can enjoy in a great way are the other menu items here that have the turkey sauces in it.
02:43 So down here, just a nice little slice stuff. That's a slice way.
02:47 Yeah. And then this is going to be the breakfast way. We put those sweet potato fries right in that tortilla.
02:52 Oh, it's amazing. And then the famous corn dog way with our root beer batter side of turkey gravy to dip it in.
02:58 You know, my goodness. And then just plain. Right. And then if you want to make it your own way, put whatever you want on your way.
03:03 So you get to build it all your own. And then there goes the classic right there with the sweet potato fries on it.
03:08 So you're making a whole Thanksgiving menu. Right. That's right. I love it.
03:11 OK, very quickly, let's talk. You said about cocktails. Let's move down here to cocktails because this is something I want to, of course, enjoy on Thanksgiving.
03:18 So what do we got right here? So we have our peach maple smash that goes right along with it.
03:23 So we're going to take our two ounces of whiskey, put that in there, follow along some maple syrup.
03:30 And then we have peach puree. OK. Is this on the menu or is this always there?
03:34 This is also a featured cocktail just this month. So one dollar of every one of these cocktails sold is also donated to No Kid Hungry.
03:41 I like that. So you got to get the special cocktail to go with the special sausage and ready to go.
03:46 All right. There you go. Remember, smile while you shake it. There you go. That's it right there.
