00:00 I've been an Elvis fan from the womb.
00:02 My dad was a massive big Elvis Presley fan.
00:04 I do a tribute to Elvis.
00:06 Honestly, it's literally Elvis.
00:08 I heard there was a Jarrah Elvis years ago
00:10 that had a bit of a legendary status.
00:12 You could say I'm the new Jarrah Elvis.
00:14 I always wanted a 50's style diner.
00:16 That's one of my dreams.
00:18 I've been to America several times.
00:20 I was in Vegas a couple of months ago.
00:22 And everywhere you go,
00:24 it's all
00:26 kitsch, you know, 50's style.
00:28 So I've got plans for this
00:30 to turn it into more like a 50's diner
00:32 if that's possible.
00:34 But, um,
00:36 bring something to the community.
00:38 You know, something that can be
00:40 shared with the community.
00:42 That's the main thing.
00:44 I did have one down south.
00:46 I've had businesses all over.
00:48 But myself and my wife Jackie
00:50 knew that heaven and the surrounding
00:52 areas needed something like this.
00:54 Because of the, uh,
00:56 well you could say the current climate
00:58 and it needs something like this in the area.
01:00 I'm a chef, I'm a classically
01:02 trained chef. I've worked with
01:04 Marco Pierre White, Peter Chandler,
01:06 all those top chefs.
01:08 I've worked all over the world.
01:10 I've worked with the military.
01:12 But I've always had
01:14 home comfort food.
01:16 And people want home comfort food.
01:18 Your simple stuff. Not simple, but
01:20 you know, your baking rolls.
01:22 People, my
01:24 customers that I've had, have only been open
01:26 a week, but they've said it's nice to find
01:28 somewhere where you can just get a baking roll,
01:30 a sausage roll, and a chap
