00:00 Almost Php 380 million is the equivalent of the help that Japan will provide

00:11 The President announced this when he visited the first BARMM Local Legislative General Assembly in Davao City.

00:18 This is part of the agreement that Japan Prime Minister Kishida Fumio signed

00:24 when he visited the country a few months ago.

00:26 As part of the construction of road equipment,

00:31 the disaster quick response operation of the region was also carried out.

00:35 Aside from that, the President also assured that his administration

00:40 supported the implementation of BARMM's self-governance.

00:43 When we are talking to the OIC, when we are talking to Malaysia,

00:50 when we are talking to other Islamic countries,

00:53 we continue to remind them that BARMM still needs their support.

00:58 And I have to say to their credit that they have pledged that support and will continue to support BARMM.
