00:39 DFA said that the Philippines' resupply missions to Ayungin are legal

00:42 because it is located in the exclusive economic zone of the country.

00:46 They also said that they will not give prior notification

00:50 before the resupply mission requested by China.

00:53 DFA added that they will not give a low-tide elevation to Ayungin,

00:57 and it is not an island, and it is further away from mainland China
