00:02 - And Hailey, before they kick me out of here,
00:07 the watercolors used for Gwen's world
00:09 are some of the most remarkable visuals I've ever seen.
00:12 The way that the colors change in the scenes
00:14 to match the emotions.
00:15 When did you finally get to see a finished product
00:18 of what that might look like in the scenes?
00:21 - It's always so funny whenever the filmmakers
00:25 choose to show any version of any clip,
00:29 it's always prefaced with like,
00:30 it's not colored or it's not done or just trust us.
00:34 And if they didn't say anything,
00:36 I would think it was just absolute perfection
00:38 at every stage.
00:40 But it wasn't until I saw the film in its entirety
00:42 that I got to see everything that they were talking about.
00:47 And it is truly, truly, truly so incredible
00:49 and moving and captivating.
00:52 And yeah, I'm biased, but Gwen's world is pretty beautiful.
00:58 Every frame of this movie could be hung
01:00 on the wall of a museum and honestly belongs there.
01:02 - What was that thing about the mood ring again?
01:04 - That was how it was first described to me by Kemp
01:07 and Loretta Miller.
01:08 They basically just said,
01:10 "To give you an idea of what Gwen's world is,
01:12 it's like a mood ring.
01:14 It will visually change as her circumstances change
01:20 and the emotions that she feels,
01:21 we will feel in the audience on screen."
01:25 - My God, it works so well.
01:26 All right, they're kicking me out.
01:27 Thank you guys, I appreciate your time.
01:28 - Thank you. - Thank you.
