00:00 getting into the run more consistently?
00:02 Well, I think the biggest thing is making plays early in games.
00:06 You know, when you've been able to do that,
00:08 we get off to that fast start that we had, you know,
00:10 three games prior to this.
00:12 Whether it's converting the first third down of the game,
00:14 which has been, you know, one of our engines to kick start us.
00:18 And then getting everybody opportunities,
00:20 making sure we find a way to settle into the game,
00:22 whatever that may be.
00:23 Getting our best players' touches early,
00:24 giving them opportunities to impact the game from the jump.
00:26 Get everybody settled in, and then be able to go execute.
00:29 You know, it comes down to making plays and executing as we go.
00:31 For the second week in a row,
00:33 one of the defenders on the other team made a comment that
00:36 if they can get Trevor off his first read,
00:38 they think he'll struggle.
00:39 Is there something to that?
00:41 I would imagine that's a defensive philosophy
00:44 for every quarterback.
00:45 So, you know, I think they're saying that,
00:48 whatever that may be.
00:49 Obviously, we've been pretty good at being able to deliver the ball
00:52 to the first read when that comes down to it.
00:54 I think Trevor's, you know, 67, 68% completion,
00:57 something like that.
00:58 So a lot of that comes from being able to get the ball out early
01:00 to your primary read.
01:02 But, I mean, it's hitting quarterbacks,
01:05 affecting quarterbacks, making quarterbacks hold the ball.
01:07 That seems pretty universal for defending.
