00:00 Hi, my name is Roland from Motus Brewing and I'm going to show you how we made the pump of the jam. Come with me.
00:06 All right, so that's where we mashed in the beer and we used donuts from donuts, our friends from
00:16 down the road and we literally poured donuts into the vat and brewed the beer just like any normal
00:21 beer. What happens then, this is where the ferment happens. So after the beer was brewed we were
00:28 fermenting it and we dumped in a lot of handmade jam from our friends from Delhats and that's how
00:36 this delicious beer was made. So Roland, can you tell me a little bit about what can people expect
00:41 when they try this beer? What does it taste like? What sort of flavors? So it's got a very thick
00:47 mouthfeel, so it's very doughy as you would expect from a donut and it's got a very delicious
00:53 through the Raspberry Node from the Gen3.
