00:02 Focus on the 76ers, Gilbert.
00:04 It's been Tyrese Maxey who is just playing out of his mind.
00:08 And I know that the game was against Indiana.
00:10 And every game it seems like, Gilbert,
00:11 that I see a team play against Indiana.
00:13 Someone's going bananas and they're scoring 150 points.
00:15 So the Pacers just must be horrible on defense.
00:18 But is this right?
00:19 32 attempts from the field and he hit 20 of them?
00:22 50 points on Sunday night?
00:24 I mean, Tyrese Maxey may be one of the most valuable players on any team right
00:28 now in the NBA.
00:29 >> I think Tyrese Maxey's leap this year into becoming a star for
00:34 the 76ers really speaks to what Nick Nurse has done for this team.
00:38 You talk about rallying around a teammate like Kelly Oubre.
00:42 I know Tyrese Maxey dedicated that 50 point performance to his teammate.
00:46 They were able to move past the James Harden distraction and
00:49 continue to play well.
00:51 I know they lost to the Pacers, that same Pacers team last night in a close game.
00:55 But overall, this Sixers team has really exceeded all expectations that anybody
00:59 placed upon them before the season.
01:01 And a big part of that is the play of Tyrese Maxey.
01:03 With Tyrese Maxey and Joellen Bede, they have a legitimate one-two punch of two
01:08 guys who will probably be all stars this year.
01:10 And then following them behind them are guys like Tobias Harris.
01:14 They've added, on the offseason, they added Patrick Beverly, who knows his role.
01:17 Love him or hate him, DeAnthony Melton's a guy who plays really well and
01:21 executes his role to a high level.
01:23 So with two stars at the top and everybody else falling into place and
01:26 executing their role to a high level, this Sixers team is really scary in
01:29 the Eastern Conference.
01:31 And it looks like the success is sustainable.
