00:13 and modifying the "Weapon Assault" and "Arrested Person" penalties.
00:16 After the bill was enacted on July 4 this year,
00:19 it received the first approval for the review proposed by the "Deadly Ball".
00:23 The Federal Court today reviewed the appeal of 11 "Deadly Balls",
00:27 which are like the title of the "New Zhou" cover, "7 Deadly Balls Escaped the Ghost Gate".
00:32 The term was changed to "30 Years of Procedure" and the death penalty was successfully escaped.
00:36 The 11 prisoners who filed for the review of the death penalty and the weapon assault sentence
00:40 were convicted of drug-related crimes.
00:43 7 of them were sentenced to death,
00:45 while the other 4 were sentenced to weapon assault.
00:47 The review application they filed was approved by the Federal Court and was subsequently reviewed.
00:52 The 11 prisoners were changed to "30 Years of Procedure"
00:56 to replace the death penalty and the weapon assault.
00:59 One of the prisoners was released after serving 24 years in prison
01:02 for drug trafficking and was released today.
01:08 This 52-year-old male prisoner
01:11 was convicted of a crime of death penalty
01:15 for trafficking 580.3g of virus at the International Airport in Kuala Lumpur in 2003.
01:20 He was in prison since the day he was arrested on June 27, 1999.
01:28 The appeal court and the Federal Court rejected his appeal in 2008 and 2009 respectively.
01:34 He has been waiting for the trial to be on the court for 20 years.
01:40 However, the court changed his sentence to "30 Years of Procedure"
01:43 and he has served more than 24 years in prison after the term was removed.
01:47 He is now released and can reunite with his family.
01:52 This prisoner's sister said during a visit to the New York Times that
01:56 she was grateful to the judge for the sentence she received after seeing her brother escape.

02:32 The minister in charge of the law and the reform of the system said in a statement today,
02:37 "Today is a day when our country can be put into history.
02:41 The application for the death penalty and the weapon penalty has been heard in the federal court.
02:46 There are a total of 1,020 death sentences and weapon penalties.
02:50 Those who are qualified can apply for the death penalty.
02:54 The office of the chief justice of the federal court has received 978 death sentences and weapon penalties.
03:01 But it should be noted that the Great Ma still has a death penalty, which abolishes the forced death penalty.
03:08 Asalina said, "The Great Ma's criminal justice system still retains the death penalty of criminal offenses,
03:13 and does not completely abolish the death penalty.
03:16 However, the death penalty will no longer be a mandatory one as it was in the past.
03:20 After the law has been amended, the judge has greater right to apply for the death penalty
03:25 by using his own right to apply for the death penalty,
03:30 instead of having to impose a mandatory death penalty after some crimes have been committed."
