00:38 So I think it's a great time for Skegness.
00:40 And the High Street as well, work has started on the shopfronts, hasn't it?
00:44 Yes, we've got seven who have already got planning permission, Alison's has already started.
00:48 We're calling that one shopfront, it's the equivalent of four really.
00:51 And with that starting there and the railway station starting work, it's a great shop window for the town.
00:58 Are you excited about the changes happening in Skegness?
01:02 I think from what I've seen, it all looks amazing.
01:05 I think as long as we address it and it gets done, it's not one of these that gets stopped halfway through.
01:12 I'd be really pleased to see what happens in Skegness.
01:16 Now I understand you've only just moved here, had you any idea this was happening when you moved here?
01:21 I did look into it, I wanted to check that where we were buying was not going to impact too much, which it hasn't.
01:27 And it looks like it's going to regenerate the area, so I'm delighted with that really.
