00:00 We can't seem to escape the noise of VAR, obviously you guys experienced it last Saturday,
00:05 then the Newcastle Arsenal and obviously Monday Night Football with Chelsea and Spurs. For
00:11 you as a manager in the Premier League, is it working? Are we implementing it correctly?
00:16 I think if the question is, are we getting more correct decisions, I'd say yeah. So in
00:23 that respect it's working. The problem is, because we're looking at more and more things,
00:29 we're getting more and more arguments about the subjective decisions, which will always
00:32 be down to one man's opinion or the referee or the VAR referee. I think that's where we
00:40 seem to be talking about it a lot more. I think it's an interest because the fans are
00:43 talking about it, the media then ask more questions about it and we constantly then
00:51 get asked about it. But in terms of, I think managers have always complained if you think
00:54 a decision is wrong or try to highlight it. I don't think that's changed. I think we're
00:59 just discussing more and more decisions which I don't like. And also probably another thing
01:05 I'm not a fan of is when it takes the emotion out of the game. Because you are conscious
01:11 of how many checks there's going to be before a goal is given. So yeah, it's got its pluses
01:16 which are more correct decisions and its minuses are those things I've just said there.
