00:03 Well, I think today marks exactly one year
00:05 since we were last in the Observer.
00:07 I think that was just touched on the fact
00:09 that we'd launched and it's been, well,
00:11 an exceptional 12 months since then.
00:13 We've managed to be in the Hastings Beer and Music Festival,
00:15 which is obviously one of the bigger
00:17 and better events here in Hastings.
00:19 Unfortunately, sold out within,
00:21 I don't think we got to Saturday,
00:22 so really frustrating with that,
00:23 but that's just down to the scale of where we're at.
00:26 So we had to go to the drawing board
00:28 to see how do we get more volume of beer
00:31 out to everyone that wants our drinks.
00:32 So with that, we're grateful to announce
00:35 that we've done a partnership
00:36 with the local legends, Pig & Porter.
00:39 We've got their beer available this evening
00:41 here at Collective Fictions.
00:42 Big shout out to Elliot and all the team.
00:45 Couldn't do any of this without these guys
00:47 and the local support has just been immense.
00:49 Looking forward to another collab release next week
00:54 with Brewing Brothers.
00:55 That's gonna be a slightly different beer,
00:57 but watch us on social media.
00:59 You will see all the announcements,
01:01 few more sort of launch events to come
01:03 and look, watch this space.
01:04 Who knows where we'll be next year?
01:07 Yeah, so we're here outside the Collective Fictions,
01:09 which is a beer and organic wine bar in St. Ann's
01:14 and we're trying a new beer by a new Hastings brewery.
01:21 It's called Wussar.
01:23 This is by the Bad Boy Brewery.
01:27 So let's see what this tastes like.
01:29 I'm getting a lot of citrus on the nose.
01:37 Ah, this is a beautiful beer.
01:43 It's very soft.
01:45 I think that's due to the oats that it's brewed with.
01:49 Very easy drinking.
01:51 It's got Nelson Savan hops in,
01:53 which are a New Zealand hop that have got
01:56 qualities of like white wine, gooseberry.
01:59 But very fresh and yet totally well-rounded.
02:04 I think centennial hops in here as well,
02:06 which give it that extra little citrus push.
02:11 A nice gentle carbonation that pushes
02:17 the beer around your mouth.
02:18 And this is a 5.5% beer,
02:21 so it's actually quite a big boy.
02:23 But it drinks so easily.
02:26 It's very, very
02:27 moorish and drinkable.
02:33 Yeah, I think they've,
02:34 definitely a success.
02:37 Cheers.
