00:02 - You gotta admit, it has got a certain ring to it.

00:08 NCIS Sydney.

00:10 - We have the comedy, we obviously have all the tone

00:12 elements that NCIS has always offered.

00:13 The crime, the banter between characters.

00:18 - Thought I told you to stay put.

00:20 - The board is very fresh and new

00:22 and a wonderful addition to the franchise.

00:25 - Sergeant Jim Dempsey, AFB.

00:27 That is Australian Federal Police.

00:29 - Both NCIS and the AFB join forces

00:32 to investigate the death of a US Submariner.

00:36 - NCIS team steps in because it's a US Navy personnel

00:40 on a US Submarine, but he's fallen into Sydney Harbor,

00:44 which is our jurisdiction.

00:45 - And so they have to work together to solve this crime

00:49 and it doesn't begin that friendly.

00:52 - I don't think that's such a good idea.

00:53 - With all due respect, I don't care.

00:54 This is my harbor.

00:55 - And this is my investigation.

00:57 - Mackie is a bit of a bull in a china shop.

00:59 So it's her way or the highway.

01:01 - She's quite strong-willed and strong-headed,

01:03 clashing with JD, who this is his territory.

01:06 - So it's kind of like an explosion of cultures

01:09 and the way of working.

01:11 - Yeah, NCIS is gonna run the show

01:12 and we're gonna do whatever we can

01:13 to wrap it up quick sticks.

01:15 - One team, one dream, y'all.

01:18 - Bringing NCIS to Sydney is such an exciting opportunity

01:22 to showcase what this city has to offer.

01:24 - For us to be on set there, we're just like,

01:26 whoa, this is like a movie.

01:29 - There's nothing more enjoyable

01:31 than watching a great, well-made mystery like NCIS.

01:35 - I love the original, the OG NCIS.

01:37 It's really surreal to now be part of that family.

01:41 - The audience come for the murder,

01:42 they come for the crime,

01:43 but they stay for the charm and the charisma

01:47 and the characters.

01:48 And I just can't wait for you to watch it.
