00:00 - Hi, Bill.
00:01 Have you been given any assurances from ownership
00:04 about your job status for the rest of the season?
00:07 - Yeah, my focus is on getting ready for the Colts.
00:09 - Do you personally believe that you could be coaching
00:13 for your job this week against the Colts?
00:15 - I'm gonna control what I can control.
00:18 I'm gonna get ready for the Colts.
00:20 Yeah, obviously we need to do a better job.
00:24 It's a combination of things, but yeah,
00:27 need to do a better job.
00:29 - Yeah, well, like yesterday, we had our chances.
00:32 We just, you know, need to make more plays
00:35 than at the critical times in the game.
00:38 So, but that's, you know, that's in the past here.
00:43 Moving ahead to Indianapolis and, you know,
00:46 get ready for the Colts.
00:47 Yeah, I don't know if I really see it that way,
00:51 but yeah, fundamental tackling is always important.
00:55 Work on that every week and we'll always work on it.
00:57 And it's the most important part of defense,
00:59 getting the ball, getting the guy with the ball
01:01 on the ground.
01:02 So, times are fundamentals, could need to be better,
01:06 could be better, and we'll keep working on it.
01:09 Yeah, well, it's been a transition.
01:11 I think his off-field training and physical,
01:16 you know, health and conditioning,
01:18 the conditioning has definitely improved.
01:20 And so he's done a good job, you know, working at that.
01:25 And then, you know, just the consistency
01:28 in the secondary from everybody is, you know,
01:32 something we need to do a better job of.
