00:02 - I feel like I'm gonna be detained, is that right?
00:05 - Yeah.
00:06 (machine whirring)
00:09 - Okay then Brent, we're obviously
00:13 in the old police station here.
00:15 So what's being done to incorporate the theme
00:17 into the design of the gym?
00:19 - So we've tried to keep in as much
00:21 of the imagery as possible.
00:22 We've used the bars to frame the signage.
00:24 We've used bars to showcase the spin cell.
00:29 We also kept the color scheme to match in.
00:31 So we've gone for the police blue, ice whitey blue color
00:34 to match in.
00:35 And across our branding,
00:36 we're gonna follow through as well.
00:38 Within this old space,
00:39 we've kept the cement kind of concrete effect as well,
00:43 which we've done into the walls
00:44 to keep as much of that imagery as possible.
00:47 The lighting will always stay pretty dark.
00:49 We're gonna keep it so it's a bit dungy
00:51 and have that deeper cell feel.
00:54 - I understand this is where people were actually held
00:55 before they went up to court, is it?
00:57 - Apparently so, yeah.
00:58 This is where people were kept entertained
01:00 or people causing a wee bit of trouble
01:03 came and kept them here for a bit of time
01:04 before they get to the next part.
01:07 - And so what sort of sessions
01:08 are gonna be run from the gym?
01:09 - So we've got a mixture of police-themed classes.
01:12 We've got yard strong, which is a strength-based class.
01:15 We've got the Met Club,
01:17 which is a metabolic conditioning class,
01:19 which is a little bit like the boot camp style of classes,
01:22 which is designed of slight higher intensity,
01:25 some strength work, and some metabolic conditioning,
01:27 which is your cardio-based stuff.
01:29 We've got some of the spin classes, which is hop pursuit.
01:32 We've also got parole, which is an info-based class.
01:35 - And if anyone were to get involved
01:36 in any of these classes, what should they do?
01:38 - Easiest way is to either follow us on Instagram,
01:42 we're The Cell, or follow, go through the website.
01:46 It's the cellfitness.co.uk.
