00:00 One of my favourite tips is white toothpaste.
00:02 I'm not familiar with that.
00:03 No, and I don't want people to go out and get the blue one.
00:05 Please use the white one.
00:07 Got to be the white one.
00:08 And you can just literally-- so we've got a little scrubby
00:10 brush here as well.
00:11 So we haven't got much time, so I'm just
00:12 going to do a really, really good demo.
00:13 Go for it.
00:14 So these little brushes here are really good.
00:15 And you said you've got one that you've tried, didn't you?
00:17 I've got one of those.
00:17 They come with different heads as well.
00:18 Yeah, you've got the different heads.
00:19 But with the white toothpaste as well,
00:21 the toothpaste has got bicarbonate of soda in it.
00:24 So it will actually brighten, and it
00:26 will remove stains as well.
00:27 And then you just wipe off the--
00:29 Then you can just literally just wipe it off,
00:30 and you'll see the difference quite quickly.
00:32 It's a really good way of cleaning them.
00:34 And you can buy just like cheap supermarket toothpaste as well.
00:37 And it will leave your feet feeling minty fresh.
00:39 It will do, and it smells good.
00:40 So you've got your bicarbonate of soda you can also use as well.
00:42 Don't use bleach.
00:43 Bleach will whiten white trainers.
00:45 Whatever you do makes them go yellow, like a tinged yellow.
00:48 So don't do that.
00:49 You can put them in the washing machine.
00:50 Use a washing machine bag.
00:51 I get worried with that though.
00:53 But do use a bag.
00:53 Do it carefully.
00:54 Magic erasers are also really good.
00:56 They don't overdo.
00:57 Yeah, great for the walls as well.
