00:12 - We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner.

00:14 But after every Thanksgiving, why do we have nothing

00:18 - Oh, be careful of my table!

00:22 - Well, just the same, in case you feel a lecture coming on,

00:34 What's the matter with people?

00:35 After sitting down to a delicious Thanksgiving dinner,

00:39 the family seated around the table,

00:41 a nice big juicy turkey,

00:44 and then they have to spoil the memory

00:45 of this beautiful occasion by stuffing themselves

00:48 with turkey for the rest of the week.

00:50 - But don't look at me.

00:52 - I mean, the whole thing is ridiculous.

00:54 For a full week after Thanksgiving, every meal,

00:57 what do people have?

00:58 Nothing but turkey, turkey, turkey.

03:02 as I've been working towards my education.

03:04 And I'm also thankful for my fantastic boyfriend, Chad.

03:09 I know it's sudden, but I'm kind of crazy for him.

03:18 - Well, I'm very thankful to you all

03:22 for allowing a stranger into your holiday

03:26 with a very different diet.

03:28 But I'm very also thankful for you, Ms. Martha,

03:33 for how open-minded you've been,

03:34 how welcoming you've been with your home,

03:36 even though this morning had a bit of a rocky start.

04:11 and her safety and success at school.

04:38 when my wife took me in for almost everything.

04:46 No, we broke up last weekend,

04:48 so I guess I'm thankful for my independence.

04:57 You sit here putting on this Betty Crocker appearance

04:59 when your daughters are making a mess of their lives,

05:02 and you just sweep it all under the rug

05:04 and pretend like everything's perfect.
