In July police revealed that they had sadly found the body of Joanne Nield in the Leeds-Liverpool Canal at Rishton.
They are still investigating the circumstances which led to Joanne’s death and need your help to get answers for her family.
The first part of the CCTV clip shows Joanne speaking to the driver of a car in Edgar Street, Accrington, at 12:10am on Tuesday, 14th of March. This person is a witness and could have important information that could help thier investigation. So they need to speak to them as soon as possible.
The second part of the clip show the last recorded movements that they have of Joanne. She is captured walking along Blackburn Road in Accrington minutes after her interaction with the driver of the car. The police are confident that somebody will have seen Joanne as she continued to walk towards Accrington town centre.
