00:06 Back in May, Jana revealed her engagement to the former pro soccer player after six
00:20 months of dating. The celeb made the big announcement on the May 25th episode of her
00:25 Wind Down podcast. Jana started things off by teasing some special news that she had to share.
00:30 Originally from Scotland, Russell is an England-based soccer coach,
00:49 and on the podcast, Jana shared details of how the proposal went down.
00:54 "He took me and the kids, he's like, 'Hey, it's a beautiful night, let's go for a walk.
00:58 Let's go walk up to the new house.' He was like, said my name. And I got up or whatever,
01:05 and then he got down on one knee. I kind of blacked out at that point. He said some things,
01:09 and you know, 'You're the love of my life.' And then we just both started crying."
01:13 Jana and Allen made their red carpet couples debut at the 2023 iHeartRadio Music Awards in
01:19 March. This will be Jana's fourth trip down the aisle. Her third marriage to Mike Kausen
