What have you done to cut costs during the cost of living crisis and have you any tips to help people who may be struggling this Christmas.
Transcript
00:00 A lot of people at the moment are struggling financially with the cost of living and all
00:05 that and the prices of fuel and what not.
00:08 Have you made any cutbacks yourself?
00:12 Actually I have two or three charities.
00:16 I am making a direct debit for the charity.
00:22 But here, I can honestly tell you that I can't find anybody really struggling financially.
00:29 I'm living in Hereford so there I can't find anybody living financially very struggling.
00:38 But if somebody tells me, I definitely help them.
00:44 Even if we are walking in the street we can't find.
00:47 But some charitable organisation, they are organising.
00:50 I definitely am also giving some contribution from my side.
00:55 And in the build up to Christmas season obviously a lot of people are worried about the cost
00:59 of living and all that.
01:00 Are there any sort of cutbacks that you yourselves have made?
01:03 No.
01:04 And would you have any advice for anybody who is struggling or anything you think would
01:10 be a good idea?
01:11 Well my advice is, I watched Martin Lewis and Martin Lewis said that the first thing
01:16 you should do is work out how much money you can afford to spend and manage your budget.
01:23 Budget and plan.
01:24 We are in a fortunate position where we don't need to do that.
01:30 But just make sure that you are not spending above your means.
01:33 Work out how much you want to spend and can afford to spend and manage it accordingly.
01:37 - I've been called, man.
