00:00 The police faced a beauty contestant in Camp Krame, the chief of the PNP and the director of CIDG.

00:08 He admitted that they have a relationship with the victim,

00:11 and according to CIDG, he was once complained of being sick.

00:15 And Jun Veneracion was arrested.

00:17 Inside the official residence of the chief PNP in Camp Krame,

00:25 General Benjamin Acorda Jr. and CIDG Director Romeo Karamat were in front of the police.

00:30 Major Allan De Castro was the primary suspect in the disappearance of the beauty pageant candidate,

00:35 Catherine Camilon.

00:37 We faced him, the chief PNP, this morning.

00:42 He admitted that they have an illicit relationship with Ms. Camilon.

00:51 This is the first time that De Castro heard about the disappearance of a beauty pageant contestant.

00:59 But within 30 minutes of the conversation inside the so-called White House in Camp Krame,

01:04 Major Allan De Castro did not shut his mouth about the disappearance of his ex-girlfriend.

01:10 When we asked him if he was involved in the disappearance of Ms. Camilon,

01:16 he only told the chief PNP that his book is right to remain silent.

01:23 De Castro did not force himself to speak.

01:28 He apologized to the chief PNP for dragging the PNP organization,

01:34 that the organization is involved.

01:36 The chief PNP accepted his apology.

01:44 De Castro was charged with kidnapping and serious illegal detention.

01:48 His driver and bodyguard, Jeffrey Magpantay, and two other people were charged with Camilon's disappearance.

01:54 Camilon is now being chased by the CIDG, who has been missing for two weeks.

01:59 The chief PNP has a marching order to exert all our efforts to locate Ms. Camilon, whether alive or dead.

02:13 Based on the conversation of CIDG Region 4A with Camilon's family,

02:17 it was found out that the victim complained about the pain that De Castro suffered.

02:23 Camilon also had a chance to talk to De Castro's wife about their relationship.

02:31 He also recovered 17 hair strands and obtained 12 swabs of blood samples from the vehicle

02:38 where Camilon was said to be riding while bleeding.

02:42 Based on our initial evaluation, in compliance with the Department Circular 20,

02:47 we found prima facie evidence for the crime of kidnapping and serious illegal detention.

02:57 The prosecution accepted the case and the case will undergo a preliminary evaluation.
